You find good deals here. But YOU have to find everything yourself. The staff is not informed about what they have and the store's organization is awful. On top of that, the last trip I had there, there was a horrible damp cat smell throughout the front of the store. Safe to say I can't see myself going back to that particular store.

Never been into this store and it was lovely. A lot of books, DVDs, toys etc at a good price. The workers were very helpful as I seen and heard them helping customers look for books, DVDs etc. Will return back for more DVDS.

Their prices are horrible. I've seen them try to sell so much used items for more than what it costs new...I only ever go here to window shop. Don't ever try to trade in anything at this place either; it's a slap in the face when you hear the 'cash' price. They'll offer you more in store credit, and it might seem worth it, until you see the highly marked-up prices.

DO NOT go here to sell anything! I understand that a business needs to profit but the level of lowballing here is egregious. They will offer you around 25% of the actual value of what you’re selling in cash but will triple that amount if you choose the store credits option. This, essentially, incentivizes you to spend money on the store’s overpriced merchandise rather than sell your valuables. If the prices were reasonable I would’ve gave a better review but don’t call your store a buy, sell, and trade if you only want people to BUY from you.

The We-Cycle bull**** they mention is just a way to scam and profit never going back. Oh and one more thing you guys owe me a new HDMI since you took mine saying your old one didn't work.

This store is awesome! You'll find some really good unique collectibles in there as well as a new/used bookstore too! I cannot not buy anything even when we just go in there to "look". Got a child's birthday coming up soon...they have a great selection of unique toys for kids of all ages too that you will not find on the shelves of Walmart. My son loves that store!

A great place to get affordable books. I recently discovered a new author and wanted to buy all of his books, 18 in total. They had 15 of them in stock. I also wanted to buy some books about sprinkler systems and greenhouse gardening. They have a very wide selection of books, organized by author's last name. They have several different departments to help you narrow down where to look. Staff was also very helpful. Glad I went here, as I would have spent a fortune buying these books elsewhere.

We're I'm from we have books•a•million, and this is just like that with anime and game vibe to it, it's very relaxed and chilled I love coming here and I will continue to because the staff are all so kind and professional too. You and your family would really love it if you are a book worm also they have great selection and genres!!!

They are the most uncaring people I have ever met. I was treated very bad. And the manager is very rude and yells at people and makes up stuff that never happen. He does not need to be the manager if he treats people like this. He needs to be fired. And the employees are very rude and very Un professional.

If u are wanting mangas of animes this is the place to go, my girls 18 and 9 years old went nuts on sailor moon, demon slayer, harry potter stuff there and they have a good wide selection of funkos if ur a collector

Great store, but it's a little confusing they have like products (board games) in two different locations. I wouldn't have since their entire section unless I asked an employee. Overall, it's still a great store!

The prices are higher than what you'd find online, but I suppose it's the convenience you pay for. Staff is always friendly and the selection is great, it's one of the very few shops selling anime/manga stuff, so that's cool!

Absolutely adore this store. My fiance took me and my daughter there and it was like I was in a candy store. So many books, games, accessories, toys to choose from at a great price. Took my mum here as well and these aren't the types of store for her but she seemed to enjoy herself looking around.

Well, I did find a product to purchase and while checking out I think I saw the cashier give me an odd look when I said no to a donation opportunity. If in fact she did give me an odd look, little did she know I gave a donation at a previous merchant and I donate money and time throughout the year when possible.

Very nicely air conditioner and tidy throughout. Full of unique merchandise from top to bottom. Workers are very helpful and only when you approach them will they notice you. They don't follow you looking over your shoulder. Overall I give it a perfect rating and can't wait to go back

This place has everything from movies and retro games to books and manga. It has a huge selection of pop culture and the most funko I have ever seen anywhere. I love it here. My wallet may not survive the tempting deals they got here. It is awesome.

We took 2 boxes of paperback books to sell. They only offered $10.05 for the books they wanted to buy and did not want the rest. We rejected the offer. When we got home from picking up our books, we realized many were missing. They kept what they wanted, but paid for none!! Count your books so that you know exactly how many you take on. Don't make our mistake!

This place is more of a donation center than anything so don’t expect to make any money off your items, they will rip you off. I brought in over 20 books in great condition. They took all of them and only offered me $6

Took my old record player in to sell it, thinking I could possibly get around 20-30$, which isn’t much but I thought I was being reasonable. They ended up giving me 7 dollars and 90 cents. The record player was in perfect condition. Do not sell stuff in there, all they do is take your money.

No matter where I go the staff and management make this special place feel like family. Many a time I have come fully intending to clean out their clearance rack and build my TBR and every single time I succeed. This is a safe space for me where I can spend hours browsing and exploring different worlds in my mind. I feel at home here and each purchase no matter how big or small leaves me with a warm fuzzy feeling. Thank you guys and I love you all.

Had some old creepy lady followed me around the whole time I was in this location. I thought maybe she was going to ask me if I needed help. Nope just kept watching me and acting like she was shopping. I could see her employee lanyard. Almost made me not spend the 40 I spent. I'll definitely take my money someplace else next time.

This is a great place to browse for used books. They have a wide selection of used books. I wish they would categorize them better. It is difficult to find certain books at times. All in all, the prices are reasonable but pushing excessive for used books.

Sign on the door says vaccinated people are no longer required to wear face masks (assuming unvaxxed still have to), despite overwhelming scientific evidence to suggest that both groups are able to get and transmit the virus. Just doesn't sit well with me, but you do you.
