I would like to thank the girl in the shoe dept that worked on Thursday afternoon 8-15. We had a bad experience with someone that was trying to follow me and my granddaughter and it scared the mess out of us. I asked her if she could come and stand with us as we finished trying on shoes. She not only did that but walked us to the cash registers. Unfortunately I did not get her name but she was so very nice to us. I really appreciate what she did for us.

This store is totally awesome. It's priced as is, but your getting your money's worth from the products they sell. There are plenty of clothes to choose from. A wide selection of of shoes and clothes. Some outdoor products and bags as well. The staff is super friendly and very helpful with selecting what you're looking for. If you like North Face & Columbia products for out recreation and what have you, this is your place.

Difficult to even give one star. Purchased items, no confirmation of the purchase. I had to email to confirm my order was received. Shortly after placing the order, the items went on sale. Customer service refused to honor the sale price. Only option was to return the items AT MY EXPENSE and repurchase them. Will not do business with them again.

I was looking for a store that had the green with envy bogg bagg in my area (Columbus) and couldn't find it anywhere. I went on Eagle Eye Outfitters, not only did they have in stock but they shipped it out immediately and I received it in just 2 days!!! Which was awesome because it was a gift! Was not greeted. It was not busy and several employees seen me enter. Probably looked too much like a hillbilly or someone who cannot afford their merchandise. When you ask around, there seems to be a reputation with some of the employees as being snobbish (not all). I have not been there all that much recently because I cannot afford or see a reason to spend that much on their merchandise, so the front employees were actually correct to probably be judging me about affording their stuff; however, I am not… actually I guess I am a hillbilly….

Do not use a visa gift card! They will not accept it as a form of payment and then they will hold your fund's. I am still waiting to get my refund back on my card. This is unacceptable. I have been waiting 7 days. It doesn't take that long to return fund's.

Give people room to breathe. I counted 6 different employees that asked me if I was finding everything ok. Yes I’m fine can someone just walk around and browse. Some people get over stimulated. I had at least 200 dollars in merchandise that I put back on the shelf and walked out.

Love Eagle eye most of all my clothes come from their store. I know this shouldn't matter, but it does. Being an African American, we shy from going into a pretty dominated white store, but I have ever had a problem there. Customer service has always been helpful and friendly.

They have a very nice men’s selection, many different brands. Shoes, clothes shirts, jackets belts. Sometimes you can find some good deals on the clearance rack. Would very much so recommend.

Horrible customer service. Wasn't welcomed in. But stared at. Didn't even get into the mens section and two different people approached us asking what we needed.
Maybe give customers some breathing room. The friendliest associate was upstairs in the children's section. Cashier section was entirely too slow. Ended up walking out.

Eagle eye is a wonderful place to shop with the brands you love and new brands that will quickly become your favorite! I can’t say enough good things about the customer service received while shopping here. I recently miss placed my phone and the entire staff helped me to find it and never once made me feel like I had inconvenienced them. You won’t find a better place to shop in Dothan.

Do not order from them if you need it by a certain day. I placed my order on 6/2 and it’s estimated arrival was 6/5 because of the 2 day shipping. It ended up shipping on the 6/6, the day after it should have been delivered.

Update: customer service reached out and was able to exchange the item. The new item didn’t contain any glitter this time.

Received my order covered in glitter. I contacted customer support to resolve the issue and all they did was give me tips to clean it up (none of which worked). Didn’t receive any follow up to exchange or return the item. Would definitely avoid ordering from this seller.

How should I say this to be most professional and of great interest to make sure people read.
My fiancé and I were in search of a BrüMate cooler (Amethyst in color), that was no longer available. We searched website and calling and searching everyone that dealt with BrüMate products. We found Eagle Eye Outfitters in Dothan,AL with what we wanted. Well to our disappointment they didn't ship do to cost. We contacted them and left message. The next morning we received a call from Ms. Janet at Eagle Eye Outfitters. Well after a few minutes pleading our case, Janet left the call to contact management. After about an hour and a couple of calls Janet contacted us and we are now the happy owners of our new BrüMate cooler. They got our cooler shipped to us. Would like everyone to know what a great company this is and the best employee that Ms. Janet is. Many thanks to all involved with our purchase.

If it's upstairs in the 50% off section it's a decent price. Although they are high retail on most everything else. Great customer service, but high prices is the reason for 3 stars.

I ordered a new lid for my husband's (Cosmo Myers) coffee
tumbler and I asked Eagle Eye Outfitters to doublecheck the
order and make sure the inner gasket was included and janet
wrote me back after she had pulled a similar lid in the warehouse
and saw that they all had gaskets! I hope this will help my
husband enjoy his morning coffee with a safe lid.

Great selection of clothing but staff not so great, i was greated by a girl whom right after she greeted me started to laugh in a way i didn’t like but i figured i was imagining,
Then i was greeted by other young employees on the second floor , they were actually respectful and polite !
When i was ready to check out and waiting for the employee at the register, it happened to be the same girl who greeted me and laughed at me when i first came in …. My gut immediately made me feel she was going to do something else and she did …. She saw me standing with my merch right on top of the table to check out and she started to call someone else saying “ come over here i check you out “ like 3 times and this man saw me standing right there and he kinda refused because he saw me i was there first, one of the other employees told the man she would check him out and then this girl had no choice but to take me , i was like in shock , i have never ever experienced something like this not even when i went to italy where employees usually are racially profiling you … because yes i think that is what she was doing even a man at the entrance who was standing there told me when i was leaving that i should contact management because it was not okay for her to try to dismiss me like that.. anyways my review goes to the employee not the store… but management should be retraining their employees or at least that one in specific with fluffly dry brown hair !

Eagle Eye Outfitters is a class store. We lived in Dothan for three years and always shopped Eagle Eye. Have bought online but the store shopping is missed. They always had sales associates covering every aspect of the store. Not just bodies but associates that know the products and they have a lot of products to keep up with. The quality of what they carry was always tops. Miss this store living in Charlotte.

Rita Beth (maybe Reena Beth??) was so incredibly helpful!! My order was placed in the wrong color in error and although their customer service team was out for the weekend, she contacted the distraction center for me to ensure I got the right items shipped to me Monday! She was so pleasant and really went above and beyond instead of me having to call again Monday and potentially getting the wrong item while on vacation!

First visit and a miserable one. Store and selection is lovely. Picked out a shirt with a sale tag. At the register it rang up at full price so I politely inquired only to have the clerk stare at me oddly and began whispering to another couple of associates who then called the manager. More accusative stares and finally she comes back and tells me it is new merchandise and they would need to charge full price instead of sticker price. It was clearly a store error that ended up as a long and embarrassing visit.

This store is HUGE! You can tell the management is clearly on top of things with how clean and organized this store is. They have good stuff if you're into that type of thing (trendy, preppy brands). They usually have a good amount of items on sale so you can save off the MSRP.

I will always shop here due to the compassion the owners have with our community. My friends house burned down a couple years ago and the owners went out their way to replace everything they had purchased from eeo for them and their children so they would have clothing. That's a true love for the community and no matter where else I can go I won't but from the big box stores I will come to eeo!!! I use the online shopping and pickup option alot its easy lol!

WOW, if you have a waterfowl hunter in your life, this place is the place to go for casual apparel! I was able to find many cool graphic shirts, priced great.
Brands and designs that I had not seen anywhere else. There was also a promo code available to save me money. The package arrived on time and was nicely wrapped and secured with the Eagle Eye label.

I was hesitant about placing an order with an unknown store in where-the-hell-is-this Alabama. But I'm so glad I did. I found an item that was hard to buy in the rest of the country. They shipped it right and they shipped fast with tracking every step of the way. The item was shipped two day priority mail, which meant it was here much, much faster than an Amazon or a Nordstrom could provide. The customer service is through the roof. I couldn't be more pleased.

I haven't been able to purchase a large Bogg Bag in the color I wanted in my state - I was asking questions on IG about a particular bag, and EEO let me know that they had it in stock! Within minutes, I had gone to their website, ordered it, and they shipped it a few hours later! Never seen a company be so fast and on point!! Great job!!

I love the home town feel of EEO. After discovering bogg bags were back in stock, I attempted to order online since I have moved out of state recently. Luckily I was having trouble so I had to call. I believe I spoke to Melissa who went above and beyond her call of duty. The color I wanted was not available on the website, but she checked the store just to see if the color was available. It was. She obtained it herself to make sure I received my preference. I've shopped EEO since it was in the CICIs pizza plaza. I have never been disappointed in all these years. TY for going above and beyond.
