Dunkin'

If this is the one next to marcos pizza this is in my opinion the best dunkin donuts they dont get my order wrong and they always make my coffee just the way i like it and the customer service is great!!!
Just want to clarify that I'm talking about the Dunkin Donuts across from southeast hospital Best one very clean and friendly.

I just left Dunkin not 5 minutes ago and my experience was horrible. The one by the medical center. The young lady working drive through was very rude. She acted annoyed that I asked for napkins which she should have given me anyway being that coffee was running down the cup. I suggest more training in people skills.

Absolutely rude staff.How is it there the only Dunkin that consistently serves me fozen coffees that are solid white (No coffee in them).This has happened on diff occasions with diff employees. This last time after pointing this out I received a hateful attitude. This is the last thing a customer needs when there loved one is in the hospital in surgery just across the street.

The atmosphere And the service was not good. It just felt unwelcoming. A few weeks ago there was one man in there. I gave them five stars based on his professionalism. Todays crew wiped that away. The sandwich was good But the cappuccino Was horrible. They do need to retrain the staff.

I ordered from this place on Doordash the food was absolutely horrible rubbery undercooked. The only thing good was my iced coffee that's why I say 2 stars the coffee was great! Suggestion stick to the coffee definitely avoid anything they gotta cook. Would hate to get an undercooked doughnut! SMH

This isn't my first bad experience but this one made me not wanna NEVER return. So I mobile ordered two coffee but it took a little longer to pick it up. When I got there, my drinks were already made, not a problem but they were watered down. How I know this she told me and just handed it to me like it was okay. It wouldve been understanding if they were busy but i was the only person there. My bf wanted his remade so I asked her to remake it. She said well its watered down so it's not gonna be good. She remake it but she added wayyyyy too much flavor in it. It was too sweet to drink. I just added more coffee that I purchased from a gas station to drink. I won't ever come back.

I received VERY poor service in the drive through. I ordered 2 donuts with Chocolate icing. When I got to the window, the cashier did not even know what kind of donuts I had ordered. I had to wait on her to get my order ready. She put my iced donuts upside down in a paper bag. The icing is now all over the inside of the bag instead of on my donuts. It is a complete mess and not fit to eat. The donuts should have been placed in a small box side by side to prevent this mess. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager on duty. I was told by the person who answered the phone that the manager had "just stepped out". I most likely will not be back to this location.

Gentleman was there alone and doing a great job. Something was off with the iced coffee though...maybe the ingredients weren't what we asked for..not sure.

Gave me black coffee when I asked for almond milk!!! I even noticed it was very dark and said “is there milk in here?” She said “yes, almond milk”. Hire people that actually have some sense please.

I ordered a regular iced coffee and three different times they were all sour. They tried telling me it was possibly just bitter or it’s to strong but I used to work at Dunkin. It’s sour.

Had some Caramel macchiato there. It was okay but too much syrup… made me really hyper after drinking all that.

Avoid at all cost, always try to give them the benefit of doubt. But every time I visit this location our coffees end up in the trash. Wife’s ice coffee tasted like water, and the hot coffee I received tasted like old brewed coffee. Had to drive to the south side dunkin to fix their mess up. It’s sad they weren’t like this a couple of months ago. The staff has to be re-evaluated.

I’m not usually one to come on here and leave reviews but this is the 2nd time I mobile ordered through the app just for the store to be closed when I got there, I get staffing issues are a thing but atleast update the app when you are closed. (Both times this happened was mid-day) thankfully the location on Ross Clark Circle near McD’s complied and made my drink both times this happened or I would’ve wasted $6.

I loved this location,, but they change employees like you change clothes.
This crew the cook will mess up my bacon every time,, is either under cooked or ashes. My coffee is horrible and no matter how many times they messed up I still came back but I can't with them anymore and I come every single day but today was the last day.The area.mamager is the worst. 25 minutes for my shift to start open my bag at work the wrong sandwich call and they tell me came back through to fix it now not later ugh! As supportive as I am for fast food workers, good service starts with them, I am the consumer. I just don't know where the disconnects are anymore, perhaps training and a supportive company. It starts from the top down.

There was only one worker was all alone jumping between drive through, front counter, and sandwiches, I think his name was deshaun, and he was so nice. I would be so upset to be working alone stressed like that. Hopefully you get better staffed soon so your workers aren't having to do 4 peoples job.

Trash Service. Order is always wrong. Less consistent than McDonalds with their cold coffee. Lady at the window “aint got time for this”. Good luck at this place.

I ordered two drinks that was made wrong. I came by to Dunkin and told them they tasted funny. Some lady I guess the manager was like she was having a bad day and blaming the new person and She was rude to me and was being rude to the other employee. The manager or whoever she is needs training herself on how to be professional.

I get medium iced with 1 mocha pump 1 hazelnut shot and 2 Carmel swirls , and it is sooo good , the employee today was very nice and patient the receipt says her name was kaguana . Thanks for making my drink !

I had come into, this dunkin, donuts. Location. To Purchase half a dozen donuts! and an ice-cold large, Iced coffee. On January 15th 2022. And was made feel like I was we welcomed. By this "extremely polite, & well spoken. & "nice" young lady. Called Mrs. "sola" who, knows, how to make my coffee. ☕ Just the way I love it!!! If this store manager. See this review....I must, say that Mrs. "Sola" is the queen 👑 of customer service!! And definitely 😁 desives, a raise....

I was not pleased with Dunkin this morning. I got a carmel frappe, a mocha frappe, and a cold brew. The frappes were awful! Watery, no flavor at all and apparently the manager, i assume she was anyway, was in a bad mood. The lady working the window was very nice although the manager even had attitude towards her.

I don't know what's happening to your tea but I've gotten bad tasting tea from yall 4 times within a month. Had to pour it out and go to another Dunkin and get some. It tastes like its been sitting awhile or maybe the container needs cleaned out ( taste old) never had a problem til they got new employees. Please take care of this problem because I like going to this Dunkin!

This young lady charged me almost $5 for a small ice coffee before she actually could put it in the system, they messed up someone else order and because she was on a timer or something her supervisor told her to just charge me what was on the computer. They was not professional and they will loose customers over charging them and not having the proper training. I been a dunkin customer all over the states for year, today they will loose me as a customer.

Always out of stock, takes forever to get the order after they make you pull forward. Be prepared to wait if you happen to order food, couldn't even refund my money this morning because they were again out of croissants and i ordered online, told me to come back tomorrow for my food. I ordered online to avoid waiting. Some of the staff are nice, thats the only thing they got going for them.

6/22 One day I will learn not to come here.

No one answers the phone so I can see if they have products in-stock so I don't run into the same problem I did last time. Place an order for drive thru take out, second time I wasn't given my donuts, I asked for them which should have been 2 orders of the mini holes 3ea, was given 5 of the 6. Like really, man I just can't win at this store

There are currently two good Dunkin locations in Dothan. This one has potential but isn't one of them. The other two, one on the Circle across from Flying J and the other out Hwy. 231 North by Walmart, offer something very specific--customer service. You still have to wait occasionally, but they go out of their way to be kind and makeup for any missing product with excellent service.

This location? Well, it varies. Everyone has bad days, but you're working in a "care" oriented business. Looking offended and ignoring customer attempts to interact regarding your food and beverages is not a successful applications of caring service. Sticking a drink on the counter and walking away doesn't actually tell anyone who your intended recipent is or what you're actually doing. This isn't the only location that suffers from an off-putting attitude, but come on, guys!? All it takes is a friendly, "Welcome!" to completely change the atmosphere. If you want the job, at least put on a moment of friendliness.

Came here for a coffee run like I usually do & the customer service was terrific !! Ms. Shay not only had great customer service but she broke down the analogy of what's in your coffee & what to put in your coffee if you want a certain taste to it . I am highly satisfied i will be visiting again 😃

Horrible. Out of every item except donuts however I didn’t order one. Turn left out a sandwich I drive to this location bc the first location was also out of items. Just stopped on our trip back home from the beach when I checked the bag it was missing 1 of 3 croissants ordered. I called and the male employee actually argued with me and said he personally made them. You may have made them but you didn’t deliver them. He hung up on me. Of course it’s rated 2.7 stars.

I really wanted to love this Dunkin. It’s so convenient being across the street from my job. It was great when it first opened, but it’s TERRIBLE now. By mid day, there’s hardly a selection for donuts. Staff is rude to customers and they argue amongst each other right in front of customers. I’ve never had an issue with the RCC store, I guess I’ll just go there from now on.

Dunkin' let me tell y’all about the team at 1865 E. Main St. Dothan😍 This team is always the most friendly and helpful I have ever experienced at Dunkin’💯 & I have visited them from Panama City Beach to Tallahassee, to Birmingham to Gainesville & no other compares to my home store!🤞🏼As an Emt I’m on the go with 911 ALL day & believe me we are blazing the roads all day to and from the hospital. & I know if I need a pick me up I will only stop at this location. They know how to get my coffee fix prompt and exactly how I like it. 90% of the time they see me pull up on the ambulance and they already have my order going before I make it in the store! I know they have to be tired of seeing me but they always greet me with a smile on their faces! I couldn’t ask for better service and great personalities! It’s the “Be safe out there today.” For me! 🥲 Y’all are just as essential as I am and I thank y’all for your service! & keep being great!☺️

No reason to order ahead on the app lobby was closed so I had to wait FOREVER In drive thru to get my coffee. Website shouldn't give you the option to order inside pick up when it is drive thru only. They are extremely slow.

DO NOT get the peppermint mocha here. I ordered it cold, it came out hot. They said I ordered a hot drink but I have NEVER in my life ordered a hot drink, I only drink cold so that was wrong on their part. My coffee didn't have the shot of espresso I paid for and the drink made me sick for 5 hours after drinking it. Idk if they tried to poison me or what out of retaliation of having to make another drink. :( I work right across the street so I was so excited but now I'm incredibly sad and disappointed.

When this Dunkin first opened I was extremely excited. Its right across from my job and it was a welcome addition to the area. But in the 3 times i've ordered from there every time it has been a struggle to get a simple powdered donut. I have eaten at Dunkins in many states. My family and I have driven 60 miles to get a dozen donuts from a Dunkin we know to be a good one. Today the lady at the window said I couldn't get a powdered donut because they are seasonal! What season is a powdered donut for? I was planning on frequenting this establishment but if i'm going to be outright lied to and denied items I know should be available I would rather drive across town to the krispy kreme.
