Dunkin'

I’ve been twice in the past 2 weeks. The first time several gentleman were working and they were very polite, while super busy! Made my order perfect!
Today I called to ask them to save me a Halloween bucket since I was driving from Ozark and when I got to the window the lady made sure I was the one that called because she actually cared enough to make sure I got something so simple as a bucket, but was so special to my 4 year old!

Usually our donuts are nicely packaged in a small box, but today they were carelessly tossed into a bag together with no separation causing the icing to come off my son’s donut and onto the bag and other donut. Was super disappointed honestly.

I went to this location on 12/23/2024.

The person for got to put 2 donuts in my back. I went back inside and told the short manager, I think her name is, Lexi, she literally grabbed 2 donuts with her bare hands(no gloves) and put them in the bag and handed to me.Gross!!

That is absolutely disgusting. I'll never return to this location.

I asked for less ice in my coffee and then they didn’t fill it up and said that they have it calculated so they will not fill it up. Worst experience ever. Dunkin needs to educate and train their employees for better customer service.

West Main St in Dothan - Ordered 6 Vanilla Cream donuts and there was ZERO filling in them. We are heading back home to Louisiana and I'm not turning around. I should have read the reviews first but no one should have to do that!

Also had to describe the donut to the worker so she knew which one I was ordering. "You know, the one with vanilla cream in the middle and has powdered sugar".

What I got was watered down coffee I could see the bottom of the cup

I order on the app so I can earn/redeem points and redeem whatever specials they have going on. Sometimes I get exactly what I ordered and sometimes it’s a total surprise, but they’ve never given me anything bad so five stars. 😂

I went in there to get a dozen variety donuts and the cases was almost empty. I got what they had and they would not substitute and when I got the donuts home they tasted like they were a day old. I will not be going back and will continue to go to Krispy creme there donuts stay fresh even after a couple of days. I do not recommend going there. It was my first and will be my last.

Stopped into redeem a free beverage, but they were out of the caramel swirl. Pink velvet was recommended as a substitute, so I got that, and it was fantastic! Service was great!

One of the smaller Dunkin’s I’ve been to, but the staff welcomed me as I walked through the door. Plenty of parking and has an efficient drive thru if you need one. Clean and updated and my coffee was spot on.

Horrible experience. I went through the drive through and used a reward for a $3 latte. The girl kept putting it in as an iced coffee and adding pumpkin flavor. I kept telling her I wanted the latte. At the window she confirmed I wanted a latte and then gave me a drink that was definitely not what I ordered and she charged me almost $7 for my supposed $3 latte. But it was still just an iced coffee with added pumpkin. I went inside and told another girl what happened. She was confused why my reward didn’t work even though I kept telling her it was because the other girl didn’t put in the right order. Eventually another woman got involved too and they were trying to ring up a new order with the right drink. My reward still wasn’t working and they told me it was their systems fault but they still wanted to charge me even though it was their fault and not mine. Their best solution was charging me $7 for the “cheaper drink” and giving me the drink I actually ordered. I wanted so badly to ask for my drink and a total refund, because at this point I had been there for over 20 minutes and they still couldn’t help me. They never offered a refund or any kind of offer for causing me the trouble. I finally had to tell them that I didn’t want any of the drink and I just wanted a refund and to be able to leave. So I left after over 20 minutes with no drink and a terrible experience because of employees being inconsiderate.

The living incarnation of disappointment if it were made into a restaurant.

Expect the staff to sit in the corner, offended at your existence, hanging with friends and playing on their phones. If your order is wrong, expect an argument. It's best just to save your time and mood, and visit the store across from Flying J on the Southside or go to the store on Hwy. 231 across from Walmart.

BEST experience today I've had in years anywhere. 💗💗💗💗The guy at the window ( Robert ? ) was wonderful. He was smart and quick. The manager very nice. Food was EXCELLENT. Also Kaylee and Amanda were working. Not sure who did the food , but I'd give 10 stars !!!!

Really wish I could give more stars since they're pretty good runner up to Strbks. Took two stars for the horrible recent service & attitudes at local location. I shouldn't have to go to other one, across town, to make sure its made right or cause they haven't had a functioning Steamer for Lattés in 4 days now.

What happened.... Today, I walk in and your doughnuts were just pathetic. Like barely any chocolate on the ones that are supposed to have chocolate on them, then it look like something my kid could have done, with the rest of the doughnuts that are displayed. This is Usually my go too place. Like they didn't even try to make them look presentable, who ever made these doughnuts ,you need lessons. On top that you want people to pay for these doughnuts. Come on Do better.

I was in town and was very disappointed with the service at this DD compared to what I’m used to in FL. I go to Dunkin an average of 2-3 times a week and I usually order the same drink, a Large Ice coffee w/ cream & Mocha swirl, but occasionally switch it up. So today I pull into the drive thru and I ordered my usual, as well as a medium pumpkin w/ cream since it’s coffee day. After I pulled away and tasted the Mocha there was hardly any flavor. So I decided to just walk in and ask for a little more. I believe it was the Supervisor or Lead who took my drink and told me that “it comes with 4 pumps and next time if I want more, I need to ask for more so they can charge, but she’ll do it this one time”. I was honestly a bit shocked because you could clearly see there was hardly any color to the drink, and a miscount could have happened on their part, and I just couldn’t believe I got a free drink but yet I was scolded for asking for my drink to be corrected by politely just asking for a little more mocha. I will be sure to choose a different location when passing through town next time. I’m an adult and will not be treated like a child from some lady w/ some type of a power trip.

The large drink had barely any mocha flavor, like maybe 1-2 pumps. Not sure if they’re low, or get bonuses for not using but I’ve never got one w so little flavor. I sure wish I had taken a picture of it before I went in, but I didn’t expect to be treated that way over a pump or 2 of mocha. SMH

I hate to give DD a low score, because I love the Dunkin brand, and I’m addicted to their iced coffee and cake donuts. However, every time I come to this location they mess up my order. It’s frustrating. They don’t know the names of their own donuts, and you have to literally explain what the donut looks like so that they’ll understand what your asking for. And they’ll still mess it up! There could literally be no one in line but you and they’ll give you the wrong donut and drink. I order iced coffee with 2 creams most of the time, (my go-to drink), which is perfect from any other Dunkin, but from here it looks like a cup of cream with two drops of coffee in it. They need some serious employee training here.

Purchased a dozen assorted doughnuts to snack on for the next few days but were already tasting stale by the end of that same day. Threw away half of them.
Also, only one staff member serving the entire shop which increased my wait time as well as other customers.

After waiting in drive to to pick up a doordash order I was told I needed to go inside to pick it up, it was pouring down rain when I stepped inside it was setting right next to the drive-thru window with the lady who told me I had to come inside, they all got a good laugh as I entered soaking wet very rude

This is the most ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE PLACE!! I have filed complaints about the employees and the service — not to mention every single time I have used them they always mess up my order— today will be the VERY LAST time we use this location. Don’t bother filing a complaint with corporate as they don’t care and the local owner doesn’t either— if people stop going to this location karma will take care of the business- suggestion clean house hire motivated employees and I believe it could survive.

Poor customer service. I've come 3 different times in 2 weeks and they haven't had Bacon, Bagels, Croissants, and not even Ketchup. I'm definitely not coming here ever again. I'll drive an extra 10 minutes and go to the other Dunkin on Ross Clark Circle.

If I could rate a half star I would. My fiancé and I went here before getting on the road, and I had placed an On-The-Go order to speed up the process a bit. We get to the speaker and are told to go to a parking spot. We sit there for 25 minutes, and my fiancé finally goes inside to find our order had been sitting on the counter for god knows how long. The coffees don’t look right at all (I.e., no creamer or flavor). My fiancé mentions this and the guy tells him that they are using new almond milk so that’s why it looks different. Okay. Whatever. We try the coffees and they are just straight coffee and melted ice. We turn around bc at this point we’re just annoyed. My fiancé goes back in and asks for new coffees to be made. The lady asked what flavor they were and he told her caramel and she proceeds to tell him they were out of caramel… Why did they give us the first coffees without ANY mention of that, and a lie about the almond milk. Horrible customer service, horrible experience. Will NOT be coming back. Oh and an hour into our drive after finally fixing our coffees my fiancé finds a bug in his drink. I fished it out bc I didn’t want to believe it. STAY AWAY.

Staff was more interested in each other and their phones then doing their job. Ordered three coffees and they tried to give me two. When I asked for the third they were annoyed. They handed me the wrong size and half empty then promptly closed the window.

This place is horrible: front door said closed, use drive-thru. Drive thru line about 5 deep and not moving. Once I get to the speaker, the guy taking my order is talking to me and someone inside at the same time. Grand daughter requested sprinkles- NO sprinkles ?? Staff acted like they had no idea what they were doing! The order was wrong ... what more can I say except this is the WORST dunkin I’ve been to - they need to close and start all over again!

I've been to this location several times and can never get the item that I'm looking for. The items that they're promoting they never have all the ingredients that need to go in it. I've tried to contact the store manager numerous times and she's never available. When you're running a promotion you need to order more of that promotional product than anything else!!

Sat in drive up 15 min.
Then paid and was asked to wait in a parking space. I waited 25 min. Then went inside. They had not even started on my order.
Very disappointed in customer service. They were not short handed, so that excuse holds no truth.
The food was good, no complaints.
My time is valuable just as much as theirs.

I work at Flowers so this location is perfect for me and usually is very fast and accurate. BUT here lately it has been horrible. Every single morning there is a line wrapped around the building and it takes forever to get thru it. So I started ordering on the app to save time. Nope! Just as bad. I have ordered curb side several times and had to end up going in to get my order just to have to wait on them to make it. I don't mind going in but there needs to be more organization. I went ahead this morning and ordered ahead for a walk in and when I got there, there were probably 10 people in the store and two workers. The workers were very unorganized which may be because they are overwhelmed and understaffed. I ordered a coffee and two donuts. My coffee was not made right and there was absolutely no donuts made. This was at 730...I asked for a refund for my donuts and she just looked at me. I ended up waking out. Whoever owns/manages this location, needs to do better. It isn't gonna last much longer going like it is.

So let me just say that I went in because the drive-thru line was very long and I understand that so I walk in there's two customers there they're worried about getting this lady's drink right I stand beside the sign that says the line starts here you're wait ends here three more customers walk in and go straight to the register to get coffee orders and they take all their orders and just ignore me so I look over at the lady I said hey am I in line or not and they all look at me including the customers and then just turn around and go back to their business so you guys need a school on customer service if you want new customers and repeat customers have a great day

Rude and unprofessional. Waited to order a coffee for a while, noone was in there but me. Girl walked passed me several times. I had to ask who is working at the front. The staff talking about quitting in front of me and how horrible their job is. Will not recommend this location due to the staff that was on afternoon shift on 3/30.

Best Dunkin’ in the area- from Dothan to Enterprise. The individual who took my order and handed my drink out was so kind, despite it being late and me being chatty. The hot chocolate I received was superb and after being wary of other locations, I was pleasantly shocked. This will be the only location I return to.

Also in the midst of the pandemic, it was great to see everyone in sight wearing their masks correctly. This is rare to see any where. If I could give an extra star for that alone, I would.
