Nice coffee shop! The staff at the front were welcoming, friendly, and helpful at figuring out what I would like. The cinnamon roll was good (wish it was warm), and it was reasonably priced. I felt like the medium coffee was pretty pricy $7. For a fun trip or out of town experience it was a nice stop.

So I've been a loyal customer to this WH location for a long time and I think I'm just going to throw my hands in and call it a day. I started drinking WH during Christmas last year and I instantly fell in love with it. I ALWAYS recommended this place to people to hang out or on my way to car shows I would stop and get coffee. But it's like recently I've had a very hard time to continue keep coming. My first problem is that the attitudes are very inconsistent. I've worked in customer service for 6 years now and the way that some of these girls will look at you or snap at you first thing in the morning is insane to me.
I always got a holiday, which granted is a Christmas drink but I was always allowed to get it outside of the season. I went to try and get my usual drink once and was met with a "I've NEVER heard of that drink before. We've never made that here." And was essentially made to feel embarrassed because she'd never heard of this drink before. I went the next day for breakfast, and asked if they still had the holiday and the girl happily made it for me with no problems.
My next problem was that I went to go and pick up my usual order for breakfast, and I'd asked if there was a vanilla sprinkled donut. The girl didn't even look and just said yes and before I knew it I had already tapped my card. After she reached for it she gave me a strawberry donut, and I said I'd wanted a vanilla and she just looked and said "Well aren't they the same thing." Finally another girl stepped in and she gave me my refund(which I still haven't gotten btw lol and this was like a month ago) and I left.
My most recent problem was that I was told that starting soon, every drink would be with espresso only and that they'd be cutting out all cold brew drinks. But after I went a couple days later, I asked the girl if they were still using cold brew and she looked at me confused and said yes. The last couple of visits I've had have been extra unpleasant as every time I ask if they have any vanilla sprinkled donuts I'm immediately met with someone cutting my sentence off and saying "nope."
I've always loved local businesses and want to support smaller/local shops, but it's hard to spend $10 every morning and get treated like you're the bad person because you want coffee.
I hope that one day I will come back to WH but it's definitely not worth it now or anytime soon.

Amazing coffee. Best in town. Only complaint is to actually give the customer their full 24ounces of coffee if they decide to have light ice or no ice. A full cup of hot coffee would be to the brim and noticeably with the ice drinks it is not. Other than that. Beautiful place, great combinations and warm atmosphere.

Had their Frozen Wild Honey coffee and enjoyed it at one of their outside tables with a friend! The ladies were polite and quick and the coffee was delicious! (I'm definitely going back soon to get some of the Dothan Donuts with my kiddos!)

This location is super cute and the atmosphere isn’t as cramped as the Daleville location, so that’s a plus! The smoothie bowl I tried was delicious and so was the tea! I only wish this location brewed their black tea ahead of time like in Daleville, because the tea bag was simply put in my cold drink, so I had to brew some tea at home and mix it. Other than that, it’s as good as the rest!

Was in from out of town- so excited to try an acai bowl on a Monday morning - no acai... so got another base.. ok...- then no fruit topping's... so matter of fact ...so basically a smoothie in a bowl.
the people are not friendly - im sure when you dont have a main menu item on Monday morning its stressful

Jen had the S’mores Donut & I had strawberry cheesecake doughnut both so very yummy. We will be going back soon. It is a must go to if you have not been yet. The ladies that work there were so very nice polite patient and answered so many questions. So I had to get two donuts to go. We got a chocolate peanut butter doughnut, and I just got a chocolate doughnut with nuts on it.

I have never been that crazy about drinking coffee, BUT the Tina is the most delicious drink I have ever had. Jada got me hooked on these, and I am not that mad about it. I also love this location and the people that work there. They are always super friendly and create a great atmosphere for my wife and I who come here all the time. My wife goes everyday whether she is dieting or not. I try to restrict it to Saturdays when I am feeling strong 😉

Was there late, but the staff was helpful. Coffee was luke warm, and they steamed for us to heat it up. Their selection of pastries are really good. Christian atmosphere.

I cannot say enough about this location, the baristas and the coffee!!! No matter if it’s Jada, Vanessa, Laura, Zoey, Bri, or Maddie it’s a FABULOUS EXPERIENCE! I love getting my morning coffee everyday and being able to catch up with all of them 💖! The environment is also amazing and very inviting. It’s a great place to go and study or just have some alone time and read a book. I love love love all the different coffees. They have a huge selection, and they always work with me and come up with whatever concoction I’m currently drinking lol 😂 I really just can’t say enough about this place! Love our wild honey dothan! The girls are the best, as I come in to enjoy a coffee and work a morning or two a week, they know my regular order and always greet me by name. Jada and the other girls are always busy filling orders and seeing to customers but take the time to say good morning. No one makes my coffee order like wild honey! Definitely recommend! As another dothan small business manager in the area, we enjoy knowing the team at wild honey and appreciate the support they give to our business as well, including us in their pop up events and other community opportunities as they can!

I’ve come here a couple times visiting a friend, and usually really love it! I came in earlier tonight, fairly close to closing time, and so I expected a little bit of tiredness or grumpiness as I am a barista myself in Destin, FL. My long time friend is pregnant and was really craving a smoothie bowl, so I took her and I got a smoothie as well. To try to make up for coming in so late (7:38pm) I tipped $20 on my mango smoothie. Half in cash as well - again,, I’m a barista myself.

While I was expecting low energy, I was pretty shocked at the fact that none of the baristas even spoke to us. One of the baristas made a face when we walked in, which I brushed off because I completely understand as I said. I picked up my order at the counter and said thank you and none of the baristas even acknowledged me. They did not even meet my eyes or smile. Not only that, but the smoothie bowl my friend got was definitely lacking and tasted watered down compared to times she had ordered previously and was a noticeably much lighter shade. We immediately left so we would not postpone closing duties.

The people you have behind your counter really matter. I understand that it is somewhat frustrating when customers come in towards close when you’re just looking forward to cleaning up and getting home, I really do. But refusing to even acknowledge a customer is really unacceptable. And it is very upsetting to know that I tipped that much expecting service similar to what I try to give, just to leave feeling uncomfortable, unwelcome, and dissatisfied.

Usually I love their drinks and food, and love the atmosphere. I am just really disappointed with this experience, especially from a place that is so based in faith.

The drinks are good when they actually make them right, but most of the time they don’t add half of the stuff you pay for.
I tried to give this place several chances but I don’t think I’ll be coming back again :/
This time, I tried to ask them to add the things they forgot, but I stood at the counter for a few minutes and neither of the workers even acknowledged me. They were just chatting with each other.
So I left with my half-made drink only for the lid to fall off in the parking lot.

The place had potential, but I’m just tired of being disappointed. So thanks but no thanks.

Edited to add:
I only had less than half of the drink and it made me violently nauseous. I had to lay down for an hour and a half and couldn't eat anything.
Please don’t offer me a free item or “bless” me. I don’t want to give any more of my time and money to this establishment.

Wild honey has been my go to since their opening! The baristas always help me figure out exactly what to order and are always so kind. It is the perfect place to meet a friend, do work, or simply get a to go coffee just because! They are, above all, efficient and the atmosphere is very peaceful!

I got a hot latte and the bacon egg and cheese on croissant. The bacon wasn’t cooked enough for my taste and my drink was a little warm by the time I got it but that’s expected when using DD. Coffee was great though, I’ll definitely come back for more.

This place is my favorite, I always go here every Saturdays. The baristas need a raise.. they’re an awesome team and I wish I made enough to tip them more. This place does not compare, they deserve more! I def recommend coming for a delicious coffee!

I had a white mocha, that was terrible. I couldn't even drink it. My husband had a peanut butter cup smoothie,which was like peanut butter powder and water. He drank it, but said it had a weird aftertaste. There were a lot of teenagers hanging out. Sorry, but first and last visit.

I have been to the one in Flowers hospital, but I heard that this location has Downtown donuts, so I went to get some donuts and hot latte. The donut was great, but the latte was not hot at all. It was room temperature.

I went to wild honey yesterday and the staff members were incredibly rude to me and my friends. At first I tried to excuse this deplorable behavior because I understand how it is to work in a fast paced environment. Then again I was nothing but kind to them when I told them about how my drink was made wrong. They in turn gave me sass that was palpable and I decided to leave.. will never spend my money here again!

The baristas are always exceptional. I’ve had Lexi every time I’ve been to wild honey. She takes my order and makes my coffee come to life! She is always so sweet spirited. I tell her what I liked and she makes my coffee exactly how I like it plus a little razzle dazzle!!

Came here twice while visiting family and each time I've been greeted by miserable looking high school girls. The second time I came I ordered curbside only to my dismay of no matter how many times I called, the phone was never picked up. Please do not offer curbside pickup if you're not going to answer your phones. This second time was enough for me to not come back I'll stick with Dakotas. Also it awesome to see the barista sitting down watching tiktoks instead of answering the phone and not even greeting me when I finally came in. Basic customer service is not hard. Please train your people!

By far my favorite coffee shop in all of the Wiregrass. Not overly sugary like the competition. The atmosphere is beautifully done. I definitely wish they a bit more to offer when it came to lounging. And may be another location too. But ho estly I'll travel for this coffee.

So the issue I had run into was someone specifically telling me I had to order at the kiosk. Which hasn't happened since. I use the snack pass app or order at the desk. Everything has been done in a reasonable time and the people that I've seen working here are extremely friendly now. No rude, mean mug faces lol Which is refreshing when you're just an exhausted student trying to relax a little bit and study.
I come regularly to study quite often now and bring my friends because I do enjoy your coffee and flavors so much. Plus the outdoor seating is great! Being in nursing school I'm exhausted with being stuck inside all the time.

Stopped in for coffee as I do regularly. The staff of 3 was fulfilling a big order. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes with them walking past me, glancing up at me but never acknowledging me much less greeting me, even to say, “we’ll be with you shortly”.
When I finally got someone’s attention, I was told in an unwelcome manner it’d be just a minute.
I left but called and asked for the manager. I was told the manager was busy but I could ‘leave a message’. Right. I’m sure that manager would’ve gotten it. Smh.
Needless to say, I’ll be sticking to Starbucks and the downtown shops from now on.

The customer service is amazing! It’s clean and the aesthetic of Wild Honey is amazing. It gets a bit busy so studying there can be hard, especially when all the seats are taken, but again it’s because it’s a great place to be. The coffee is really good too. Unique flavors as well. I was here from out of town looking for a coffee shop that serves oat milk. The people working were so sweet and helpful and my coffee was perfect. Very cute store, the concept is beautiful. Highly recommend them!

Since I knew this place existed, I have been going at least once a week, which really speaks to my caffeine issues. Clean place, not just in cleanliness, but decor is minimal and inviting. Employees and staff are cheerful and friendly. Plenty of options on the menu too! My recommendation is the Sunset Wild Infusion... If you like Red Bull that is! Top notch place!

Always great customer service. But Summer is my favorite. I love when servers/workers remembers your name and knows your drink. She was the first one to do so. Made me feel good!!! She rocks in my books!!

OMG all I can say is I am hooked I go here every day and get a birthday cake drink it is to die for, the frozen mochas are great too but I just can't resist the birthday cake also they're cinnamon rolls are delicious.

I was so excited to see this beautiful coffee shop in the neighborhood. I came here with my daughter last week at 8 o'clock for the first time. I asked for a cup of coffee they told me they don't have fresh coffee. My daughters drink was good. We then came back 3 days later, I asked for a cup of coffee the answer was we don't have coffee. The clerk was very rude. Iam very disappointed because I couldn't have a a cup of coffee in a coffee shop. Please train your employees to have some courtesy.

FINALLY! A local coffee shop with a keto menu!! The frozen keto mocha with sugar free mocha and chocolate plant based protein was PHENOMINAL! Also, they're open until 9!!! EEEEEK. It doesn't get much better than that!

Insanely addicted to their bacon, egg and cheese croissant...
Like, I'm not sure what makes it so different from other places but you've got to try it so I'm not alone in this.

They don’t add your drinks to your loyalty number if you order curbside with the app. I asked Enterprise about it and they said that we could add our number in comments and managers will sometimes add. I haven’t had that any luck. The coffee is great.

I've never had a bad experience here. My husband and I have tried several drinks and have loved them all. They have a wonderful variety of drink selections and flavors! Very glad they chose to expand to Dothan! The staff is so friendly as well. 🖤

As soon as you walk into Wild Honey you almost feel a sense of relief and relaxation. This new coffee shop is cute, trendy and clean. Along with the stylish decor...the wide open windows give costumers plenty of natural sunlight that will easily boost ones serotonin levels. Wild Honey offers plenty of places for you to sit if you decide to stay a while. The baristas are pleasant, kind and helpful. Lastly- if you are an iced coffee queen like myself - look no further! your caffeine addiction will be fully satisfied here, the coffee is great!

If I was only allowed three different beverages for the rest of my life, I would choose Beverly from the World of Coca-Cola, jarred pickle juice, the hot Wild Honey Mocha. I especially love the staff at Dothan Wild Honey. I make sure to tip them extremely well because they deserve all of my money. I hope that everyone in Dothan goes WILD for Wild Honey.
