This store has really gone down since they hired a new manager, they can not keep there shelves stocked, the aisles are all clogged up with product waiting to be stocked, there are even empty carts still sitting in the aisles, it's hard to get around, while I was there two employees "manager" where outside the front door smoking. 1 employee suggested to my 80 year old mother that there are other stores we can go to! Sounds like a good idea!!!

Dishonest business practices

DG doesn't put all their posted coupons in their system so they sneakily take your money by charging you full price. This has happened more times than I can count. It's all locations not just this one. It's not the workers but corporate. Make sure you check the prices before you pay.

Very clean store and if you shop at Dollar General you know not all of them are clean. They keep it stocked pretty good shelves looked full. Staff was very helpful with getting things I couldn't reach,I am short. That was a good thing for my shortness. Like I said very clean and helpful.

Wheelchair accessible. Clean, fairly organized. Cashier was insanely great at her job. Courteous but quick. They have a small clearance section and a rewards app at Dollar General now.

I don't understand why Dollar general even has a stock room. All they do is load up these huge carts with boxes and put 2 or 3 on every single isle making the store absolutely impossible to navigate. They should start trying to let gladiators and great American ninja warriors start training here!

I called the home office to report ( come to find out it was the manager) of the store was so rude not just once but twice . I refuse to frequent that store ever because they refuse to do anything about her attitude towards customers and the nasty store the absolute dirtiest and messy store I have ever been to. But that is their choice who they employ. But I can choose which stores I shop in…..Just makes me want to go the extra steps to go anywhere else othe than Dollar General.

This store is so dirty ...never going back. Isles are cluttered and there is stock but it's in boxes on carts that are blocking the other available merchandise. Also no registers work but self service and employees yell instructions to customers on how to make that work.

I mean what is the point of having 3 registers if you can only use one AND it's card only hell if I have to check myself out should get a discount for doing someone's job!! I go shopping so I don't have to work the register if this is the case for now on then why have employees?????

Friendly staff, reasonable prices except the store usally only has one check out open and it's very hard to get around inside with all the boxes in the way and you have to wait for a long time to get checked out because it is so busy and people just keep coming in the door and I had to give up and leave because there was a line that already had about 10 people lined up for check out

We use Dollar General stores a lot there is two locations that are pretty close to us they have just about everything you need very convenient and everybody there are very helpful nice been coming to Dollar General stores for a long time they carry just about everything you need they got a lot of good over the counter medicine and they carry a lot of snacks dog food Everything you need. Highly recommend Dollar General

The store on BrannonStand was excellent compared to one on Baumann Dr, Mtgy Hwy and cashier's needed on Hwy 52, Dothan, AL. Most are sloppy in our area.
