Oh my goodness! Wonderful place! Lovely woman at the counter, was very patient while we decided what flavors we would like. Of course we had to eat the warm one hot off the belt first, everything was fresh, very clean! Hope to make it a regular stop on our travels!

We got buy 1 dozen, get 1 free! The original glazed FREE ones, were the freshest, softest, most PERFECT donuts we've ever had. Goodness gracious! And God Bless the young man who hooked us up! Yum!

We had a rule growing up that, when on a road trip and you see the Krispy Kreme "hot now" sign on, you have to stop! So, we did! Lol. Same delicious doughnuts as always. They were definitely hot and practically melt in your mouth. This location was quick and looks great. I also love that they have a 3 pack option! Perfect size for 1-3 people!

It's hard to find donuts on the weekend in this area in Alabama. That's opened anyway.
Great service and nothing like the smell of fresh donuts off the conveyer belt.

Now I'm learning a hard lesson about what is open and not opened on Sundays.

Now, this is a spot to fulfill all your donut desires. You name it the got it from donut holes, glazed, fruit filled, chocolate, and sprinkled donuts.

Get your coffee and have a donut or 3. 🤣

My family came in for the Christmas dozen. The cashier asked if we would wait a couple minutes for the freshly made glazed doughnuts. Why yes we will!!!

The, "retail counter" host, Kathy should NOT be the first impression when entering this establishment. She's rude and when she looks at you, which isn't much, it's as if you're the most disgusting thing she's encountered.
Very unpleasant greating and with nobody else in the establishment there was no "thank you for coming." She needs to work in the back unseen.

It’s 10 minutes after eight on June 11. I just left Krispy Kreme and Dothan Alabama. The new store looks great inside donuts look delicious. There were no apple and cinnamon rolls. They were just down to the basics. Really the biggest reason I’m leaving a comment is, (I’m older) a little hard of hearing. The customer service was not welcoming, half warm/welcoming. Almost angry that I had the audacity to even enter the door.
I worked with the public for 30+years, for god days and bad days. TO THE POINT: If you do not want to work in an establishment where you HAVE TO COMMUNICATE with the public cordially, don’t work there. To the owner and manager of Krispy Kreme, it only takes one bad employee to ruin a business. You have three working the front counter.
I’ll come back because I like the product. But I really hate to be treated like I am not wanted there.
Have we really reached that point where we have to hire anybody that walks in the door? If so, we’ve gotten into a very sad place.

Not very happy with this location. Didn't get hot doughnuts the last two times even when the light was on.
What bothered me more was the service or lack of. I felt like I was singled out and didn't receive any type of service. No hello, no how can I help, no thank you, no please hang on, no thanks guy for waiting....
Although the owls in front and behind me at last got talked too.
My husband experienced not as bad but similar service.

Overall I wish there was another doughnut place in town (not a chain)

Turns out, Krispy Kreme's 'Hot and Ready' sign is less of a promise and more of a cosmic joke. Who knew 'hot and ready' was actually secret code for 'we'll see you in 15 minutes... maybe.' It seems like their way of adding a sprinkle of mystery to your morning doughnut run—surprise! Your order is taking a mini vacation.

When I ordered a dozen glazed donuts, they were quick to take my payment at the drive-thru but then left me hanging with no food and no updates for over 15 minutes. I guess in Krispy Kreme time, that's just a blink of an eye.

I’ll be back, Krispy Kreme—in a day or two of Krispy Kreme time. Hopefully, by then, my donuts will be back from their trip and ready for pick-up!

I always love a good hot and fresh Krispy Kreme donut!
But I just had to share about my experience last night. It was the mondayest Wednesday I’ve ever had with one thing after another going wrong. I try not to be in Dothan(30 mins from home) so close to my kids bedtime. But it was after 7 and I saw the beacon of the hot light and answered its call.
I pulled through the drive thru and contemplated what I could afford. I just ordered a plain half dozen, that would give me and my husband two donuts and my kids each one.
Well I didn’t even catch his name, but the gentleman at the window was so generous, and after he told me how much it would be he said “well, it’ll be a little more than a half dozen.” And gave me a whole dozen instead. I could’ve cried.
Did I need the extra sugar? Of course not. Did I need the random kindness? Very much so.
So thank you to the person who showed me some kindness when I needed it after a long hard day.

First, we walked in and were not greeted, and 5 employees saw us. One employee was loading a box of doughnuts for another customer and licked her fingers after loading the doughnuts then did not wash her hands. She finally addressed us and when I showed her my son’s report card, she cut me off, and very rudely said, “it has to be a paper copy. You don’t get anything with a picture.” I explained to her that it wasn’t a picture but the actual email from the school principal and our school, Houston Academy, only issued digital copies from 5th grade up. She extremely rudely said, “every school prints a report card. I can’t help you.” I did not argue with her further. First of all, she is wrong every school does not issue a printed report card. Secondly, she only hurt my child who earned all A’s at an extremely difficult school and does not generally eat sugar, therefore this would have been an actual treat that he earned. I will never give Krispy Kreme my business again. Unsanitary, unfriendly, unprofessional, and extremely rude.
