My order was canceled with no phone call. I ordered online. I went to store and calmly explained I needed something for a special occasion. I am very happy with person at front desk. I will only buy flowers from Miles of flowers. Thank you again for your kindness in resolving the issue. I was very grateful and surprised by solution. I will definitely recommend this shop to friends and family. Also Christmas ornaments came with flowers. My beautiful wife loves them!

The flowers are very pretty, only problem is I specifically ask that they need to be delivered before 3pm. I was told they would definitely be delivered before 3pm. The person who were suppose to get them left at 3pm. What time did the flowers show up? 3:30pm. So guess what? I look like someone who forgot a birthday, that was a waste of $100. I can assure you it will be the last $100 I spend there. They seem very busy so I’m guessing at this point they can afford to ignore special request. I’m not sure how long that will last.

I ordered a fall arrangement for my mom's October birthday. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and arranged with a unique selection of flowers. After a week, it is still as beautiful. Thanks to Miles of Flowers for making my mom's day so special! They are certainly my first choice for sending flowers locally. I have used them several times and they have always delivered beyond our expectations!

Love this florist! I have ordered arrangements from multiple florists in Dothan and they are the best. Every arrangement I have ordered from them lasts, looks beautiful, smells very fragrant and above all else makes my wife smile from ear to ear. With Valentine's Day quickly approaching they get my vote for florist to order from.

Stopped in this past Monday,and asked to have these delivered to my Mom,they were very accommodating,and the store is an amazing place !
They arrived the very next day,and both Mom and Dad said they are absolutely beautiful ! 💐

We had this plant delivered to our co-worker, an it was more larger than it seemed in the picture, and the arrangement was almost identical. I am 100% satisfied with this purchase.

My experience with Miles of Flowers was deeply disappointing and added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. After ordering a spray for a loved ones funeral, they initially confirmed with the funeral home, only to later cancel the order via email without even bothering to call and inform us. Their excuse of being too busy with Mother's Day preparations was unacceptable, especially given the circumstances. This lack of professionalism left our family feeling abandoned and alone on a day meant for remembrance and support. What's worse, they canceled other orders as well, leaving only the sprays from another business as the sole floral representation at the funeral. It's disheartening to see a local business prioritize profit over compassion, causing additional pain to grieving families. I cannot recommend Miles of Flowers based on this experience.

Miles of Flowers is amazing! My mother loves flowers and is in an Assisted living place in Dothan. These great people make her a new arrangement every two weeks and deliver it to her! She loves them and they are pretty and live until the next ones arrive! If you need flowers for someone you love- go here!

I called this morning to ask for a bouquet for Boss Day (yes I know it was Sat, LOL). They helped me decide what to have delivered and Oh.Em.Gee! THE BOUQUET IS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! VERY BEAUTIFUL FALL COLORS! GREAT JOB! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I live in Fl. And my mother lives in Dothan. After trying many florists over the years and been disappointed, the past few years I have been using Miles of Flowers exclusively. My mother is always pleased, and this Mother’s Day she told me several times that they were the prettiest flowers she has ever received. Even my cousin commented on how beautiful they were. I ordered some flowers on very short notice for my mom who had been hospitalized. Not only was the arrangement (which I asked the florist to choose) gorgeous, but they were able to make it and deliver it within 4 hours! Great customer service at a fair price. I’ve found my new florist in Dothan!

I’ve recently ordered two arrangements and they were gorgeous. I also had a basket/dough bowl put together there and couple was well pleased. Give them a price and they will work with you. Couldn’t have been more helpful.

The flowers were beautiful and honestly looked better than the picture online, but I was very upset that they were delivered 2 weeks early! I specifically put May 28th as the delivery date and they were delivered on May 14th!

Had an arrangement ordered to be delivered today (Tuesday February 18 bc Valentine's day was booked). Sarah took the order on 2/11 and assured me that the delivery would be on the 18th before my daughter left work. Well the arrangement arrived 10 minutes before my daughter left work for the day. Per the woman who answered the phone when I was inquiring how the delivery had gone there was a funeral they had to prepare arrangements for but assured me it had been delivered. My daughter was delighted with the arrangement.

Ordered a corsage on Wednesday and was never called to let know they had it ready. It's Friday night and my daughter has no corsage for Homecoming. I was told they would call when ready and would have it ready by Friday.

They told me flowers would be delivered before 12 but it was 2hrs after that and when I called to check she said there was no way to get in touch with there delivery driver (even though it's the 20th century and everyone has a cell phone). The picture of the flowers I ordered on the site looks nothing like the flowers they delivered even though I asked him to reassure that it would. He said that the pictures were just stock pics from the internet so I was wondering why they don't use their actual product they arrange to advertise. However my friend was satisfied though she said they were gorgeous and even though it did not meet my expectations I guess that's all that matters.

THE WORST! The arrangement was NOTHING like what I purchased online. I understand Substition but they took it to an entirely new level! I wish I could share the picture online and the arrangement that was sent. No exaggeration. Complete rip-off. Had I received a call for my input, I would’ve accepted that. But to do a completely different arrangement. And a TRASH arrangement at that. GO ELSEWHERE or go put an arrangement together yourself with flowers from Walmart. 😡

While the flowers were nice, MOF did not send the arrangement I requested and they also did not send the box of candy that I ordered with the flowers. I understand that Valentines Day is busy for a flower shop, but I paid $106.81and expected to get what I asked for. I did call and get a refund for the $20.00 box of candy but was only refunded $16.35 which I don't agree with. But having them delivered the next day was pointless in my opinion.

Fantastic! I sent my best friend's mom an arrangement from 600 miles away and it is stunning. The staff person that helped me was professional, succinct, and listened to my special requests. I am from this area but live far away now; I'll be using Miles for all my needs from now on!!

Extremely overpriced and not the best customer service. Bought 6 red roses and a few balloons for my daughter and it took them 30 minutes to prepare, it was wrong the first time (so it had to be redone), and the employees seemed more concerned about discussing their personal business with each other than helping me spend money in their store. I will not be back. $60 for six roses and a couple latex balloons is outrageous. There wasn't even a vase!

Miles of Flowers is a wonderful florist!!! My grandmother was in the hospital for 5 days in ICU and when she was finally moved to a room, we wanted some flowers in her room quickly to brighten her day. I called Miles of Flowers and they said that they could have the flowers there in a few hours. My grandmother loved them! I saw the bouquet the next day when I visited her and it was gorgeous! It was very unique, full of many kinds of spring flowers and has held up very well. They even added a purple bow like I asked since her favorite color is purple. Thanks so much Miles of Flowers for doing an awesome job, in such a short time frame!

My first experience with MOF was not a delightful reason - my sister (47) had passed away. They are such wonderful people. Every florist in town could not put together what I wanted. Many said it had not been done in 20 years. But MOF were so compassionate and went WAY out of their way to get the items made that I requested for her funeral. In fact they drove all the way to Atlanta, GA to get the items. I truly appreciate their services and they delivered and everything was just perfect. Because of that we have continued to use them weekly and high recommend others to do the same. Their work is superb as compared to others in the area and their fresh cut flowers last a lot longer.
FYI: They made a rosary chain out with rose buds for the inner lid of my sister's coffin. The best thing about the rosary chain was that after the funeral you are given the chain and a certificate to mail it for insertion of silk rose buds so you can hang it on your wall or place it on your loved one's monument. It was $20! (Priceless to me). This was what I had a hard time finding from the other local florists. They also made a heart shaped wreath with three different colors that I selected for my sister. I know she loved everything they made. Thanks guys!!
Also they have other cute things in their store for all occasions. I find it very hard to leave there wanting something else they have on display.
