Pizza Hut

Called ahead and asked for pizza to be baked more. Pizza arrived not done. Talked with manager Meshal. She said some people like them this way. She had lots of excuses for the pizza not being done. She said I should have told them I liked it baked more. I told her I did ask for pizza to be browned! I even wanted to send her a picture. She would not accept it.
I won’t be ordering another. Pizza Hut supreme pan pizza used to be the best!

Megan was fantastic and made a memorable experience. She was relateable and the pizza was outstanding. I usually get my pizza's to go, but i'm glad I decided to sit down and grab a bite!! Will come again.

I can tell by reading comments some people have never worked in a restaurant. For those who don't know When it gets slow, staff is one to two people to cut down on hours.
Me and my friend when on 2/21/24 Tameshia was the only one there but she was awesome. She took our order and cooked it in a timely manner and when say the pizza was delicious I can't explain it! Other pizza places hurt my stomach maybe they don't use fresh ingredients but this pizza Ms.Tameshia made was perfect in every way and I will go back if she's there! Thank you and have a blessed day!

I ordered 85$ worth of pizza from this place please keep in mind I put it as a PLAN A HEAD so I could get home and feed my kids not only was my pizza not ready THEY GAVE IT TO SOMEONE ELS and also exapected me to wait another 30 mins for them to remake it. Great, hot food to go. Pleasant staff. It was about 7:30 on a Friday night in Dothan, the restaurant was clean, just no customers inside. Coming from Calhoun GA and Vero Beach FL, where we don't have the option to sit and eat, I would come here just for that experience alone. Go to Pizza Hut Dothan, Montgomery Highway and sit with family and friends for a casual get-together, and enjoy hot pizza and wings!!!! Bring FAMILY NIGHT back!! The pepperoni New Yorker and 24 wings were great!

Pulled up to the window and nobody is there. Stayed a while Saturday 1:35 Feb 3. Drove around and went in for a min, nobody comes to the counter. I can see 2 people in the back. 1 slow walks my way and I just leave. What a bunch of bums. I'm going somewhere else.

Ordered pick up, pulled up at the window, waited and no one was there, so I went inside to get my pizza and the lady there says “why didn’t you go to the window” I said no one was there and she goes “this is a restaurant not a fast food where we wait at the window” I don’t understand why she was so hostile with me.

I used to like this place but after my last order I will not be going back. I spent a good amount of money only for some of my order to be missing. They use door dash and I tried contacting the driver and was told there was nothing he could do but to call Pizza Hut. No one answered for a good while but finally got someone only to be put on hold for 30 min. So I hung up and called back to be put on hold again. I was on hold for over an hour. I finally called back and asked to speak with a manager and was hung up on. I called from a different number too, they would just pick up and hang up. No regard to customer satisfaction, and highly unprofessional. I finally was able to go up there 4 hours after it had been delivered and was given a bag had the rest of my order. The guy that gave it to me was actually nice and he offered a 20oz drink for the trouble/blamed it on doordash for not getting the whole order. But I am very disappointed in this business.

Essentially a carry out with an area to "dine" in. Bottled water and drinks. No cups and ice. Paper plates and food served in a carry out box. Food is good and classic Pizza Hut.

The cashier was extremely unpleasant and rude. The paying customer seemed to be a huge inconvenience to her between her many trips outside. No idea why such a person would be put in the position at the front of the store.

They are getting better, still seems like the cooks are not reading the orders, I like sauce since they do not put much on I always ask for extra.
Sept 2023 update, all pizzas skimmed on sauce in fact one had none on pizza body but only along crust, the others had none or a smear.
Not the first time.

The worst customer service ever!! They will eventually close that store. It’s usually an older white man with glasses that helps me(he is very professional and friendly) but today I came to the drive thru and waited for about 5 minutes before coming inside. The black lady was hostile and unprofessional. She didn’t have a name tag on but I’m sure she was a shift supervisor. Very rude again l!!!

🔥 AVOID THIS PIZZA HUT! Manager MISHA is very rude and disrespectful. I Haven't eaten all day, so I make an order online that goes through. Only to have her "store manager" call me to tell me that she closed 30 minutes early than the usual 10pm. Upon asking if she would honor a coupon or store credit for my next order, she was very rude and disrespectful And only cared about getting off the phone with me to go home. Did not try to help me at all. There is no excuse for her actions. I will not let this stand, and I am no longer give my business here.

Very bad experience. I usually go to 1912 Ross Clark Cir. This particular day 11/11 we was in the neighborhood and decided to stop by here. I walked in and stood at the register to check out for 20mins. I then made noise to get someone’s attention. As I said, “excuse me, ….. Hello,” I see one worker out side smoking and another in the back packing order. I asked couldn’t I get checked out. The employee continued to do what she was doing. There was another employee that came through to take out boxes. I asked can I get some help. He went and asked the lady that was on the back to check me out. She yelled and said I SEE HER, I’ll do it when I’m done.

I walked out the store. This lady followed me. Yelling to the top of her lungs say you’re not going to eat today! Stay hungry

Drove thru the drive thru to order... employee standing at the back door smoking a cigarette, watched her go from that back door to the register and started counting her drawer down... (then took our card after we ordered a large supreme and something to drink we get told that their drink machine was out of order) still hasn’t washed her hands... the other lady was nice but seemed like she was done with being over the drive thru... drove around to the front door, we had 15 minutes so I walked our dogs... parking lot is full of trash and so is the yard all around them... go back in to grab our pizza to the lady washing tables which is awesome but she goes to grab our pizza out of the warmer box and coughed all over the boxes... not very thinky at all... I left for 2 seconds and took the pizza to the truck but had to go back and ask for a manager... the same lady was still washing the tables, she asked why? so I told her everything I just seen and she had an excuse for everything and then lied... after 5 minutes, she still didn’t ask for a manager for me... I walked out... will never be back...

Delivered the wrong pizza, called to tell them they said my order was still there so we said we would come pick it up, got there just to be told they sent it out with a different driver, by the time we got back home the delivery was sitting on our porch and was cold. Ordered online using app. Had great deals and we were able to order our pizzas the way we wanted. Hubby got Meat Lovers on Stuffed Crust and I got Pepperoni lovers on Pan crust. We even got 2 cups of garlic sauce for dipping the crust into. Employees were great at pickup and we love the drive thru window option. Great date night at home thanks to Pizza Hut

This place stinks! No buffet or salad bar. They had no silverware and didnt even have cups for drinks. All i was offered was to buy 20oz bottles. I got fed up and went to My Pie on Hwy 84 by Walmart market. I will never spend my money at another Pizza Hut!

They don't have drivers and are instead using doordash. I placed an order thru the pizza hut app and it said it had been delivered. I called and found out they're using door dash and my order had not even been picked up. Pizza was delivered an hour later.

I have been done sick for a few days my sister sent me pizza and wings for dinner. The pizza was suppose to arrive at 7:10 it came at 7:30 everything was cold even after being in the warming bag . The pizza was not even warm my sister contacted the store and was told we had to return the pizza in order for them to remake it . In what Covid world does anyone asked for the food back .Giving the food back was not the biggest issue my thoughts were who was going to wait another 40 plus minutes for a possible better pizza.

They took my order online , 72.00, called and told me they had no drivers. Held my card pending for 8 days. Next visit I called to make sure dinning room was open , they said yes. I came and no server. Took box and bottle soda to table. I called the next time to make sure they had a drive and they said yes. I started my order, gave my address and was told they don't deliver in that neighborhood because their driver was held up . My neighbor was judged, mine you, there is cameras on every corner and day time. Very Bias behavior

I wish there was a 0 for stars! Placed my order online @ 9:36 pm on a Friday night for the family totaling $69.42. Wait time was to be 26 to 36 minutes. Me realizing it's Friday night, I waited 45 minutes to call the store only to find out the store was closed. Yes, my card was charged, and track my pizza was saying my order was still being prepared. My pizza never came! My kids had to have cereal for dinner. If they didn't want to make my order, or deliver it, whatever, but a call, or at least a email, would have been appreciated. I can promise this..... I will never spend my money @ Pizza Hut again! Can't even speak to someone to get my money back. SMH!

My friend ordered a pizza last night for delivery and they never delivered it. Called multiple times and they would hang up on her when she tried to find out what was going on. She’s already paid for it and still has heard nothing. Poor customer service, and basically stealing from people. I would definitely take my business elsewhere.

The box pizza we had last night was NOT P.H. quality, like it used to be. We love the red sauce of the distinct taste it has, and have always loved it. But the order we had last night $31.00 worth, was 1/3 eaten and thrown away. One of the pizzas was very doughy (undercooked) and the other two were just not PH standards. Very dissatisfied and may not order for a LONG TIME.

I’ve had some pretty horrible Pizza Hut experiences, but this one has been the worst. Do these people even know what their menu is? Or the difference between curb side and carry out?

Terrible!!! Waited 1 hour and no sign of food. Same thing with 5 other orders. We all requested refunds and left.

The order was delivered later then stated and we did not receive the sauces we ordered and paid for. We told the delivery driver and she said she would bring them back. We never saw her again or were contacted with a resolution.

The pizza was good, but the service was abismal. I know it's right after Covid, but there weren't any cups at all, so we couldn't even get water to drink. We all wanted water, but we had to have whatever bottled sodas they had to offer, which only consisted of Diet Pepsi, Mug Root Beer, or Mountain Dew. They did not have any plastic plates or cups available to us, but offered us paper plates. The manager of the store said that Corporate threw out all of the cups and plates as soon as the Covid lock down began. I understand that this isn't all the store's fault, but it sure seems to me that things could have been better handled. The pizza was good though!

This is a very good place..we normally ordered by phone ,which is the problem the person taking the order is not at restaurant... ordered the other day and waited 30 minutes to get food only to be told when I drove there that they were out of everything....need someone at store talking orders.....

Couldn't get into any of the restaurants so I said I'm going to pizza hut of course the kid says yay. We sat in the parking lot and ate the whole pizza because the inside was closed. It was so good I ordered another thru the app when we pulled up to get it in the drive thru and handed the lady the empty box and said we want another. She fell out laughing. That's how great it was.
