I visited today, and the manager was doing an amazing job leading her team!! The food was excellent! If you want to see how a restaurant should be run, go visit them! Grab some hot food too!

Long wait for chicken didn't have any non spicy chicken everything was the spicy . But I go there a lot the sandwichs.are good.

Well ya'll have made a big mistake getting rid of your southern style chicken....the Cajun is too spicy for some of us and kids. This was the only place we went for chicken but not anymore....will not go back and buy something that I can not eat 😞

Terrible service, rude employees, like it was a bother for me to order. 20 minute wait in the drivethru after pulling forward. Once I recieved my order, the person had no customer service skills, not one word but "here". when handing my order over..
Was wanting my bojangles fix but after waiting the chicken was cold, fries were unseasoned and cold, biscuit looked like it was stepped on, and the tea wasnt drinkable, tasted sour. The absoloute worst meal and employee customer service at any bojangles I have ever been to.
Passing through the area and didnt have time to go inside to complain. Will follow with a corporate complaint.

I ordered a pretty big meal to for take requested honey and hot sauce in my bag and didn't get either and I had to pay for a honey mustard the cashier did cook everything fresh for me.

Absolutely horrendous service. Was waiting 20 minutes just to be served and no one came. Ended up leaving without receiving any service and going to another Bojangles. Manager was also condescending when talked to about the wait. It’s a fast food joint not a restaurant, 20 minutes to not even be talked to was unacceptable.

The biscuits were dry, and I've never had a bojangles biscuit that wasn't moist and buttery. The air vent over the dining area was covered in what looked like black mold. A very big turn-off for this particular bojangles considering they weren't busy at this time.

I'm mean....its Bojangles. Their chicken is pretty good and considering how most all fast food chicken spots have gone up ridiculously on their prices, Bojangles has always been a bit more pricey so you feel like you're coming home, really.
The pintos are star on the menu tho.
Always choose Cajun style chicken but seriously, the pintos are always perfect.

This is an update to a review 3 years ago. Unfortunately, this place has not been clean in our recent stops. Food is still decent but not as good. Service is OK, but mainly the staff is uninterested. Clearly management has changed.

Breakfast, for me has been good in morning. Had an evening meal once, they gave me the oldest soggyest chicken, that wasn't done in the middle.... and you know when you run into some pink chicken, you don't want to eat chicken for 10 years. I give the service a low score because you should never give your customers something like this.

We ordered an 8 piece meal and a chicken fiber meal. We wanted to take it to a park to eat. When we got to the park, there was no chicken finger meal and no napkins and no utensils to eat the slaw and mashed potatoes and gravy. My girls did say that that was some of the best chicken that they had eaten.

Just trying to grab a bite to eat on my way to work. Sat from 6:00a- 6:05a at the speaker, no one said anything. I drove back around thinking maybe they hadn’t turned their headset on since it was right at 6a when I pulled up. Sat for another 2 mins. Still nothing. Left & went to Hardee’s next door. Cashier was standing at front counter preparing something when I drove by the window both times with headset on.

I wish I could give zero stars. Severaly disappointed that this Bojangles seems to have discontinued the original Cajun filet sandwich, the one with mayo, lettuce,and tomato. But instead of informing something when they order this WELL KNOWN sandwich they try to pass off this new sandwich in its place. Will not be returning till the real chicken sandwich does!
