I went in to the Fairhope Sherwin Williams a few days ago to have a color I liked tweaked. Gretchen was able to help us, and I was so impressed with her willing attitude and her knowledge of color. Once again Sherwin Williams confirmed to me their level of excellence. I just can’t buy paint anywhere else. Superb customer service.

Worst possibe customer service in HISTORY. Came in to pick up several samples so I could pick a color/stain to use on wood. No QTS available, only available in a Gallon sized at $60 per. Flipn Joke and pathetic to expect customers to spend nearly $200 for samples and then come back in and purchase products. If you want to get taken advantage of and feel like giving money away then this is the store for you. Otherwise this place is a JOKE and a RIP OFF

Quinten was excellent! Saved me on a Friday afternoon when I had gotten the wrong paint color. Very personable, willing to help and was knowledgeable on matching the paint color. Great service!

I've been a Painting & Decorating customer for years; best quality chemistry and consistency. "Resilience" exterior paint is really their best product for not leaving a sheen layer and for even color...especially in red & yellow. Not the cheapest paint, but it has worked for me without a single fail. It sets up in humidity! The staff in the Fairhope store are professional.
