Red Or White Wine Fairhope

Best curated food experience I’ve had since moving to the south 4 years ago. My wine was amazing and each item of my food wonderfully paired and prepared. If you’re wondering if you should go, YOU SHOULD! Excited for my next visit.

Only downfall was space. I was lucky to have been alone and was able to find a bar seat immediately. Prepare for a wait if there’s a group of you.

Amazing pizza and boards. Huge selection of wine and several beer. I’m always delighted to see kronenbourg blanc 1664 anywhere I can eat too.

I truly enjoyed myself. I had ordered the artisan board and wine flight w/ sample plate. Everything tasted great and the atmosphere was wonderful!

Simply fantastic. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and the selections of wines and cheeses are very diverse and reasonably priced. If you are in the Fairhope area, this is a must. Cannot recommend enough.

Dang. For years I have been so proud to bring friends and family here. NEVER AGAIN. Owner has completely lost it. Maybe she was just having a bad night. I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt and give two stars (and our waitress was amazing!). Owner actually had the gall to chew out my wife (after the husbands left) because somebody else left a 1 star yelp review. Classless. Happy to discuss further and apologies will be accepted. We met our friends here for snacks and wine the other night. We had a great time!
They have a great menu for sharing with friends and standard staples, such as pizza, and sandwiches.
They have lots of wine to choose from, and on this night, they had a table stocked with maybe 15 to 18 brands of different wine, it was the $10.99 table.
I looked through and selected a Cabernet Savignon, which was lovely.
The venue has a nice atmosphere, groups of 2 to 8 at various tables, all were enjoying themselves and the conversation.
We were so pleased with the evening, and was able to park less than a half a block away. This is a local gem!! we will be back!

I live in Fairhope and have been coming here for awhile. Once was a great place to hangout. Came here recently at 8:30 on a Friday night and the kitchen was already closed. Always bought a bottle of wine and pizza. This is part of the reason folks are moving from Fairhope to Foley, Gulf Shores, and Orange Beach. Staff told me the kitchen closed at 8. Again, this is a Friday night. Unacceptable.

I would have given a 5 if they had more time serving food (they only serve food from 3-8) and if they had more seating. The pizzas and charcuterie boards were amazing. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu and wines they had available. Great place!

Red or White is my favorite place in Fairhope! Everyone is friendly and helpful, the selection is expansive, and the chef is absolutely amazing at what he does. The food is always delicious and they are very helpful with my dairy allergy!

We went there to celebrate my husband promo at work. Perfect cozy place to do that!! Wine is great and food was so delicious. The best charcuterie board ever!

A must if you get to Fairhope. Excellent wine selection. Chef has a great menu with weekly specials. Excellent staff! Bar seating is a good way to meet and converse with others.

Food was very fresh and delicious. Wine selection was wide. My only disappointment was the service was a little slow. This was surprising since there are so few tables in this establishment and there seemed to be several waitresses.

Great place in Fairhope to purchase wine to have on-site or for take-out. Very knowledgeable staff. Also, their chef makes innovative specials as well as having standard items on the menu. Small building with lots of character. We visited several times during our 4 day vacation to pick up wine for gifts, and we stayed one night for a great meal with a bottle of champagne...we will definitely return!

Great wine bar and bistro. Tasting flights on Saturday are an exceptional value and they allow you to sample wines for bottle purchase. I really appreciate that. Their flatbread pies are very good, as well as, the cheese and charcuterie boards. Their nightly dinner specials are top shelf too. Friendly, sharp staff and service. The space is clean, properly lit, comfortable and quaint.
