my wife and I have been fairly regular customers here for a number of years. I own many shorts, pants, and shorts from here and my wife does too. I myself bought $900 worth of shoes for my wife there 3 months ago. Point is, I think we've been good customers.

My wife bought a pair of shorts here that were somehow damaged in the wash after only owning them for a week. She did follow the care instructions and did not use bleach. She went in just to see if they were willing to do anything for her. It sounds like things spiraled out of control when the owner affirmatively informed her that the damage was from bleach. He yelled at her and told her to never return. Would've been fine if he just told her something along the lines of "I'm sorry your shorts were damaged in the wash. Unfortunately, we can't do anything for you in this situation". Seems p simple IMO

steer clear if you want a shopping experience where you're treated with a little dignity and respect

Had a very disheartening first experience at this boutique today while shopping for an engagement dress with my sister-in-law. We just came in to inquire about a dress in the window and were met with judgemental, fat-shaming comments and looks from several staff members. We will not be returning to this location and others should think twice before going there. If you’re not a size 0, you’re likely to be looked down upon and made to feel inferior. Do better.

Never miss a visit to this designer store in Fairhope Alabama! Love, love, love everything about it. You can find a new wardrobe or just add a few treasured pieces. The Store is merchandised very well and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Bring your credit card, you get what you pay for nice clothes. Worth it! And... They have a men's section too!

We bought a birthday gift for my Mom from here. They have VERY nice clothing here. Love the fabrics - very high quality. Excellent customer service, right down to wrapping the gifts for you in the cutest box and ribbon! Definitely a go-to in the future for Mom's gifts.

Clothing and environment is excellent; customer service can improve with workers attitude towards clients and other workers of the surrounding area. Jessica was rude and short while taking care of us. Will come back but will not seek assistance.

I purchased a lovely Tory Burch handbag and a really cool credit card holder at CK Collection. They also carry Vince clothing - the only place I know of that carries that brand in the entire area.

The manager Anna is very unprofessional. She proceeded to be unprofessional through email and refuse to refund a damage shipment. Terrible customer service

Had a problem with a foundation that I purchased. Used one time and the color is wrong, and they were not willing to work with me. I dont think they really have the skills to help you with the makeup or at least they didnt really take the time to help.
