Walmart Supercenter

Don't like feeling like a thief when at Walmart tonight trying to get some stuff because I'm traveling to New York and the weather is cold up there. Was trying on some jackets and walking up and down looking for what I wanted, observing a couple of guys watching me I knew that there's we're loss prevention you could tell that they were security. Then they started to appear wherever area I was. I had been a Walmart Plus member, now they're asking me to renew why should I renew when I don't feel like I'm welcome there? Don't get me wrong I know they're just doing their job but do it more discreetly when I was about to check out guess who was in front of me checking out with two-piece clothes, just waiting to see if I was who they thought I was a shoplifter. I have shopped at Foley Walmart a couple of times because I'm in the area seeing friends I live in Gulf Shore and met the general manager one time at Foley and she asked us to do a review on the self-checkout while we were leaving, from then I would always leave them a five-star review so I didn't leave any tonight because I felt so uncomfortable shopping because of these guys.

Would give it 5 but it's one of the oldest building I've see this area deserves nicer in a better location in town. Waltons CEO you need to do better this area has grown leaps and bound since this location here in beautiful Foley Alabama was built.

Excellent place well stocked. Pretty crowded. Lots of beach supplies and a great garden center. Bathrooms and all that need. Large food and beverage space. Auto supply is good.

Big, eternally crowded, and almost not worth the hassle to save a few pennies. Better and more upscale choices at Publix, but you'll pay for that cleanliness, friendliness and selection. The store has been recently remodeled so it's not quite as bad as it used to be, but the parking lot is still a mess and it's eternally crazy busy. I much prefer to buy my cheap Chinese junk at the Robertsdale Walmart or Target in Gulf Shores.

Nice looking Walmart. Clean and organized shells. Groceries are fresh, have good fresh fruits and veggies, and have fresh meat. There is lots of beach stuff, swimming supplies, beach toys, swimming pools, and swimsuits. The garden section looks good with good-looking plants. They take good care of them.

Every time I was there during my week visit to the area, there was at least one cashier. This has become such a rarity in these big chain stores that I have to award 5 stars. The lines for the cashiers weren't even long. I went at all different times, but I never once used self checkout here. There was only one day that I did not find the particular item for which I was searching, but it was on the shelf for my next visit.

Walmart store in Foley Al is a great store and has everything you need. What really bothers me is the condition of the vests that the employee wear. Some of them are very dirty and it brings down the look of the store being clean and tidy. Can I suggest you provide new vests for the employees or have their current vest cleaned. Thanks

Awesome store. Very clean. Large selection. Only complaint is there's usually 3 employees behind the counter with only 1 at register. Often long wait time to check out.

Store is clean, always someone e to help you out with something. During the warmer months the shelves can be a Lil bit bare, but that's because everyone from 50 states and I'm sure a few different countries drive, fly and teleport(the last one was a joke) to this area and generally all at the same time.

This store is Horrible. It’s dirty, the shelves are empty and the Manager Jared is worthless, He won’t speak to customers to get feedback and has lost control of his employees. Walmart will hire anybody and just put them on the floor without any training. Completely unprofessional.

Store was mostly clean and organized. Few of the Employees shopping for customers seemed to be in a bit of a hurry and would get frustrated when customers were moving too slow. One male employee stocking a few aisles away from the paint actually took a moment (without any frustration or attitude) from his stocking to help me locate the area I was looking for. I understand being busy and having a task to complete but without customers what's the point? Everyone has "days" just remember that you were at least blessed with breath in your lungs to wake up and have a "day" not everyone was ... be thankful for EVERY day you get even if it's not such a "good" one at least you're having one.

Went to try on clothes and the lady working, not working, playing on her phone said she had no key to let me use the stall. I said it was open, she rudely let me in, then when I came out, she slammed the door and walked away in a huff. The whole area is piled high with clothes, and no one cleaning it or restocking it. Very unprofessional. I avoid this store as much as I can. WE DONT FEEL SAFE in this location.... Sad sad sad

Well they've made some changes which is not a bad thing necessarily. I just couldn't find things in a timely manner. Anywho, it's Walmart in Foley. Self check out is usually a backed up mess so I started going back to the cashier's. It was really fast too. Store was cleaner than usual but lots of items out of stock. That's something they really need to prioritize. I'll34¹ keep coming back because unfortunately they have the lowest prices on groceries (if you can find them) in town. Good luck on the renovations just please get some inventory on the shelves.

People go stupid quick, and buy up toilet paper, when it's made right here. Walmart laps up your stupidity and charges way to much but you make it ok because you are uneducated about products and where they come from. Stop the stupid and stop shopping Walmart.

1 employees are rude an help less 2 I got my oil changed an they broke the o ring causing all my oil to leave my motor while I was on my way home to Louisiana causing my motor to blow leaving me with what was a 40$ oil change to a 2,000 dollar new motor. Do not recommend coming here for any reason

For a larger Walmart, it really does not have much of a variety. Prefer the Walmart in Robertsdale, but when I need to go to Foley on other errands, it is convenient to stop there.

The lady at self check out in the mask is very rude to customers. I heard her speaking very unprofessionally about customers, and to customers and no one ever seems to do anything about it

“Amanda” made claims I only brought 3 items in for return (I brought five) and claimed on camera I only brought three and tried to deny me a refund for all 5 of my items. I let her know all of my items were sitting right behind her and that she could verify that with her representative and I ended up getting my refund. I waited an hour for them to fix their mistakes just to be wrongfully accused by a veteran employee with a 20 year badge. Thankfully they did end up completing my refund . Still not happy with being accused like that.

I was "detained" at the exit and asked for my receipt. Your employees have no authority to do this. She said they stop everyone. I told her that was not true. I've walked out several times unimpeded.

Didn't have a single checkout lane with an associate working at it. Everything was self checkout. I asked an associate, and she said only self checkout was available even though they had a bunch of associates watching self checkout. I don't work for Walmart, I shouldn't be required to check myself out!

The store is quite large & is well-stocked. There are huge amounts of everything beach-related. The food selections are pretty vast as well. Was very busy today (beginning of week before Memorial Day) but staff was helpful with positive attitudes.

Addition: again, a holiday week (4th of July) very busy. Hard to find parking. We had a few items in different areas of store. Though crowded, we were able to assemble them & use Self-checkout to get back out quickly. Thumbs up!
