We started our search through the text option on Malouf’s website. After providing information as to the furniture we were in need of, our salesperson, Tom Francis, who by the way, was spot-on with our wants, met us at the store the next day. He showed us the items we had talked about but did not push us. He encouraged us to look around. There was no need to continue the search. Easiest purchase EVER. In addition, Jeremy assisted via text option also. From internet to completion, this experience has been nothing except PERFECT. I am sorry we failed to get the young lady’s name that completed the sale for us but she was also so quick and precise. We will be back. Thanks to all.

We had a wonderful experience at Malouf Furniture. We worked with Lana, who went above and beyond helping us find our style and furnishings for our condo, while being sensitive to our budget. We do not live in the area so we were dependent on Lana’s excellent communication and design skills and her friendliness and eagerness to keep us in the loop was greatly appreciated. We are so happy with all the furniture and accessories and the quality is excellent. I will continue to use Malouf for any home furnishing needs in the future.

Way too expensive. Saw some 10k couches in there. Cheapest was 1k and wasnt even leather or comfy. About 10 employees in there. This place is for people with money.

Robyn at Malouf was wonderful to work with - we started texting about what I was looking for and I was able to send photos of the furniture I wanted to match. Robyn made suggestions on what would work best for my bedroom and then I went into the showroom in Foley to finalize the purchase. Great service!! We had been looking off and online for a year to match the discontinued furniture with no success even from the store we purchased it from. I would definitely shop at Malouf again.

I was able to purchase several nice pieces & special ordered several more and he was so patient with me to help put together a perfect living room ensemble for my new home. We purchased a leather sofa at Maloufs, manufactured from Smith Brothers. After approximately 6 months we noticed that the chaise part of the sofa was showing problems. The pillows were not holding their shape and the color was fading on some of the pillows although they were not exposed to direct sunlight. This was an expensive piece of furniture and we called Malouf s to explain the situation. It still has not been corrected by the manufacturer although they did try to refill the pillows. We hate to post a negative review, but we have been very disappointed with this purchase.

No pressure sales pitch just excellent explanation of the bed mattress we were interested in. Delivery took a few weeks, but they kept us apprised as soon as it arrived. Delivery men were polite and helpful. We had a 10-day trial on the mattress. After a week we discovered our choice was to firm and Malouf exchanged the mattress without out any hassle.

Malouf Furniture is the best! There may be a variety of stores that offer some of the quality brands that youll find at Malouf, but I doubt there are many that offer all of these brands under one roof. And the follow-up customer service is unrivaled. A huge thanks to Brooke from the service standpoint and a huge thank you to Russell for making the trip out here to, professionally and courteously, bring and install the needed parts. My family will continue to be Malouf customers again and again. This is an update: Malouf has proven to go above and beyond once again. In this instance we had purchased furniture that had come from a very reputable manufacturer. One of the pieces got past the manufacturers QC with a flaw in the build. Malouf did a phenomenal job at acting as the conduit between us and the manufacturer. After patiently and persistently working for and with us, and not getting satisfactory results from the manufacturer, Malouf showed what customer service really means and made things right. My wife and I couldnt have asked for anything more. I will never buy my furniture from anywhere other than Malouf. We always hope that things will go as planned, but when they dont, will the company youre doing business with treat you as their most valuable commodity? Malouf Furniture Co. sure will. Finally, I am certain that whoever you end up working with will give you the utmost service and attention, but I feel compelled to give a super heartfelt thank you to Brooke (customer service), Russell (delivery and installation), and Rodger (sales rep/design consultant). If you are fortunate enough to work with any or all of these individuals, you will experience customer service at its highest level.

We had the best experience at Malouf. Lana was our consultant and was fantastic. We went in with a floorpan of our living room and no idea what we wanted to do with it. She used their software to help us virtually design a layout of furniture that worked best for us that flowed well in the space but also made sense for our stage of life with young children. I loved that all of the pieces we chose we were able to customize the fabric, the finishes, and the design of the pieces. The process is so custom to your preferences. Lana was so helpful and so insightful, she let us wander around the store and sit on literally every single couch giving us space to test and discuss but always close by if we had a question. We could not imagine putting together this room without her help. We will always recommend and use Malouf for all of our future furniture needs!

It took over a year to finalize my living space on my end but the results speak volumes as he helped gather my thoughts, inspirations and details! It came together perfectly! Needed a replacement recliner so went to Malouf for first time. We worked with Lana Fairchild who listened to what I wanted and only showed me chairs that met my needs.I ve very tall, so only a high-back recliner would work for me. Lana was knowledgeable and professional but never high pressure. Ordered a beautiful navy blue leather recliner and can t wait for it to be delivered. Very good experience!

We were able to find the exact size we needed And a perfect color for the fabric. I will have more. I m sure to brag about when our order comes in in approximately six weeks. I called the salesman to make sure that we have the sleeper on this sectional at the right place to exactly fit Our Condo. Tom was an excellent salesperson responding very quickly when I had additional questions. Also, the delivery team was very persistent and communicated very well with each other. They had to come up five flights of stairs, because the sofa would not fit into the elevator. And coming into the condo was a tight fit, but they did not give up! Overall an excellent experience!! Will definitely buy from them again.

We were immediately greeted by Thomas. He was not pushy or overbearing as we told him what we were looking for that day. He showed us some things and let us look ourselves. He was so helpful guiding us through the choice of special ordering to fit our needs. He was a delight to deal with from the beginning to the end. The showroom was huge with many choices. Beautiful store with a large selection of furniture and accents (and mattresses). All the team member that I spoke with were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and want you to have the best shopping experience possible. I would definitely recommend checking them out!

Really liked our salesperson. She understood what we were looking for and didnt try the hard upsell or anything. Just giving a 4 star rating for now because our order is still waiting to be delivered. Ill update my review once the delivery is complete. Updating my review. When we purchased we were given a 6 week approximate delivery date. After 5 weeks of not hearing anything, I reached out for an update. It turns out that the fabric that we had selected wasnt going to be available. The supplier had notified Malouf of this weeks ago, but no one from Malouf contacted us about the change. Therefore after 5 weeks nothing had been done with our order. I ended up having to cancel our order because waiting another 6 weeks for delivery wasnt going to work with our schedule.

Friendly and helpful staff. Large assortment of furniture for condo or home. I love the choices of rugs, custom blinds and draperies. Nice selection of outdoor furniture as well.

I have been looking all over for a cute rug to go into our short term rental. I walked into this place, and they had hundreds to choose from. Tom greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and he was there until the very end, very patient and understanding and was very knowledgeable. If you want a durable, cute rug check out this place, they have many to choose from and great hospitality is in the atmosphere.

We have purchased furniture at the store and online. The experience was great. The staff are friendly and helpful without being pushy. The online shopping is very efficient. I had to call just to confirm the item was in stock. Customer service took care of my questions and had the sales rep follow up promptly. Nice quality and reasonable prices. I highly recommend.

Malouf furniture store is wonderful, and my sales associate Tom was awesome-and I LOVE my new beautiful rug. I ve purchased furniture in the past. I heard that the owner of this store is very community minded, generous and a nice person, which makes me want to do business with Malouf when i can. The furniture and accessories are of very nice quality and style. Furniture is high in price across the board but Malouf has a nice sale every once in awhile.

We shopped at multiple furniture stores before visiting Malouf, since it was a little further away. At the other stores, we felt like we were over paying for sub-par quality and dealing with aggressive sale associates. From the moment we walked in, we had a significantly different experience! Tommy was amazing (and super fun!) and showed us all the different options and brands to determine what was a best fit for us. He was also great at helping us pick the fabrics and patterns. We were SO pleased with the selection and the sales staff - well definitely be going back for any additional needs!

I bought a small table from this establishment. Well, when it arrived at my home, there was a small fluid dripping from the drawer. When I opened it, I found it to be filled with raccoon fetuses. Now Im raising this family, and Malouf wont pay child support. Still, though, 3 stars for fulfilling my desire to be a mother.

We found an absolutely beautiful sectional that is so well-made for such a great price. Got it delivered within a week! Wish I had known about this furniture store sooner.
