Took a trip out here this morning, been in a few other times just to admire the cool store. Today I went in with some knowledge about the knife I was looking for and the man that was working around 11am killed it. He went in detail with the Spyderco brand I was interested in while comparing and admiring different models at different prices for different reasons. He was not one sided at all towards a more expensive knife he made sure I left with what I was aiming for and taught me about the steel used etc. I’ve seen comments mention pricing, with my experience I did visit other stores and the prices were the same, the knife I left with was the same price as the company website listed it for. Awesome experience awesome store awesome customer service! Thanks guys, pumped on my purchase.

I just yesterday purchased a Microtech Socom Elite. This was only after I nearly held every knife in the store. The reason I am saying this is because of the level of patience that the store employee had with me. He was very knowledgeable with all brands. Johnny allowed me to make sure that I was going to not regret my purchase the next day. This is the fourth knife I have purchased there. They are always helpful and friendly. Great customer service. I am pleased with the level of service yesterday and of course the knife.

The selection is impressive, but the prices are 20-30% higher than anywhere else. Seriously- 20-30% and in some cases much more than that. They used to price match, but no longer do. Wont be buying anything from them again until they do. Customer service could be improved as well. Not terrible, but not great. ADDED AFTER COMPANYS REPLY: To clarify, I was told that pricematching was only possible on about 5 brands (of the 30-40-ish brands?), so to say you dont pricematch at all was a little inaccurate. Please understand, I wasnt trying to pricematch to some fly-by-night, super discount retailer, I was asking that you match the MAP pricing which basically every other reputible retailer sells at. I asked about a specific name brand and was met with a very stern absolutely not. Honestly, the tone/attitude with which she replied made me lose all interest in attempting to negotiate further. Moreover, this was a brand that you all have pricematched on two other occasions for me. I guess Christmas season when you are at your busiest is the time you all wish to stand firmest on your markup. I know my business is probably small potatoes having only spent around $2,000 there in the last roughly 3 years, but that is business you all have most likely lost for a while.

Stopped at St.Nicks on Saturday morning right before 9:00am, the business hours are displayed as opening at 9:00am on Saturdays. Checked the door at 9:02am, locked. Called the shop, no answer. Online hours say 9:00am opening on Saturday. Sitting, waiting in the parking lot at 9:08, there are no signs of human life inside. WHERE ARE YOU??

I m sure they re great but diddn t get a chance to go in because the store was still closed after their posted hours. Google and their door said 9am. 9:15 and no sign of anyone. Even tried to call.

They have the most welcoming staff and friendly service of any store Ive visited in this mall! They were knowledgeable of the merchandise and patient with me and my family trying out different knives. We enjoyed the whole experience! Definitely recommend And Laurie was the absolute best!

Friendly but not very knowledgeable staff. None of them are big knife people that I met in there. They are about 35% over priced but will allow you price match if you find a In stock current price. (Use BladeHq) They will not let you return so make sure you love what you buy. Manager is no fun to deal with. Not going back unless it s to a going out of business sale. Two stars because they have inventory.

Great place to get any kind of knife your looking for. I have purchased pocket knives, kitchen knives, and replica swords here. All great quality and decent prices. I am very particular about my kitchen knives and I usually purchase them here so I can inspect them before I buy. They have most of the popular brands on the showroom which is quite large. Pretty large selection to fit any budget too.

50% junk and everything that is quality is 25% over priced. On top of that they have a 3-4% Service charge if you use anything but cash. Cant recommend this as a place worth going out of the way for unless you just want to get hands on something before ordering elsewhere.

They have a great selection and the staff was amazing and friendly but their prices were outrageous. Wife and I went to look at microtech. They had a great selection they were all just priced 100-200 more then you can find them for on blade hq or smokey mountain knife works. They were all around $450 a knife. Can find them 250-350 on various websites. I expect to pay a little more for in store shopping but not at the price of a second knife.

Cool place with lots of different brands. Love the amount of knives, swords, and other items. Went in and received help right away even though they were busy. Looked at a few knives, some from brands I know and love, but was introduced to some brands that were new to me. The one I loved, a TwoSuns TS201 only had one left of it and it felt perfect in my hand (except for the deep pocket clip, which I took off). Looks great, love the harpoon, super easy to use, matches my aesthetic.

Very cool place to go If you enjoy collectible knives and swords, as well as high quality blades. Prices are about what you would expect for the name brands. The back half of the establishment is a museum of lots of historical knives and other items collected by the owner of the shop.

This was my husband and I first time in Foley at the Outlet. We stumble acrossed this place and loved it. They had some cool toys. My husband bought the Batman boomrang double edge blade. We will definitely go back to pick me up a little item.

Honestly , This is a hidden Gem of a shop in such a tourist area. Staff were very knowledgeable from where the knife was made to its specs. Yes the prices arent low but you pay for authenticity and quality. Cant beat that. God Bless!

I stopped by today (December 20th, Christmas shopping none the less), for the third time within two days, and every time I tried to enter the store there was a Out for lunch, sorry for the inconvenience sign. Day one was at 1130am, and day two was at 12pm and 4pm. I called the store 5 times in hopes to get someone to answer to see when they would be open. Nothing. FINALLY, after waiting for 30 minutes, and watching multiple people walk up to the door and leave because it was locked, someone inside took the sign down and opened the door. I went in and asked the employee working if she had been there all day and she proceeded to tell me she had been there since 11am. I feel bad for whoever owns the store because whoever was working today, and I m going to take a wild guess that they were the person there yesterday as well, has lost them a great deal of business. Closing your retail store for lunch at random times 5 days before Christmas seems like an easy way to lose business.

The selection & prices were great. The customer service is absolutely terrible. Was looking to purchase a knife, but the employees were more interested in talking to themselves than helping any of the customers in the store. Was in store for around 20 minutes, never had an employee ask if I need help. Will stick to buying my knives from online dealers.

The people that work at this store are stupid, they lost a $200.00 sale because they were charging 3.75 fee for using a debit. Will not be back, watch what they what they are charging you. also would take a out of town check.

Open 9-9 Monday thru Saturday. I believe it was 10 to 5 Sundays, but call to confirm before making the Sunday trip. Great prices, great service and dont forget your military discount. Lots of choices and lots of stock. Definitely was a great stop for me.
