Nike Factory Store - Foley

Friendly staff, and absolutsly insane deals. What you normally find for full price, can get for up to 80% off. Got a $95 jacket for $18. Total steal and great quality everytime I buy from here.

I came to pick up a pair of SOCKS today while being veryyyy pregnant. Left my ID, but had an email confirming my pick up and debit card with my name on it. The I guess manager (Kuiren) was VERY rude saying, go get you ID, I’m not gonna fight with you when all I said was your gonna make me walk all the way back being this pregnant when I have plenty of proof I am who I am? I was also buying $140 worth of stuff while picking up. So I really don’t appreciate his attitude when I was picking up my SOCKS and VERY pregnant. ANY place I’ve been an email confirming it’s me has been enough, but I did have more than that proving, SO Kuiren you are not a good person nor are you thoughtful of your customers and me being a local here will not come back!

Nice variety of clothes and shoes in sizes S-XL and even men's shoes to size 14 are easy to find. Only downside I found was that they don't carry tall sizes but then again not many places do 😞

Extremely happy with my experience definitely one of a kind store from friendly and professional employees Jose and faith went above and beyond with helping me find what l was looking for . They took the time to look up the shoes that l needed for my son. At checkout they walked me thru on opening the Nike app so l can save 15 % and also helped with my app purchases, /Afterpay so thankful for there kindness and professionalism.

Shopped the Foley, Alabama store today. Cooper was my assistant, and he was absolutely amazing!!!!! He was so nice and knowledgeable. Will definitely shop with Cooper again!!

Average outlet store experience. Most of the wearable sizes are already sold. Most of the steals are sizes no one can wear. Not a wide selection.

Pretty good selection of clothes, shoes and apparel looks clean too. You can still find good deals if you look around. It gets fairly crowded during long weekends. Staff were polite and worked fast.

We went to the Nike Factory Store - Foley, Alabama looking for a specific shoe. I asked an employee named Valerie. She not only answered my question but walked me to the very shoe I was looking for. She even went in the back and got additional color options for me to choose from. And to top it off, she helped me download the mobile app, helped me get registered and made sure it was all working. By the way, I have since purchased three more pairs of shoes using the Nike app that she helped me set up.
This Employee is incredible.
Please, please send Valerie my gratitude. I am in a wheelchair, and she could have totally dismissed me, but she took extra time to make sure I was a happy customer.

Warning: Do NOT trust this store with returns from Online purchases.

Poorly trained cashiers incapable of performing simple, basic online returns.

First cashier wasted time and tried to scan the sku despite knowing this new release model has NEVER been stocked in the store and she seemed surprised that a shoe that had NEVER been assigned to the store was NOT in the store inventory. She kept trying to return them as if they were a pair bought in-store and only after I told her for the fourth time she HAD to use the return bar code generated by the app like I had explained, did she understand that I was correct.

The second return was even worse as she couldn't figure out how to return my payment to the original payment method and ended up having to ask a co-worker for help. After a painful 10 minutes of trying to understand (a simple POS) and ultimately failing, they kept insisting on refunding me the only way they knew how, which ultimately wasted my time as I did NOT want multiple gift cards instead of simply returning my money to the original payment method.

I ended up dropping the return off at UPS which will result in a proper refund and given the level of incompetence at the Foley store, the 1-2 weeks it will take to process will still be faster than waiting for those two ignorant cashiers to learn how to properly do their jobs.

Message to Corp: train your staff and make sure they understand basic POS commands and functions before letting them use a register.

Huge shout out to Karen for superior customer service. My wife and I were in there heading to a funeral out of state when we were stomped trying to find shoes. The theme was purple because he was a Prince fan. Karen was polite and knew how to make a sale that actually made us satisfied with what was purchased. Really great customer service we will be back.

The Nike store was decent. They had some good shoes on sale. I was hoping for a little bit more variety but that isn't this particular stores fault. They just get what they give. It's a lot like a one St. Augustine that I go to frequently. It's hit or miss. Nobody engaged with me, which was a little interesting that nobody asked if I needed anything. That's the only reason that I gave it for stars.

Deals are not nearly as good as thise at the competitive stores within the mall. Not impressed with lack of deals and high prices. For this being an outlet/factory store I would expect prices lower than those at regular retail stores.

Don't think there's a rhyme or reason of the pricing on the items in this store. Found many shoes on the wall racks that were marked down but the exact same shoe on displays with full price.

When I think of an outlet store I think of older versions or models, outdated graphics etc. You will find the same items online, in a non Nike outlet store as u will in the outlet store.

Everyone was very friendly from the time we went into the store until we left. When I asked a worker about a discount on the sales rack, he also told us how we could get an extra 15% off and took my husband step by step on how to do it on his phone. I left with 35% off of $75(sale) pair of tennis. The original price was$135

Always stop here when doing my Christmas shopping. Help wad obliged when we asked but we did have to ask, which was odd because we were obviously lost and needed assistance.The guy that helped us was preoccupied and made very little eye contact but seemed knowledgeable and was friendly enough. I was checking out with a lady who I believe was named Iris. She was very kind, and pleasant to checkout with, I was also helped by another White Man probably 5’10 or 5’11, I asked about a sale and he was very thorough explaining how it all worked. I happily left with some new kicks, socks, shorts, a shirt, and got my wife an AWESOME jacket. I had a really fun time shopping in here and they play some really good music, had me bopping my head the whole time haha. Will be shopping here again, and make the hour long drive from Pensacola to Foley 100% Worth it! :)

Thanks for being one of the only stores that are actually open until 9 PM like the mall hours state. A lot of great deals, nice shoes and nice clothes. Also the young man at the register let us know about a special promotion that saved us 30 dollars. Will definitely continue to shop here.
