Went to purchase some more small hand sanitizers because I'm almost out and they smelt like rubbing alcohol? Did you guys change your formula? The ones I purchased last time do not smell like rubbing alcohol.

I received a coupon for a free gift and was told that I couldn't use it on an item I picked out, and was then told a number of other items wasn't eligible either leaving me with no choices. The fine print only mentioned gift sets, accessories and items priced above $7.50, and was valid in store. I was going to purchase more that day but just ended up leaving to use my code online for the same item I was told I couldn't use it on instead. That cashier was very rude, but everyone else was friendly.

My mom and I shopped here today and loved it! The sales ladies were very friendly and helped us but also left us alone to shop which was nice. They had the b3g2 and new scents. The store looked and smelled amazing. Thank you! We will be back!

I dont have any photos.... I only rated this place 2 stars because of one of the sales clerks..... My sister & I went in to check out the sales, as we headed to the table I wanted to show my sister......the sales clerk made a bee line right for us! She said do you know what you are looking for? I said yes, I know exactly what I am looking for, we are all set. Yet she stayed out and continued to talk.... Asking what we were looking for. I said, I just told you that I know what we are looking for and its right here, but thanks anyway. You can go help someone who needs help now.... She was getting on my last nerve....still she didnt budge from the spot near us!! I looked at my sister and said, its a bit stuffy and too crowded here, lets go shop somewhere else! We turned and left! I hope a Manager reads this, the sales clerk is a blonde, didnt catch her name..... She could use another course in How NOT to smother & chase away the customers! That is all......

Friendly and helpful staff, and their Saltwater Breeze is now my new go to scent, and also 50% off right now. Their concentrated room sprays are also amazing. I bought both mahogany teakwood and ocean driftwood, and very pleased with my purchases

There was one employee that was helpful the other 4 or 5 stood talking to each other at the front of the store blocking most of the product. I had to reach around one to get what I wanted she never even said excuse me or offered to move.
