I will never patronize this place again. You can't shop/browse in peace. You can't take pics. Just not friendly and besides they're other beauty supply stores in the area that would appreciate my business.

If I could give zero stars Lord knows I would!!! Worst beauty supply store ever! I understand some people steal. I go in with just my card and they still harass you. The woman they have stalking you is rude and went off on me because I told her they stalk us. I ignored her and continued to walk off and what did she do…. Continue to follow me going off. The owners allow her to be disrespectful because they know she will harass you and that’s what they like. I wouldn’t give them a dime and prefer to shop at a respectable BLACK OWNED BUSINESS!!!!

Such a great variety of anything you could possibly need for hair care. Very surprising at how reasonable the prices are. Staff/service was immediate and welcoming without feeling stressed. Fantastic gift we have here in E. Gadsden. Wish I'd visited sooner. Easy access parking, plenty of handicapped space in and outside of store. Would love to see our community support local businesses. ESPECIALLY one as exceptional as this one. I'll definitely be back for more styles knowing how affordable and with such an extensive collection of both real and synthetic products. Thanks for making me feel less anxiety about
being sick with a fast, balding scalp.

It's a great store with a big variety. However, I never get to explore and shop in peace. I like to look around at stuff on my own but the worker is always following me and asking questions like "what am I looking for" and trying to direct me in different directions when all I want to do is look around in peace. It really frustrates me. And I don't ever carry a purse or big coat n there, just my wallet so I don't see the point in getting followed n redirected because I'm not a thief.

Don't remember the lady name but she took out the time to help my mom. She walked around each part of that store helping us. Never felt rushed or made to feel like we were a bother. Will take the drive from now on just to see her.

I absolutely love this place! I'm usually here a couple times a month. They're CONVENIENT for me where it's located right in East Gadsden. They have a huge selection of different brands of hair & supplies. I love it!

They must've paid people to give these reviews. Smh. I went in to purchase a few things and was harrassed by the floor worker, which was helpful in the beginning. Then, I said I was "just looking", which means I WILL COME AND GET YOU WHEN AND IF I NEED YOU! I don't need you lurking on every aisle I'm on!! Needless to say, I put back what I intended to buy and took my service and money to Beauty Mark. I do not like being harassed and they should get this under control...that's why they don't have many customers now!!

Large selection of merchandise. Friendly greeter and staff, including the owners/cashier. I bought hair dye and hosery there and a few other items. I highly recommended this store. Visit. Shop here soon. Caters toward African Americans yet there are lots of personal items and gifts for yourself and others: ALL ages, genders, & ethnicities. Never too early to stock up on holiday and birthday presents. Yep, even Christmas in July.

I normally do not leave reviews,but this one time I did:As I’m reading down this review list of customers since months ago,I see No changes.Which tells that the Owner nor Workers just message back,But with No change.Me and my Family was followed the entire time of being in the store.The Floor Runner(older lady) was rude as though she did not won't my child walking in there period..(when my child was just standing/walking right by my side)The floor was Cluttered,so I had eyes on mine before she did.From the time we entered until the time,we left out with no service..WE WILL NOT RETURN!

I would have given them a 5 star but they have their Floor Runner harass you time you walk through the door and follow you all over the store. It makes it hard for you to concentrate on what you came to the store to buy.

Be prepared to be watched! They have security buzzers on ALL the merchandise! They have someone walking around constantly! And they have security cameras, everywhere!
