Young lady's that work there are very helpful and great personalities. They have great sense of humor about poking fun at each other. Had a fun experience and they carried our stuff to the car for us.

I decided I wanted to cowboy after watching Yellowstone... they hooked me right up 😎 also I didn't know they had FR clothing.. I definitely need those kinda clothing for work.

We service ATVs, Motorcycles, and Boats so having a comfortable and reliable pair of boots is a must. The Trading Post is a great place to purchase boots and apparel. This store has a great selection and competitive pricing. Looks for their Sales as well and save some money on top of the line Brands.

Me an my wife went in the store by Arby's in Gadsden last weekend had the best experience ever went back today an you would of thought we was in a whole different store the girls that were n there offered no help at all the first time we were in there the young lady was helping you find what u wanted bent over backwards to assure you was finding what u needed today ugggg

These people are very rude I come walking up to the door and Lady just locks the door and turns around it was 4 minutes before closing time ! I was coming to purchase boots and talk to them about bringing my guys at work to purchase boots as a company least 50 sets but I will not bother with this place

My company sent me here with a voucher for some MetGuard work boots and out of every single different brand and design they had available there was only one single pair of size 13 so I had no other option but to get those or get sent home from my job. Maybe I just caught them at the wrong time, but I wasn't really happy with what they had there to offer but the lady at the register was very friendly and cool so for her sake I will give this place a 3/5 star review.

Usually very helpful,tried to purchase some insoles just now,they couldn't not take cash,to use a debit card they had to call another store to give them the numbers and couldn't give me a receipt all because their system is down.Why even open the store

I went there 10 minutes before closing and I normally would not done that buying shoes but it was Sunday and had to get for work Monday morning and they did not try to rush me out of the store also let my son try on boots so they stayed another 45 min then close down you don't see that anymore. #shoplocal

Long curly dark hair lady was rude to me because my wife was helping me find boots for work. And then decides to not sell me the boots because she thought they were for my wife! I’ll be sure to tell my company and go to albertville next time

Had an excellent experience shopping for a big American belt buckle on Oct 29, 2021. The young lady who helped us pulled out every buckle that we wanted to look at. She also helped us fit the buckle to the right sized belt. She made this first time belt buckle buying experience one to remember! Thank you very much, Mr. Steve for hiring such polite, courteous and helpful staff!

When we got to the store, we thought the air was out because the door was propped open but nope, they were just cold and decided to let the a/c cool down the outside air. We spent about an hour in the store buying 2 pair of safety boots / shoes totaling almost $400. Not once did either of the employees ask if we needed assistance or to help find the size needed. Now, once we checked out they were friendly and offered a free t-shirt but I feel like we should have been offered some assistance while shopping. I got frustrated trying to pull heavy boxes out from under other boxes looking for the right size, boot, etc... for my husband and son.

We tried everything everything in Jefferson County...cavanders....boot barn.... Nothing had what we were wanting. Came up here from a recommendation. Amazing and friendly staff! Great selection! Great sales people. Not pushing. Young lady came over. There were places to sit but it was so cool she sat on the floor and we tried over 6 pairs of shoes plus inserts. It was closing in 20 mins they told me not to rush. I found a shoe i liked made a purchase they told me about a program for offices available i took info to share with my coworkers
Will definitely return when i need more shoes. Love tbe composite safety shoes

Be sure you are absolutely sure that what you are buying is what you want because you can't get a refund no matter if you haven't worn the product all they will do is give you a gift card to the store (lame!) other than that they have a great selection of boots

My first visit to the store. The customer service that I received from a young lady named Mackenzie was the best customer service I had had anywhere for as long as I can remember. She was very informative and diligent and helping me to find what I needed. I will be returning. Hats off to a great employee!

This is one of the most absurd experiences I've ever encountered. We've bought several pairs of boots and other various items here for a very long time including Carhart jackets, shirts, belts and buckles, a western wallet, etc. We typically have to wait on an order for boots because you're usually out of the size we need and as always, we come to pick up the ordered boots and there's no problem. Well this time, we ordered the same boots because once again, you are out of the size we needed and upon picking up, we are charged almost $50 more than quoted when ordering. The customer service was extremely rude to the point where another customer walked out while overhearing the situation. Never in our experience of coming here has this ever occurred and we are not looking to putting ourselves in a confrontational situation again. This experience was very much uncalled for and we are deeply disappointed.

Great place to get boots and more. My husband and I have bought footware here several times from wedding boots to work boots and several in between. They have competitive prices, staff is knowledgeable and polite. If they don't have what you need they will order them for you.

My husband always purchases his boots here. The staff is exceedingly helpful when it comes to what type of boot he needs. And they helped me on my first Chaco purchase. There is typically a sale I think, but we get his boots at the same time every year so I'm not positive. I highly recommend this friendly place!

Store was clean but items are WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. I had a hard time finding women's jeans & they only had very few & not my size. Only 2 girls there & they hardly spoke 2 me & they are not very friendly if u "look" a certain way. Only gave one star for trying. Sorry but I will NOT b back. Find somewhere else to go.
