All CVS Stores have went to full automated phone service with no option of speaking to a live store representative. That tells me that CVS cooperates can care less about their customers across the country!

My experience in the West Gadsden CVS on Saturday, 10/21/2023 was pleasant. I found what I was looking for, I had extrabucks to spend and a 40% off coupon for an item that wasn't on sale. I was greeted as I came into the store and thanked for my visit to the store. I prefer this store of the next closest three.

Absolutely the best! I love doing business with the fine, knowledgeable folks at CVS, Hoke Street, Gadsden, AL. They go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied and will go the extra mile to meet your pharmacy needs. CVS, Hoke Street, Y'all Rule!!!

Horrible service. They consistently made the same mistake over and over causing my child not to be able to fill her prescription for several days. Each time her doctor send her prescriptions to cvs they said they had not received causing her to miss days of medication. This has happened 4 times despite her doctor sending her prescriptions everything immediately after her appointment. They're extremely rude and completely incompetent because of this my daughter suffered. I will never ever use another cvs. I've been a cvs customer since 2002. This particular cvs something is very wrong there.

Update: really appreciated I think he said his name was Burg? Ferg, but that gentleman definitely has customer service! They indeed received the prescription but they have to fax it to the clinic to adjust the medication dose. 5:30 pm

Not sure if the pharmacist is having a bad day. But she really needs to work on her tone and customer service. Highly rude and she has no excuse. I also work in healthcare so she needs to get it together.3/1/23 11:40am

It is nothing less than magic, what they do here at this pharmacy. I cannot elaborate on it much, but they have taken care of me more than once and I will always be grateful for them and everything they do for me and others. They are miracle workers here. Best pharmacy I've ever had!

I made an appointment for my covid booster shot. After driving across town at the appointed time, I received a text, upon arrival, cancelling my appointment (no reason given). They obviously don't care about my time or gas!

Made to use this pharmacy because of insurance, Alice is an amazing worker, however if you can go anywhere else do yourself a favor ,rude and argumentative unnecessarily ,I need to know my pharmacy cares about my needs, please take a sensitivity class,!!blessed to have one worker who cares , love you all just frustrated after years of being belittled by the pharmacist people deserve compassion

do not go to this pharmacy very very bad service in the pharmacy, disappointing the truth my dad needs his medication for high blood pressure and his insulin and they tell me that they have nothing because they have not received the prescription, and I showed her that the message says that they sent it there with them and she just tells me I dont know anything call your doctor I don t know

Do not ever go here for OTC meds. Zyrtec was four times more expensive here than at the Dollar General across the street for the same brand and amount.
