Tile liquidators refloored a room in my this month. The sales staff and front desk associates were very helpful. The issue was with the installation. Firstly, they did not come until a week later than originally stated. Secondly, the installers made a mess in my home and did not clean up after themselves (see attached photos) - they tracked mud all over the carpet on the front porch, and additionally brought mud into the living room and bathroom of my home. There were even muddy foot prints in the room with the new floors. Not the best experience.

He is super knowledgeable, orchestrated the entire project with ease & was always a phone call away if we ever had any questions. Also, after getting several quotes from private & commercial remodelers, Tile Liquidators had the most affordable pricing on top of being able to start the job quickly, finish it in a timely manner & all the while doing so with high quality craftsmanship. Had a great experience with Tile Liquidators. Expecting our first child in 14 days and realized we had flooring that needed addressed before she arrived. Went to Tile Liquidators and spoke with Miles about our predicament and he assured us that the job could be completed before our deadline and his word was good and job completed early at that. Our home was originally built in 1907 so the floor had some slope to it that needed attention. The installer was great as well, showed up on time daily and went over all issues that we had once the old laminate was up. Fixed all issues without cutting corners and took pride in the work they were doing. They have our floors looking better than ever and would recommend using Tile Liquidators to anyone that has flooring needs.

I worked with Miles on materials for a complete rebuild of my kitchen. 19 Cabinets 32 square feet of quartz countertop, and 60 square feet of custom ordered backsplash tiles. He patiently showed me an extensive selection of tiles before I finally selected my final picks (horribly boring white 2x8 tiles 😂). He measured my kitchen perfectly and the cabinets fit as best as they possibly could in my janky 1935-construction house.

While building the cabinets, I needed missing screws or parts—he had them for me. The shaker cabinets were heavy and solid wood, and a much more affordable than my other quotes.

This will be the first place I go when I need any remodel materials again, and I look forward to installing new cabinetry in the rest of my house soon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just left the store. Came in ready to buy carpet. Was not greeted at the door. The employees are looking at their phones and too busy talking to each other about non work related conversation to approach a customer to ask of they need help. No prices on carpet either. If its that bad during the sales process, imagine how bad the install will be. I will go to Anniston this weekend where I am sure they will be happy for my business. I bought some really expensive tile from Tile Liquidators last year...but after this visit I wont be back.

Every type of flooring (carpet, hardwood, vinyl, tile) is available at Tile Liquidators and their staff is very knowledgeable about what they sell. I like dealing with flooring sales people who know more about flooring than I do. Plus, they can install everything they sell too which is nice since their installers are real professionals who do things right the first time. And their pricing is very reasonable,...what more could you ask for?

For home improvement Tile Liquidators is the place to shop. The sales reps were friendly and helpful in advising on range operation, installing tips, and setting up delivery. Tile Liquidators were on time, fast, clean, and helpful in getting the new tile shower. I will most likely check with Tile Liquidators when Im ready for my next project. The local own business Tile Liquidators store values its Military by giving an military discount. Always ask for Krissy P. was an fantastic help and has excellent work ethic. Serious people, that I take very seriously, recommended Tile Liquidators to me. Having a 1200 sq foot flooring job to do, I brought my customer to their store to pause their products. I was very impressed all around. They have varying qualities of all different kinds of floating floor as well as ceramic and marble, cultured marble and natural stone tile. Also available are accessories such as flooring gillioutine, mortar, setting tools and so much more. Our sales guy really went out of his way to get us the best price on what my customer decided on. I will never look anywhere else for flooring. Do yourself a favor and go check them out if youre looking at a flooring job in your future. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Love this place. I found some really great bargains here and theyre so friendly and nice you just have to take your time and look for things slowly because theres so much to see. I saved a lot of money shopping here. If I was to have any complaint... if your salesman is not available to come to the phone when you call with a question... they will not let anyone else help you. Youre just stuck with no help until your salesman is free and can call you back.

I had a picture of flooring that I needed to match and Ben was able to get the perfect match. He is extremely knowledgeable and actually enjoyable. I learned a lot from him over a variety of flooring while resolving the issue at hand. He was always a phone call away and always willing to answer every question I had, which was many. When he was not in the store then he had Veronica help cater to me and she dealt with the tidiness of all my demands. They are so courteous and eager to help you immediately when you walk in the door. While Ben was busy, then I had many of the ladies including Deb let me sit at her desk and made me feel more like family then dealing with a choir. Employees are always willing to assist me. Tile Liquidators making shopping a breeze. Have had no problem locating whatever I need such as cabinets, countertops, hardwood flooring, tile, and even rugs. Prices are fair and products well described. I use sites often to compare with other specialty stores and usually end up purchasing from Tile Liquidators every time. This place is the way to go if you are looking for home improvement.

If possible we would give more than five stars! Our new kitchen is absolutely gorgeous. Tile Liquidators furnished and installed the cabinets, flooring, granite tops, and tile back splash. The project was completed according to the original schedule. Joseph Nichols, Nichols Construction, installs for Tile Liquidators and is a top notch Craftsman. Brian with Absolute Granite, also a Tile Liquidators subcontractor, installed our exotic granite tops... stunning quality. Ben Nelson, Cabinet Manager, was our initial contact with the store and was invaluable in the planning and design. Ben also coordinated the installation from start to finish. Would we go back for future projects? You bet.

It has taken over three months just to get this company to install cabinets and get it right. It appears they cant hire anyone that knows how to do cabinets. Very misleading company that has incompetent employees. Better off going through Lowes or Home Depot. At least you know they have good customer service if they butcher your cabinets by mistake. This company does not. Oh and they also mislead you on the quality of their flooring. Steer clear.

We ordered hardwood, cabinets and countertops on 1/18/2018. Said it would be 1 week on floor, 3 weeks on cabinets and countertops. At 3 weeks and no one had called, I called and they said neither had came, itll be another week. This went on for 8 weeks. Finally on week 8, floors and cabinets are in, but when installer (great guy btw) came, it turns out the salesman had mismeasured and didnt account for a light switch. When I called, cabinet manager asked could I move the light switch. Electrical, sheetrock and paint was finished, no way in hell Im moving a light switch now. The cabinet installer made some adjustments to make it work. Then I was told it would be another week on the counter tops, and I requested a refund on them since their original 3 weeks turned to 9. Whos to say a week on the countertops wouldnt turn into 3? Worse part and what frustrated me the most was that there was absolutely no communications from Tile Liquidators on anything, no calling to let me know it would be late, and reaching the salesman to request an update was near impossible. Only calls I received were from the owner AFTER I had managed to get in touch with him and explain the situation. That and the salesman promised me a nail gun to borrow to install the floor, and it was conveniently on rent when I picked things up. Got a refund on the countertops. Wish we had went somewhere else. Never again will I use Tile Liquidators nor will I ever recommend anyone to them. Would give 0 stars if possible. *UPDATE - 4/2/2018 Cabinets were installed week of 3/15/2018. Several pieces were missing and fit was not as good as hoped for. After speaking with the owner, Ronnie, him and Ben (cabinet manager) personally visited our home to view the cabinets, and they returned the following week to fix mistakes and install missing items. Owner and Ben were pleasant to deal with, and were more than glad to make things right. Most of the shortcomings were due to the salesman (Mike) not communicating. I am pleased that things were made right, but they should have been right the first go around, without having to go through the owner.

Ordered carpet on 2/15/16 they said it would be 2 weeks because it was a special order. 2/29/16 came no one had called about the carpet to tell it was going to be on back order for another 21 days. My man that was laying the carpet was already planning on coming that next day to do his part. They have no consideration for other people. At that point I was ready to get a refund.But I went ahead and believed the salesman again. That would have it coming o 3/22/16. Yeah right! I called 3/22/16 its going to be on 3/23/16 now. Always getting the run around from this salesman. On 3/24/16 I called again. Its on its way from Georgia will be here by lunch time. Well call! They never call me. Again round closing I call he says I did a tracking on it ,it will be here before we close but its to late for you to pick it up. But you can pick it up first thing in the morning. Next morning he finally calls me and says its here but they still have to cut it. You can pick it up after lunch. But weve given you an upgrade on the quality of the carpet for your inconvenience. Carpet has NOT been upgraded!!! Planning on finishing additional rooms soon but wouldnt use these people if they gave me the carpet for free. They dont need to be in business!

I ordered some tile backsplash because they didnt have enough of what I needed in, first it was going to take 7 to 14 days and when it came in they didnt send it all. They said the rest would be here in 2 days and nope, they said they would reorder it so it was supposed to be here on a Monday and no tile. So now its been a month and still no tile. When I said I wanted my money back they say they have to get an ok from there boss! I waited 2 hours and I had to call back! They are promising it will be here Tuesday but if not I want my money back and if they dont give it back the next conversation will be with my attorney!
