Aaron's Rent To Own

I have had bad experiences with this particular store. They used to be very good - but a few months ago I placed an order and they called and scheduled a day and time for delivery. I rearranged my entire day to make sure I was home. They didn't show up. When I called them- they lied and said I had never scheduled it. Fast forward six months- I tried to place an online order and give them another chance. I got locked out due to a problem with the identity questions. I called the store for help- and was told to call IT and given a phone number. The employee told me the regional manager would tell me the same thing. I called IT- and was told that phone number was only for associates, and that she had no idea why I would be told to call them. I am extremely disappointed and do not recommend this store.

I have been. Trying to reach Jerry whom I usually do business with Mike and every time I call the store someone picks it up and hangs up never address my call . I rented and paid a month already and can't get none to talk to me about delivery

Very good appliances and staff is very friendly and looks out for your money.. whatever deal they can get me I got it Thanks again now going to get a washer .. :)

They have always been so pleasant and kind. Even now after a hospitalization and no income for the moment they have been very helpful!

Potential buyer. Came by the store today to look around for a bedroom suit I can’t quit remember the sales associates name but he’s very polite and very helpful trying to help me find the best fit for me, as I was looking around another customer came in to make a payment and by the sounds of it they remember everybody’s name and it’s very appropriate, and the best feeling ever to feel welcomed and approached by my name as a friend. Will be buying my bedroom set from here. No matter bad quality or good quality. I really like the customer service!

Absolutely terrible customer service- told me at 329 my order would arrive in 30 min at 502 they pull up and LEAVE- I called and they refused to answer the call- I am so disappointed in this location as I have heard great things, but never again

We were in the middle of cutting our grass when our mower died. So my wife and I headed to Aarons and within an hour we were back home finishing up the work. The staff was very cordial, and expeditious on getting us taken care of. This is the second time we have done business here. It's also nice to be recognized for past payment history and such. Overall a very pleasant ,easy, and quick experience.

They took my fiancé’s payment out a whole 5 days early and thanks to that our baby won’t get stuff he needs. They also call endlessly even though I told them I GOT A NEW JOB AND MY PAYDAY IS ON A DIFFERENT DATE they still call everyday 5 times a day. What was the point in taking the payment a week early like that??? We want a refund because IT WASNT DUE YET DUMMY

I have been a long-time customer of the Aaron's corporation I was told that I could transfer my account to another city when I get here they make me start a whole new account and don't give me no credit for what I paid in past payments I'm not very satisfied with Aaron's and will probably going to be taking my business elsewhere from now on is that how they treat US military if so then they need to go back to wherever
Communist country they run that Corporation from.

Didn't have a problem renting my appliances. Have made my payments on time every month. Now, trying to return them because they are no longer needed and I can't even get the MANAGER to return my call. Been calling for 2 days now!!!!! Getting frustrated.

My husband and I are buying a TV from them. When they delivered it they didn't set it up after we got everything hooked up the sound didn't work so we took it back up there because they wouldn't come pick it up or call us back when they said they would. They gave us a new one. We got home with it the sound and picture wouldn't work this time so we called for several weeks and no reply. Finally they told us to bring it up there and they said the screen was broken. (It wasn't when we left the house) so we were told they couldn't do anything with it cause we had broken it and it was "our fault" because we transported it in our vehicle. "Tara told us to" but in all reality if they would have picked up and delivered like the agreement says then it wouldn't have gotten broken on our time.. Horrible service and very disrespectful people. My lawyer will be in contact with them soon!!!

I had found a cheaper price somewhere else on an appliance and wanted them to come pick up their property, and all they want to do is obsessively call my phone. Not again.
