Within trying out just a handful of mattresses, they were able to listen to my feedback and guide me towards options to satisfy my specific needs. Not even worried about the process that follows, as moving the new mattress in and the old mattress out is done by their movers for just a hundred bucks. Salesman was very young while I am a 58 year old young at heart man. He made me feel comfortable and all of a sudden I bought a new tempedic mattres.
I spent double what I told him I wanted to spend but I got a mattress that should be better for my back as I'm having surgery on Thursday.

Settled on a mattress based on my needs and price range. After loading it into my truck I went back inside to pay, then I was told the out the door price I was quoted didnt include tax. I own a business in which we negotiate price every day, and when we quote an out the door price it includes tax and fees. I Needed it today and had many other things to do so I paid but not happy with the way I was treated.

3/20/24, first Mattress Firm on Google search from California and got Josh Hembree who was absolutely hey heaven sent for me. Moving to Alabama with a trailer, I really needed to have a bed when I got home. Josh made it painless to arrange over the phone being knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and very accommodating. I spoke with him for about 45-60 minutes and purchased a king Sterns & Foster Estate European plush mattress as he suggested for stomach sleepers. Josh provided all the small print & Put up with all my questions. Patiently, covering everythin, including the restocking fee. I felt confident that Josh was looking out for me. I had to trust this person because I was driving 2300 mi. He gave me a full account of what is and is not included with return policy, not rude in any Way SOF. 120 night Break-in exchange is very accurate, but we re impatient and want it to be perfect the first night. I would recommend this Mattress Firm Clearance Center on E Meighan Rd. to everyone in need of professional yet personal customer service from someone who cares about your comfort. Thanks a million Josh! New Review 6/19/24 Marlon & dang blast, name escapes me. (Just lost the red card yesterday ) were absolutely delightful. Strong men save us ladies who could but need help. They put the mattress where I needed it & unwrapped that entire King. It would be an exhausting half an hour, wrestlin with it myself. Hopefully, clients have good AC on because they need it! They delivered it 3/29. Just delightful boys. I had to sets come to the house to help me. We can t forget the delivery men as my drive is terribly steep. They are amazing doing 10 to 12 bed set ups a day or more! We wouldn t get our beds because customer picking up is almost impossible for some.. Thank you all Team Delivery Drivers! Josh is still just as welcoming, delightful as ever. He s an asset to this company & store location. He knew I needed to do the exchange for my sleep comfort & budget. When we arrived to get a low-profile box spring and decided to try out some mattresses as the box spring was loaded. Joshua Hembree and his staff were helpful, thorough, patient and not pushy. We selected a new mattress and adjustable frame and were given a great price. The delivery today was on-time and accurate. After the set-up was complete, the delivery personnel showed us how to operate the remote. We are very satisfied with the entire process. We understand the warranty, the mattress break-in time frame, how to operate the adjustable frame and what to do if we have any issues. She is a very good salesperson.. She told the truth about clearance items. A family came in right in the middle of our sale. He felt like she should leap to serve him even though she was busy. My husband and I went to mattress firm looking to purchase a new mattress. We were completely lost on which kind and what the differences were. JOSH helped us out! He was amazing! Answered a million questions, provided information, and also was very kind! He never once got aggravated with us. We definitely walked away with more knowledge than we ever expected. There wasn t a question he couldn t answer! He helped us find the perfect mattress. He also tried his best to make sure we were satisfied! Very impressed with Josh. We definitely will be recommending this store and our salesman, Josh! Grandparents came in hours after us to looking for a new mattress. They heard about our great experience and wanted to see what it was all about. Josh was their salesman as well. He helped them find their perfect mattress while answering all of their hard questions. We all know grandparents sometimes they are kinda stern and try to get the best deals. Josh never got mad for all the questions. He was amazing with them as well. He helped them and had an answer for everything. It was just about time for him to close and they said they never felt rushed by him. They left with a mattress, sheets, and a protector. Josh not only let us lay on basically every model on the floor, but he also educated us on a lot of sleep related issues. he gave us detailed information about each mattress & maker, making it a lot easier for us to narrow it down to the right one for us. we ended up adding several accessories to our order bc he was able to get it all within our budget. we even went back later that day to purchase 2 sets of sheets from him bc he was SO helpful, professional & treated us so good. I wanted 2 pillows but they werent in stocks so he upgraded me no charge. set me up w premium set up and a base for my mattress. the financing and all was so easy in and out I. 45 min or less and extremely happy with my purchase. thanks josh!

I recently post a review of mattress firm and I want retract the review. When I posted the review I felt slighted about a deal that the employee had offered me and I went to go get the money and came back to my surprise that mattress was gone, I had explained that I had recently purchased a mattress from Parnells and it was pure garbage, not worth the money. And I felt like he was trying to pull the wool over my eyes but after the madness had and I reconsidered the action of the employee I realized I was wrong very wrong. To the young man that helped me first let me apologize to you, secondly let me thank you for your help. The manager reached out to me and I apologize to him also for the rotten review but mattress firm gave me a great deal. Thank you for your help and forgiveness.

Great experience at Mattress Firm Gadsden. Ty Asia was fabulous patient and just full of customer service . We were just going to look and price a new bed but left purchasing the whole package. Thanks to her no pressure and patience. We look forward to the new delivery. I would recommend her and this store to anyone.

The associate who was helping us in the beginning decided to pass us off to another sales associate causing us to start the questions all over again. My husband who is the most patient person in the world, was upset by this. After all that, the new associate didn t charge the correct amount that was quoted by the First Lady so we are going back today to cancel the order.

Salesperson was very professional. She took the time helping us find a mattress right for us, Very thorough with information. And She knew every detail to each mattress and she seemed to enjoy her job and have pride in what she does. Most importantly, she did not rush us or try to sell us anything we didnt need. She repeatedly went over and beyond to give us a comfortable experience.

Samantha was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was patient and not overbearing when showing mattresses. She was even great with my two young children who, like most children, have far too much energy. I feel like we left with the perfect mattress for us and that we got a great deal on it as well.

Shopped for a new mattress today at Mattress Firm! I had a great experience. Samantha, greeted me as I came, asked if she could help me. And she actually went above and beyond being helpful! My first time ever in this store and I was impressed. I just moved to the area and Samantha helped me in every way she could.
