I stopped in looking for a RV size mattress, and why they didn’t carry any, the sales person, Shannan, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped me with some ideas on what I should be looking for. Highly recommend this store even though I wasn’t able to buy anything because the staff was fantastic.

Shannon at the Sleep Outfitters guided my husband and I to the perfect mattress and base! We told her our issues, nesting, back pain, and a need for a good quality mattress. She was honest and was conscious about our budget. So we went for quality and so far its been great! She helped us troubleshoot our base and got us taken care of in a timely matter and got the issue resolved! She was kind and took the time to follow up with us on our experience with our new mattress and base! If youre fed up with your lumpy mattress I highly recommend trying this place out!

My husband and I came in looking to replace our 12 year old mattress. We had put off mattress shopping because we were unsure of what was the best mattress for us and we just dreaded the whole experience. But Shanon greeted us at the door. She gave us a short questionnaire and then had us try out mattresses that she felt would be a perfect fit. And she was right. We found, in a very short time, exactly what we were looking for. On 8/17 /23 I registered at the Expo where Sleep Outfitters were set up and out of 50 people my name was pulled for a free pillow . I picked my pillow up today and Shanon the Manager who is highly knowledgeable was very helpful and friendly as assisted me with the perfect pillow to sleep on the Temper Pedicure pro high based off my sleep pattern. The pillow felt awesome trying it out in the store .(value price $179.00) Thank you so much ! I will be back to purchase another one as they will be going on sale August 22 - September 19 .

You can t go wrong going shopping here, Shannon is super friendly and knows her sleep stuff! My husband and I went in not having the slightest clue of what kind of mattress we wanted and walking through the door, seeing all the choices was a little overwhelming/shell shocking to say the least, but within minutes Shannon had us guided to and trying out the bed that we absolutely fell head over heels in love with, from start to delivery it has been hands down the best and easiest purchase we have ever made. We slept on our new bed for the first time last night and we couldn t be happier with it! We 10/10 recommend sleep outfitters and Shanon for all your sleep needs! From mattresses to pillows and mattress protectors they have it all and with all the choices they have it s a good thing that they have Shanon who is more than happy to help you find exactly what it is that your needing!
