This place is an ‘outdoorsmans/women’s heaven. Great place to shop before an obstacle course like the Barbarian Challenge. Looks like their water sports division has a lot to offer as well. Employees are courteous and go that extra mile.

Hit or miss if actually open or not, on time or at all. Call before you go so you don't waste your time. Waited an hour after "open time" and watched 12 people come and go before I have up and left myself. Not even a note on the door that they had special hours or closimgs. When they are actually open, it is a wonderful place! Knowledgeable and helpful. Decent prices, great equipment and nice merch.

I went in Today for a Pair of shoes. I’ve been having pain in my calves and I have arthritis in my ankles. They took the time to try on between 8-10 different pairs of shoes. They asked great questions about my condition and were very knowledgeable about their shoes. I was speechless about the customer service I received and would recommend these people for all of your running or hiking shoe needs. Thanks again

I went in today looking for some Hokas. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted with a smile and asked what was I looking for today. Brayden, the shoe salesman that helped me was so informative and friendly. Unfortunately, they didnt have my size in stock, but Brayden offered to order them in my size. The owner was very friendly and helpful with picking out a pack. I haven t been in since the mid 2000s but I m glad to see the store has grown and plan on spending some more time in there when I m ready to look in to some more gear.

Store was welcoming and employees were very helpful. Although after buying my bike, it seems that there was very little effort put into the assembly of the bike. Within a couple rides, I ve found out that the headset, cassette, through axel, and disc rotors were loose. The quick release and headset quickly loosed while riding and could have ended in serious problems to not only the bike but also the rider. The derailleur was also out of tune. When buying a bike this expensive I would have assumed that the bike was properly tuned and put together with care. I recommend setting aside more time to assemble these expensive bikes before the shop looses yet another customer as I will not be coming back.

Very helpful. Love their return policy. My feet needed something new and Elizabeth helped me out a ton. As a full time college student working part time, spending $150 on shoes is a big commitment but they eased my mind and let me know that they wanted me to be %100 satisfied with my purchase. Will be recommending them to others.

The young lady helping me even checked for different sizes and styles in the backs for me and went out of her way to bring me a few items to try on that she thought I might like. At one point a gentleman that works there even came over to us and offered his assistance if I had any questions and explained the different items too. I would definitely recommend this store! Can t beat this place. HUGE selection of clothes, gear, and gifts. Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful even when it s busy. They always have a large selection on sale too. Esp before end of year. Prob trying to get as much inventory off the books before taxed. Theyve created a very cool space to shop or just browse in. Lots of cool interactive displays. It s always an tough getting our leave. I threaten to leave them everytime. Not very effective. GO is a real asset to the Gadsden area. We support them every chance we get.

Youll love this outdoor store. You may think you need to go to Chattanooga to find a place with quality outdoor supplies, but you just need to hang a right before you get to the Gadsden Mall. Bikes, clothing, shoes and more. Staff is amazing as well.

Used to love this place! Bought a good bit of gear from them including a mountain bike. HOWEVER, my wife bought me a $200 down jacket for my birthday. It didnt fit so I tried to exchange it. I tried on every insulated jacket they had in XL and XXL and when none fit I tried to get a refund but was informed that they do not do refunds! All Ive been given is excuses... you dont understand retail, were trying to protect our employees, wed make an exception for a same day return. Mountain High Outfitters, Alabama Outdoors, REI, Marks Outdoors, etc...all allow returns/refunds.

Great place to get outdoor equipment and gear. The staff is very friendly and the owner is very knowledgeable about whats in the store. He will take time to explain any item and help you find what youre looking for. Ive bought several items including hiking packs here and they helped me get the right fit and size for what my plans were. They also got it adjusted before I walked out the door. Supporting local is always more rewarding when you have staff that cares and goes the extra mile to explain things.
