I love my UPS Store everybody who has ever served me has been polite, efficient & extremely helpful. I'm in and out so fast. Honestly, I don't remember ever having better customer service experience anywhere. So happy with my UPS Store.😊

By far the absolute best UPS team in this region! I use UPS for labels, signs, logos, etc. for my business and these gals are on top of it 24/7! The graphics for Salads2Go, hands down go to this team! Thank you for everything you do for us! Five stars across the board!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Patrick is THE BEST!! Although every employee is great and actually the best that day, today I loved his energy. It was clear he apprecoated helping me and enjoyed his job. Very efficient! While I was emailing labels, he hustled over and helped another client and was back to me before I was upright ready to go. I will not go to any other store PERIOD The owners are family and the seem to treat their staff with the same respect. Thank you so for being a reputable buisness and consistent.

Horrible. The girl that I initially dealt with was rude and unprofessional then my package never left Rainbow City never tracked. I called the store over a week later and the owner, Reed was, not surprisingly just as rude and unprofessional as the first girl . Blamed USPS 100% lol. Never took any responsibility poor little Reed blamed everyone except his business for my package (Christmas gifts) going missing. I didn t ship from the post office Reed . I shipped from your store. Who else s fault could it be??? It was scanned once. At this store. (Read that last part again, Reed) Silly goose .. Anyway don t use this store!

I would even say that our family would not buy from Amazon so much if this UPS store staff were not so hospitable and efficient. Always nice to see the great team work !

The people who work at the Gadsden Store #7036 are awesome!! Always upbeat, friendly, smiling, and always willing to help! I never have to ask for a receipt either... they happily provide one! Every single time I go in theyre all super professional, happy to see you, and help you. They open as posted and close as posted... I even came in once with a minute to spare and with several Amazon returns and they were so professional, helping me get them out of my vehicle, and not one complaint about me getting the at closing time... I felt bad and try very hard to never do it again! Go to the Gadsden UPS Store for all your shipping, packing, Amazon, and UPS needs... you wont be disappointed! Thank you Gadsden UPS for being so awesome!

I needed to ship refrigerated medicine overnight and Patrick went above and beyond to see that the medicine was kept cold and the freezer packs remained frozen until the pick up time and it was delivered right on time and still cold! Kudos to Patrick!!

Each time Im in staff are courteous and timely, especially with anything I need formated and printed. Theyve helped me finish two important book projects and their polished product looked outstanding. Thats with people coming in and out in a small space, that could produce stress on their part. Pricing is good to. Great work team!

Ive been numerous times for printing. It seems like the default option is to print 2 sided. Today, I asked for them to check and select one sided yet as usual it was printed on both sides. Sometimes documents need to be on one side of piece of paper!

This UPS STORE IS AMAZING!!! We have used these guys for all of and our printing and shipping.They do an amazing job with prints and they are very helpful with suggesting things. The delivery drivers continuously damage my packages and stuff multiple things in the mailbox that are too big or are supposed to be left on the porch. Also instead of leaving my packages on the porch they have left packages on the side of my truck bed, there were several that had water damage because they set them out in the rain, a few have been strewn on the ground, and I have ordered fragile things that turn out to be broken when opened due to mishandling the package. I would appreciate if the delivery men and women were properly taught how to handle and ship the orders.

I am always pleased with the service and how Im treated at this UPS Store. But on this particular visit I encountered an extra special extra helpful person. Her name was Danielle. If all of your employees embodied Danielles work ethics there would be no FedEx I think you would take a big chunk out of the USPS she was a great help on a day I never had needed it quite so bad thanks Danielle for all your help

JJ was awesome!! I walked in to get my husbands paperwork printed out, and he told me to just email it to him, and he would take care of it. And thats exactly what I did, I waited less than 10 minutes for him to print off the 182 color copies. The staff was very professional and attentive to the customers needs.

I have used the Amazon return service at this UPS facility several times. They are always very courteous and friendly, and I am usually only there for a couple of minutes. They have this down to an art. Shout out to Ashley and Danielle!

The staff is so friendly! I called twice back to back (I forgot to ask her something) and the girl that answered was friendly both times. I went in the store the next day and that girl was really nice and helpful. They greet you when you walk in the door and will always help with anything you need. Highly recommend

Woman who assisted me was very helpful and thoughtful. She offered a discount That I would not have thought of to ask about. The items that I shipped were carefully packed and wrapped. They were all delicate items. Great job and reasonable price.
