Rack Room Shoes

This store is always clean and organized. The staff is friendly and willing to assist when needed and the manager Steven is always friendly and helping customers as well as motivating his staff. Hands down one of my favorite Rack room locations and shoe store in general. Keep up the great work!

I went to pick up my shoes I ordered from 11/8. They guy in the register tonight was nice I think his name was Steve? If I’m not mistaken. A young lady had helped me the day I had went in on Tuesday…. I wish I remembered her name she was so helpful & nice! I got shoes that were a little small so needed a bigger but they didn’t have any in stock so I got some sent from the store in GA. It came right on time for A gift! Thank you guys!

I went yesterday and let me tell you. Bri and Tyler were just amazing. I wasn’t really looking to buy anything just wanted to look and they talked me into getting two pairs. Tyler was good at picking out the shoes due to my high arch problem and Bri helped me any chance she could. Never been to a rack room before but will definitely be coming back. Id say my only complaint I guess would be that the store should have more variety in arch support other than sketchers. I like the ones he picked out that were sandals but the tennis shoes were ugly but I guess that isn’t really rack rooms fault.
