Bought the most comfortable pair of shoes there. So comfortable I put my old shoes in the box and went to pay. They laughed and rung up my old shoes lol. Very friendly staff, great prices. I will definitely be going back!

In store selection is large yet lacks diversity in size and fashion. If you wanted the somewhat diverse fashion choices shoe carnival had, you will have to order off of the website.
Employees were five stars.

I was greeted by Carly Woods and Caleb Anderson with the sweetest hospitality. They took their time with me to make sure the shoe were correct for my feet since I have a disability! They made sure that the shoes were my correct size and weren’t to tight on my feet . They walked with me to make sure I found everything that I need. I’m grateful to have two kind people help me! Thank y’all so much !😌

I always get great deals here! This is the first place we go to if we're shoe shopping. Usually I end up finding what I want here. I have one of their membership cards so I'm always getting buy one get one 1/2 off. This past weekend they had 30% off every shoe. Even the ones already marked down. I've never bought shoes here at full price.

Great selection for all ages and sizes. Everything is expensive EVERYWHERE but you get great products for your money. Friendly, accommodating staff without feeling stalked while you browse a fairly large section. Kudos E. Gadsden, for bringing us better shopping experiences!

Impressed. Nice service, well behaved staff, especially the guy (I think he is the manager). The quality of shoes may not be the best, but they make it a hassle free return.
