Nancy was very helpful, knowledge, and friendly. She met with me on the weekend to try out several chairs I was interested in, and showed me even more custom fabrics than were available on the Steelcase website. I've got nerve damage in several areas, and I think this new chair will be a huge help in both healing and managing the pain.

Excellent customer service. Everyone from the warehouse manager, customer service, delivery drivers, and my sales rep always goes above and beyond! Love ordering our supplies online. Its quick and easy and always here the next day! I can even ship them to other locations with ease if I need to! Great local company to do business with.

I closed in a meeting room and made six new manager offices out of it. I went to OEC and communicated to them my need. I did not know this at the time but they have a warehouse full of used office furniture. I was able to upfit my new offices with really nice furniture at a fraction of the cost. I have done business with these folks for years; they supply all of my day to day inner office supplies as well. They are the best!!

We needed some replacement parts for a set of office chairs and was referred to OEC by the manufacturer. Everything from the first conversation with Christine through several follow-up emails to placing an order was handled with excellent customer service.

Tarrance our delivery guy did a great job helping me put the supplies in an area that makes it easier for me to put them away. I am very thankful to him and the company for such outstanding customer service!!! GREAT JOB TO ALL OF YOU AT OEC !!

It is the people at OEC that makes the difference. They have been in the community for decades and from the top down are the best in the area. Their prices and quality of service are unmatched in the Mobile to Pensacola area. As soon as you call their customer service line you will understand the difference.

I was a customer of a big box store and thought they had the best deals around. Someone referred me to OEC and I soon found out their prices were just as good overall and the service was great! Very friendly and helpful and like me they are a locally owned business!!! No more big box office supply store for me!

The visit was very informative. Jimmy from the back told me what I had and where to get it. Parts ordered Tuesday came Thursday... installed today. Piece of cake.

Called as potential new customer about whether i could purchase or rent equipment and whether they had a website listing their products, and the guy that answered the phone was extremely rude, complained about his job while asking me to wait, and then hung up on me!

Website can be a bit hard to navagate, but customer service is soooo great. If you order incorrectly or have any questions, their customer service is there to help guide you to what you need. Truly a great experience!
