11/12/24 My significant other called earlier for a specific shoe and to verify what time this location closes. They stated they had the shoe in stock we were looking for and they close at 9 pm. I arrived at 7:15 pm. Upon arrival the doors were locked but the sign said closes at 9 pm. One of the workers was in the store folding clothes so I tried to get him to come open the door. He signed that they were closed. We stay over 30 mins away. This was supposed to be a gift for my daughters birthday in the morning. The inconvenience of coming all the way out here like people have time or gas to waste is ridiculous to me. At least have a sign on the door stating the reason why you decide to close early. Bad for buisness...... as you see on the screenshot what time I decided to post this review. City Gear tillmans corner....DO BETTER

The staff was very friendly. I had to visit both stores(Hibbett & City Gear) on the same day. The staff at both stores were great, very helpful, & provided great customer service.

Purchased stacked jeans for my son. Nice color. Salesman offered fitting room for him to try them on to confirm the size. Glad he did to prevent me from returning to the store again.
