Wonderful shop with gorgeous plants, pots, and various decorative items. I stopped in for Mother's Day and was able to get a couple of beautiful custom arrangements for a great price. Everyone was also very friendly and helpful, especially Paulie. Highly recommended! I am definitely coming back in the future!

We just had an excellent experience buying the coolest pumpkins from Leaf & Petal! We planned on going to a pumpkin patch, but didn’t end up having time. Pam was so sweet in taking pictures of my girlfriend and I, and it softened the blow of not being able to go to a patch. Will definitely be regular customers there! They have very unique pumpkins from tiny to enormous, it’s the place to go for all your fall needs!!

Beautiful little shop. I was greeted by every employee . Every employee was busy with different tasks. I couldn't believe the customer service and the eagerness to assist. Everything in the store was breathtaking from perrienalls,annuals, containers, Christmas decorations and tropical plants. This is a really great place to visit for gifts and gardening. One employee even helped me back up into traffic by stopping cars. This is such a rare find. Great job guys !!!

New to the area, and needed flowers/plants for the home’s window boxes. I called ahead, and the lady said they would definitively be able to help me find suitable flowers. Upon arriving to the store, someone immediately asked if I needed help. The kind lady who helped me was so informative and helpful, and I left with several window boxes’ worth of purple kale, pansies, violas, snapdragons, and trailing ivy. The prices here are a little higher than someplace like Lowe’s, etc, but you’ll get superior customer service and a more unusual and lovely selection at this smaller nursery. The lady who helped me also gave me a little time-release fertilizer, to help me get started. Little thoughtful touches like that definitely go a long way! Be sure to also ask about their punch card-rewards program. Definitely glad I stopped by, and can’t wait until the spring to stock up again!

My wife and I have shopped at Leaf and Petal numerous times and always had great experiences. We stopped by this morning to look at a plant at 11:30, knowing they don t open until noon. So I am looking at this plant and I hear the front door of the store unlock and this young man walk toward me. I ask him how much was the plant and his response was you know we are not open yet! I acknowledged that and asked him again and he said it s on the tag. So here is an example of Chance/Choice/Destination. This young man had a Chance to offer me an answer in a nice way, he made the Choice to be rude and display ego-centric customer service and the Destination was me deciding not to wait the 30 minutes to make the purchase, and go elsewhere to spend my money.

I went in looking for a rooting hormone and some advice on helping my heirloom red maple sapling. The woman said they dont do that there, we have people that grow for us, we dont propogate here and asked repeatedly if I had googled it. I was really taken aback. Dont be fooled, this is a plant store not a nursery. Nice selection of plants and pots though.

Decided to take a trip here yesterday and thought the place was really cute. I found some of the less common house plants that Ive been on the hunt for and I love them. But I definitely over payed, and that was my choice. Although I was dissapointed to find that during my usual new plant inspection and cleaning that the calathea white fusion has a lot of damage and is most likely going to lose a few leaves. I had higher expectations for the price. I will say that their outdoor selection was beautiful and looked well cared for though.

Excellent! I was preparing to Transplant Impatiens before the Freezing Temperature arrived and along with two SnapDragons bought a Terra Cotta Flower Pot and Saucer made i. Italy, and theier in the office window to survive this coming Winter!

Leaf & Petal is a wonderful little nursery. They do a decent job on keeping up with what is trending and have a wide selection of housewares and plants. Parking for this location is difficult and I had to circle a few times before getting a spot. Pricing is above average for most of their plants. Large Palms were $75 and the same plants are $39.95 at Home Depot. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. I also stop in to see whats new and so should you.

Have done a fair amount of business here including some high-price items like topiaries. Recently bought 2 topiaries here to the tune of $300+. Started shedding leaves within a few days and looking bad. Called the nursery, was told to talk to Pamela on a weekday. My wife took a clipping to the nursery to Pamela and was told that after some research Pamela would call her back. Never happened. When I called a week later, I was told to leave a message. We have never received a call back. Im not saying that we may not be without blame for the topiary (though I doubt it based on timing), but what kind of place sells really expensive plants and cant be bothered to call a customer back? Home Depot may be a box but at least they stand behind their product for the customer!!

I have frequently relied on Leaf & Petal to help explore my gardening artistic talents. Last year, I picked up an eclectic Christmas wreath for my front door and they had it decorated perfectly for me. I plan to go back there this year again.

This was our first visit to the Mt. Brook store. The staff here was so helpful with directing me to just the right purchase for my Moms birthday. I just saw the plant when I visited her yesterday and she is still so happy with My selection.

I was waiting for my fiancée to finish work one day and decided to swing by and check out this nursery, and surprise surprise, I left with a plant because they have an incredible selection. Ive since been back a few times, and each visit Im really impressed with what they have to offer. Its a little more expensive than the plants at Western, sure, but right on price par with any other specialty nursery Ive been to. I highly recommend this nursery for anyone looking to bulk up their garden, vegetable patch, or indoor plant collection!
