Buff City Soap

I’ve been in twice for refills after my mother-in-love gifted me and my wife their laundry detergent. They do laundry detergent BOGO 50% off weekends and they give you $1 off each container when you bring it back. Their scents are so lovely and they have such a range of products. It’s kinda trickle getting parking at this location but the staff has been so kind every time I go in. My favorite scents are narcissist and oatmeal & honey. Their travel size body butters are the little treat I need throughout my days at work as a nurse! I’m a big fan of this company so far!

I love Buff City Soap in Mountain Brook so much!! I had a colleague that used a custom scent in her laundry detergent -- which she got from Buff City Soap, and it smelled AMAZING! I went to Buff City Soap in Mountain Brook to smell their other products and create my own custom scent and the workers are incredible, very polite, and I love giving Buff City products as gifts now!

I'm disappointed with the service at my daughter's birthday party at your store. One attendant was welcoming, but the other was rude, yelled at the kids, and showed impatience. This behavior negatively impacted our experience and I suggest reevaluating their suitability for child-oriented roles.

The ladies here are so friendly and helpful! They welcomed me, helped me find everything I needed & even gift wrapped them. The service here is way better than the Hoover location. They made it worth the drive & I’ll be back!

I went a couple of days ago and the customer service was awful. When me and my family walked in we were barely welcomed in. Both of the ladies that were working stayed behind the counter and did not even bother to try and sell the product. The only time they spoke was when we asked a question. Other than that they just watched us walked around. On top of the fact that there was no wet floor sign out when it was raining, causing my sister to fall from the slippery floors. ( this is based on my experience at the Hoover location)

A very nice place. I thought the bars of soap were a decent size for the price and they all smelled great. I do advise using the coffee beans to reset your nose....I had a hard time smelling things after a few soaps. :) The people there were nice and it is in a great area. Would definitely return.

I had an awesome experience here!! I was strolling the block simply looking for a bathroom to use and I stumbled upon this store! I thought it was a soup store but I misread it and it was a soap store! Immediately as I walked in I was greeted by a warm and excited hello! The employees name was Sara and not only was she super kind and gladly let me use the restroom but was kind enough to offer me a sample!! When I left the restroom I was considering getting something merely because of her positive attitude. I left with some nice lotion and 2 lovely bars of soap (the sample) :)) I have to come back to this place again!

I was greeted as soon as I walked in & the associates were friendly & very helpful. This location is very conveniently located, I’ll definitely be back to restock & try their candles!!

This location was great .friendly service and even made up for the service I got at Lee branch location. I will be shopping at the mnt brook location in the future

I'm soooooo addicted to the laundry soap, the whipped soap and the body oil. My favorite scents are Breathe, Eucalyptus and Pomlems. Buff City is great for gifts as well.

Great fragrance soap shot in Mountainbrook; have virtually every smell imaginable; from 2 visits, purchased the following soaps Good Morning Sunshine, Lavender, Narcissist, Aqua Spa, and Shave & a Haircut; Narcissist leads among the five but all are very good w/o over powering fragrances.

The young ladies there love to help! The scents are amazing. Take the soaps outside to get the true smell. There are days that discounts are available, try Tuesdays. Great gifts and they box them for you to give.

I cannot go inside because the smell is overwhelming but I like the individual items. My mom loves it here so I bring her to shop for both of us.
