Nice shopping area with plenty of small specialty stores and restaurants. Lots of family owned businesses and boutiques. Great place to walk and window shop, then get a quick bite to eat. Parking can be hit or miss, but there are a few lots tucked away on side roads.

3:00 AM... I have had the pleasure of staying in many Hilton Inns, but this one has wrecked those pleasurable memories. After driving all day I was exhausted and just needed a good sleep, with 7 hours of travel left, so I gave it a try. Dirty, dirty, dirty. Trash on bathroom floor, no ice box, no microwave. Noisy.. You can hear everyone several rooms away. Oh and the Ice Machine, noisy and my room is several room away.

Did I say dirty. Then starting at 2am the fire alarm started beeping. 😪 At first the night person said he would move me, but he had an audit running and couldn't at the moment. I finally walked down to the desk and said come on this is crazy. He then moved me from 312 to 318. So now I am wide awake and drinking cold coffee and in yet another dirty room with a toilet that runs constantly. 😵 Don't stay here.

Moe's and Taziki's in the same strip mall. What more could be asked for? Hampton Inn is a nice place; friendly staff. Parking during peak times can be a little bit of a px but there are plenty of unknown hidden spaces on the north side of the hotel. Secret back way to Mtn Brook Village which exits onto Cahaba Rd at Davenport Pizza, which is walking distance from Hotel. Other restaurants further in Village.

The only reason I came here was to eat at Taziki's. Their food is so good! There's a Planet Fitness there as well that I've heard good things about.

Moe's and Taziki's in the same strip mall. What more could be asked for? Hampton Inn is a nice place; friendly staff. Parking during peak times can be a little bit of a px but there are plenty of unknown hidden spaces on the north side of the hotel. Secret back way to Mtn Brook Village which exits onto Cahaba Rd at Davenport Pizza, which is walking distance from Hotel. Other restaurants further in Village.
