No customer service what so ever. Never got a "can I help you?" We bought and sold the shoes to ourselves. Will never go back. Only reason. Why I bought them is because my child wanted them. One store had already proven that customer service is nil or non around here. My child had to say Thank you for buying shoes when we should have been Thanked.

The employees at City Gear located in Opelika AL are absolutely horrible. First when entering the store we were never greeted and the employees stayed behind the counter on cell phones and one was dancing. Neither one of them offered assistance instead you had to walk to them. They were horrible. I will NEVER go back there. Another thing, instead of being behind the counter playing, use that time to clean the store. The floors need sweeping. It looked like the floors hadn’t been swept in a month. Trash was all on the floors. If you want poor customer service, go to City Gear in Opelika AL.🤬🤬🤬

If I could give a quarter of a star I would . After coming to purchase shoes for my three boys , on a Monday (7/24/2023) ; the two men working in this location around 8:00pm were absolutely two of the most unresponsive, lack customer appreciation individuals I have ever seen working a shoe store . Honestly if you didn’t wanna work there find another job . You work in customer service . After noticing the job responsibilities, they seem to failed all the task including the last one , GREET CUSTOMERS AND HELP THEM , hmmm sirs actually go check for the shoe availability and recommend some in that size . Like really . One guy I didn’t even know worked in there was on the phone no greeting , and the young man in the opelika high school red shirt , young man do better , because your customer service skills at your age is unprofessional and sicking .

Rude.... the customer service in this store is terrible! The female worker had a terrible attitude and the Manager... A Lil man by the name of Brian... didnt make it any better. My next step is calling corporate!
