I can't recommend The Supply Room enough. I was trying to order a service cap on short notice from another supplier who was out of stock. They recommended The Supply Room.

I called and immediately was put through to Tiffany who walked me through the process, gave me details on how to make specific requests for the cap, and then provided her extension directly to ensure the online order went through correctly.

After I called her back she recommended a less expensive shipping option that still fit my timeline and saved me some money, along with personally ensuring the order went through correctly.

I will definitely order from The Supply Room again, and was impressed with their prices but even more impressed by their incredible customer service and the great help from Tiffany in particular.

Had their team come into our school and size us for our AGSUs, went smoothly until almost everyone who purchased items from them had many items that were not the correct size. Also the process to set up a payment plan was about as complicated as I had ever seen, ended up just paying for everything in full to make it less of a hassle. Had to go purchase some of the items from the AGSU uniform from Marlow White so that they could come in on time. Not a terrible experience but will be using other companies going forward.

Shipped me the wrong items for multiple parts of my AGSUs and also did not arrive in time even though I ordered 3 months before I needed it and then had to order it from another place anyway. Also insanely overpriced.

Not responsive at all. When I called originally and spoke with Laura Patterson she advised me she would assist me in designing a patch for my unit. She was not responsive and dodged emails. Later, when I called back and spoke with Jessica, I let her know what I needed and she made numerous excuses. I won't be going to them again. I went to this company after two other Army units had told me the process they had gone through to get their patches designed and told me that I'd need to reach out to a company to assist in designing a patch first.

The staff was very helpful. They went the extra mile to go look in the warehouse to find the specific uniform cuffs I needed. They have a wide variety of military/leo/fire options.

The Supply Room has always had what I needed for my SROTC Cadets. Their customer service is superb!

They don't know the difference between a pin and a patch. Regimental Crests and active unit insignias.
