A kind person named Eliot really made my day today. They went above and beyond to help me and my family with printing the things we needed for my son’s first birthday party. We left feeling beyond happy, I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience — They made sure we had all we needed but their kindness is really what made our experience so great. I visited the Oxford location tonight and I received poor customer service or should I say NO SERVICE. We were completely disregarded. There were at least three employees that I saw throughout my time in the store. NO ONE greeted us. NO ONE offered us assistance. NO ONE asked if we needed help. The associates definitely watched us though and I would hate to think it’s racially motivated but the only customer who was assisted didn’t look like us. The associates even came on the same aisle or area as us several times BUT still did not ask us if we needed help. The ONLY time the associate spoke to us was to say “we’re closing in 2 minutes”. When you fail to acknowledge or offer to assist a customer but then tell them you’re about to close - that just says to me I don’t want to assist you. I was going to purchase a printer that was around $500 or more and some supplies but now I’m going to shop online elsewhere.

This is the worst place I ever visit. Brenda the lady behind the counter complain more that what she does. I asked her to print 12 documents that I email to her. She told me that will it take 20 minutes.then when she saw how many documents she supposed to print she refused to do it. What can you expect from someone it’s getting pay minimum wages.

Elliott is the BEST everytime I walk in nobody can help like Elliott everyone waiting on Elliott. My first visit Manger had to wait on Elliott to get back from lunch Manger couldn't help me. I bought a copier that I thought would go with our software but we could not get it to work properly. We had it 5 days so I called them and explained my situation and ask if I could bring it back and buy one the company recommended and they said yes. I packed it up like new took it in and order the other copier. They bent over backwards to help me and I was so pleased because I thought I was going to be stuck with a $550 printer that was not working with my software. Thank you OfficeMax

-100 Stars. The manager of the print department is lazy and doesn't want to print stuff. She just wants to talk about rules and regulations to keep from doing her job. If you want to have the hardest job getting a print head on over to Oxford Office Depot.

The staff in the printing services department seemed poorly trained. The person who helped me couldn't scale a document to fit the printer, while a copy of my driver's license was reduced to the size of a postage stamp. I quickly cut my losses and went elsewhere.

The chair I wanted was not in stock at the store. Had to order and have it delivered. Also, the customer service rep seemed stressed and frustrated. However, the store was not busy. She had trouble ringing up my order. She requested that I come around the service desk to type in my own contact info. When she finally got my order to ring up, the chair rang up a different price as posted on the chair on the floor. The chair on the floor was labeled $139.99. When it rang up as $209.00 I questioned the rep and she made no effort to look into the situation and just told me that if the chair was on sale the register would have rang it up correctly. I am really considering cancelling my order due to this poor service.
