Beautiful showroom, full of inspiration! I love a lot of their pieces and just ordered a sofa. The design consultants were so knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect fabric for my life(style). Excited to get my pieces in.

We ordered $10K worth of outdoor furniture on Labor Day in 2021. Received in May of 2022. Of course, because of the pandemic, delivery was slow - we understood. A coffee table arrived damaged, which I reported right away. We are still waiting for the replacement table. Have made many, many calls regarding where our replacement is. We've heard excuse after excuse. It's now December! Supposedly going to be delivered soon - we'll see. We love our furniture, however, customer service is horrible. Would not do business again with this company and wouldn't recommend to anyone - except to stay away! From Austin, TX

I love shopping and working with everyone at this Summer Classics! Jason is the most knowledgeable person I have ever met on all things furniture. As a designer, I know I can send my clients in and have them well taken care of and trust the quality of furniture! I highly recommend them for outdoor furniture and it is also one of my favorite places for light fixtures!

Summer Classics is simply the best. We are so fortunate that the company that manufactures furniture for the finest locations everywhere is in our back yard. Jason and Emma were exceptional. This was our second purchase. We purchased the first set of pool furniture over a decade ago- it still looks spotless. Jason and Emma worked with us to add to the collection, create some unique color options for the furniture pads and did this all within our budget. No pressure- just help and support. Nothing better than Summer Classics Home Birmingham.

Very impressed with this store. Beautiful, quality furniture you won’t find anywhere else. My husband and I just moved into a new home, and our design consultant, Alex Ryan, was especially helpful in choosing furniture and helping us design our home. She was knowledgeable and fun to work with. We look forward to returning next time we are in the Birmingham area.

The store is full of loving people, they are also helpful and kind, not to mention patient. They help with every desire and answer any question you may have. The manger even took the time to talk to me and have a nice conversation. The design consultants also take the time to explain the history and make you feel like you belong in the family. Customer service is top notch and I would recommend summer classics to any and everyone!

The garbage company doesn't even want to come here. It's been 3 hours and they haven't loaded the goods for me yet.

No stars had a one o'clock appointment to get loaded and sat in the dock until four o'clock before they started loading me only seen one other truck there picking up he was there when I got there I'll never be back

Great customer service. Jason went above and beyond to help the Chace Lake HOA Board select new pool furniture for our Chace Lake community pool. His expertise and knowledge helped us to purchase pool furniture within our budget that was stylish, beautiful and comfortable. We know the new furniture will last many years, because our previous pool furniture was also purchased, at Summer Classics, 14 years old ago. Thanks again to Jason and the Summer Classics Team !

My Mother fell in love with the Summer Classics outdoor furniture while staying at a Marriott in Palm Dessert. It took a while to track the brand down, and a while more to get it delivered, but Linda Lee Counts was available and helpful from the moment we ordered them down to the final white glove delivery. Yes, it will take months to get them, but the chairs and are amazingly comfortable and high end. Worth the wait!

I am so impressed with Jason Bigbie and his team. I had a delivery issue that could have been a very painful experience for me but he took control and got his team involved and everything is was resolved within an hour. He always responds to his emails promptly. The service level is a 10!

We bought an outdoor love seat and two chairs. The communication between the shipping company and corporate office is terrible. The items arrived in August of 2020 and were damaged when assembled by the delivery company. The replacements arrived on April 13th, 2021. When you call to ask questions, no one will respond. With the high prices of these items, customer service should be much better.

We recently purchased some Newport Collection pieces for our beach house and had the pleasure of working with Cynthia Duke. We had seen print ads for Summer Classics but had never really known much about the product. Fortunately Cynthia was working the day we visited the showroom. She was very knowledgeable about the different collections, and quickly gained our trust. She has a very positive attitude and it is apparent she loves what she does and is very invested in her customer relationships. We spent almost two hours with her and never expended her patience. After listening to us and showing us many collections, we decided on the Newport Collection. While expensive, Cynthia showed us the quality of design and construction of the Summer Classics products; and we proceeded to order a sofa, two chairs, two ottomans, two side tables, a coffee table, and multiple pillows and bolsters. Several weeks later we called Cynthia for another Summer Classic solution. We needed two window bench cushions and she solved the problem immediately, ordering two custom dimension cushions with a Sunbrella fabric unique to Summer Classics! Cynthia is a “rock star” and I have recommended her to friends. She is a great asset to Summer Classics and we look forward to working with her in the future for further outdoor furniture needs. Thanks to Summer Classics & especially Cynthia Duke, we now feel like we live at a resort! We looked at several different brands before we decided to go with Summer Classics for our outdoor spaces. The other brands were a bit less expensive, but when we learned about the quality & the way that Summer Classics stands behind their name, the decision was so easy.

Cynthia is a wealth of knowledge & so much fun to be around! She assured me that certain pieces would in fact fit perfectly in our spaces & she was exactly right! When we had a couple of hiccups, she went above & beyond to make sure the problems were solved & that we were happy. She always tells me with a smile that she loves her job & it shows! I feel like I went in looking for outdoor furniture & came out with a new friend!

We couldn't be happier with our Rustic wicker mixed with Croquet teak! Thank you Summer Classics & thank you Cynthia for helping to put the finishing touches on our gorgeous outdoor living areas!

Been in this store many times. The staff are always very welcoming and friendly. Robin Jones in particular is excellent at what she does and very knowledgable about interior and exterior design! Highly recommend!

We bought a very beautiful and trendy coffee table from a Gabby distributor and less then a year later, the veneer finish on the top started bubbling up. After a few more months it was peeling and cracking off in full pieces. It looks terrible now and even super glue isnt helping. We reached out to Gabby with no response and the store where we purchased it said they would contact Gabby. Neither has offered to replace it or refund the money for a defective product. This was an $800 coffee table. I will never buy products from this store again which is very sad because I love the style. But the cheap materials and poor customer service are so disappointing!!

Omg! We ordered bar stools we love, but upon receiving them there was a hole in the box and we are missing only a couple small parts. We gave them the specifics of exactly what we needed, and they said that it would be ordered. This was on April 19th.

It is now May 8, and they have given us all kind of excuses, even stating that the warehouse flooded (which later we learned was not true). Yesterday, they simply said that they didn’t ship it out, and would do so “ASAP.” We shall see… Meanwhile we have no Bar stool but they have our money.
