When our freezer went out the day before Thanksgiving, this was the only place in town where we could putchase a freezer on that day. We got a great deal on a nice freezer and saved our food for the holiday. Will definitely buy from again !

Towards the end of last year, I encountered an unfortunate situation where my dryer needed to be replaced. My daughter, who had recently made a successful purchase of a washer and dryer set from a local establishment, highly recommended their services to me. Based on her positive experience, I decided to purchase a dryer from the same establishment. I am pleased to report that I have been thoroughly satisfied with both the product and the exceptional customer service provided by the establishment.

Regrettably, my washer also malfunctioned recently, prompting me to revisit the same establishment for a replacement. Once again, I was impressed by their reasonable prices, outstanding customer service, and efficient delivery service. These factors have solidified my loyalty as a customer, and I intend to continue relying on this establishment for all my future appliance needs.

I got an use dryer from them. The dryer looks brand new and it was delivered the same day. The store is clean and the appliances are clean and in very good condition. The salesperson was courteous, respectful and friendly! He delivered my dryer and took the one that was not working with him. Excellent experience!

Walked in and asked for washer and dryer sets, we were told prices and we chose our set. Paid cash and our washer and dryer was delivered 20 minutes later. I asked the man if the dryer had 3 or 4 prong plug and he said they would supply us with the appropriate one upon installation. Everything was delivered and set up, given a test run, and we were given a 6 month warranty. One week and 4 loads of laundry later and we are very happy with our purchase. It was the easiest thing I did that entire week. I will always recommend appliance gallery. Our set was Kenmore, and was $350 even, with cash.

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a decently priced washer and dryer set. I came into the Appliance gallery and was able to receive amazing service within 10 min. My washer and dryer were delivered promptly the next day. When I had an issue with my dryer ( a simple cord was knocked loose) they sent a tech right out to repair it. 10/10 highly recommend it. Great service, prices.

It was a good experience at first they did fix what was wrong with the dryer but what wasn't brought to my attention is that instead of fixing it right the first time before selling they patched it together just to sell it. But it did last 2 years

This is my new appliance store when I need something. I came in Friday I wish I asked the ladies name behind the desk who sold me my washing machine she was very very nice and helpful. My washing machine was delivered on time Saturday the delivery guy was awesome. He set up my washer,checked for leaks and gave me a tutorial on how to use my washer. THE WASHER MACHINE THAT I BOUGHT BEFORE SIX MONTHS DO NOT WORK, AND AFTER SIX MONTHS DO NOT WORK AGAIN. THE FIRST TIME THEY FIX IT AND THE SECOND PAST THE WARRANTY AND PUT IN THE GARBAGE AND BUY A NEW ON IN BADCOCK.

Purchased a washer and dryer set. I got the washer home did not get one load done in the washer and had to take it back. Now one month later there is another problem with washer. I would recommend not purchasing from this place. All hear is excuses it never the fact they sell bad merchandise

ZEro stars! Worse service Ive ever received! Made an appointment 2 days out. I was told some one would be out and call. Noone did either and they cancled my appointment. I not waiting 2 more days for this to happen again. Lady was so nasty on the phone! I had to call twice just to see where the tech was. Horrible people Horrible service!

Prices are not impressive. Fridge brand new is $1299 and he has it with 4 dents listed for $1000. It makes more sense to buy one brand new.

The people here are GOOD people. Ive bought a few appliances for reasonable prices and they honor the warranty that they give you. I called to have them repair a washer they sold me. They came at the scheduled time, got the repair done quickly,(let my grandson help lolI help you??!!), then called the store to see when I bought it, informed me it was still under warranty and no money was owed. I thought it was past the warranty. Who does that!! Then I had a problem with a dryer purchased from them. Within 48hrs they came out, replaced a part, it still had problems so they replaced the dryer (actually gave me a better dryer than I bought) and reset the warranty to the date of installation of the replacement dryer. This is practically unheard of in this day and time. I highly recommend doing business with Appliance Gallery. You wont regret it.

I can t say enough about the service and value at this store! I bought a W/D set 4 years ago and it has lasted long enough for my daughter s heavy use and then she handed it down to my son while in college! Just like all good things they need repair! So instead of repairing which the store offered for a price of $50! BTW, no one does a service call for less than $100! I decided to buy new used W/D set! Well they waived the service fee bc I bought from them. This is the reason why they have glowing reviews on Google! Try them out oh ya, they warranty their appliances! No brainer!

We as well , bought a refrigerator from them! after several attempts to repair it! 5 to be exact we were left with a dead dog! they never callback for anything during the repair process! you have to call them - we went there personally about our repair and we were told we dont have anything right now in the price range of the unit unit you bought! so we spent 250.00 for another unit that is defective as well ! after 6 weeks we get the same response we will call you as soon as the part is in or we can figure out a solution

If I could give this place no stars I would. The customer service has been horrible. We recently got stationed in the area and purchased from what we thought was a good used appliance business. BEWARE!!!! Our refrigerator has been giving us issues since we purchased it and we keep getting the same response that the part is on back order. This is a very sketchy business and I would not recommend to anyone. The customer service is horrible and the lady working the front is extremely rude! You would be better off spending the extra and buying somewhere else

While they do have decent prices on there appliances they are terrible at fixing what they sell , had a problem with what they sold they came and picked up the freezer 2 months ago and nobody will return My called when I do get ahold of the shop all the secretary can do is say that the part is on order the owner Will not respond to any calls. Purchased a refrigerator the end of January of this year. The refrigerator motor stopped running after the first month. Contacted the manager Margaraet and was told they could not come out to service since I was out of the servicing area. Motor mysteriously started working again until 2 months later. Left home on a Thursday, going on vacation. Came back on Sunday to a distinguished order in my home. To my surprise the refrigerator had stopped working again and EVERYTHING in my refrigerator was spoiled . Called Margaret again and asked if they could change out refrigerator and her reply was no. We could take it to repair shop and it could take 1-2 days for repair. What are we suppose to do for food for those 1-2 days and who will be paying me for missed days from work for bringing and coming back to pick up a refrigerator. All I am asking is for owner to contact me ASAP so we may get this resolved in a respectful way without involving any one else.

Do not buy anything here .... bought a washer for $400 and it doesn t spin the clothes and when I called to get it serviced the lady was rude as hell and told me they only have one person to work on stuff and he was unavailable. Oh and told them I would just bring it back but they don t offer refunds

Purchased washer and dryer November 9th. When delivered the dispenser cup was missing from washer which even the clerk said was there when purchased. 3 calls and still no part has been installed. Now dryer belt whines and takes 2 hours to dry a small load of clothes. Very disappointed in service and products.

I got a Kenmore washer/dryer set for under $600 with all the taxes and delivery charge. Great price, nice people work for this business. I would definitely recommend getting your washer/dryer here.

Confirmed open until 6pm! Very friendly, provide warrantees, good prices, great at answering the phone. Got a washer and dryer delivered for a little over $500 just over their 25mi limit but they were nice enough to bend the rule. Next day delivery, all hook-up hoses and such provided free of charge. Definitely recommend.

We have now purchased 4 separate appliances from them (a washer/dryer set, a new fridge, and a stand alone dryer) and 3 of the 4 appliances have had issues. Both the washer and the dryer from the set stopped working after less than a year (one at less than 7 months). We were told both were unable to be fixed so we had to buy new. We bought a brand new fridge and 5 months in the circuit board died (thankfully still under warranty). Come to find out it wasnt installed properly (they installed it) and the water line has been cracked and leaking for MONTHS. Its caused thousands of dollars in damage and weve had to file with our home owners insurance. Were thinking about filing in small claims court. I will never purchase anything from them again.

I bought a brand new 1800$ fridge. The freezer DID NOT WORK at all even though specifically ASKED before we bought it if everything worked good. The salesperson reassured us it works perfectly as it is BRAND NEW. When I called the owner to ask what could be done, If I could have it exchanged or refunded SINCE THE FREEZER DOES NOT WORK. He said they dont do that. I am highly disappointed as this place came with such good reviews but the only help he offered was for me to contact Samsung. On a week old fridge??? I will never buy from here again and I will not recommend to anybody.

I have purchased two freezers from them and just recently purchased a side by side. Excellent service. When I had problems with the 1 freezer they came out and checked it out ordered a new control unit and replaced it no charge. They have a nice selection of appliances. And if youre looking for something specific you can tell them and they try to find it as they did the freezers that I was looking for

I went to Appliance Gallery because they are local and in my living area. The man that waited on me and my son was very nice and when I told him that we were needing a clothes dryer. He took us to what we felt was perfect for us. It was very clean and in excellent shape for a used dryer. It was an easy experience and they delivered the dryer the same afternoon and made sure that it was hooked up and fully functional. We will be glad to recommend them when someone is in need of their service. Thanks Chris and to the delivery man!!!

Got a washer from this place and I highly recommend. Had an issue with mine shaking one time and they were out within the hour to fix and all was well. Great prices, great service....Im headed there now to get my mom a dryer (possibly a set if the price is right). Super nice folks.

Nice employees and they were very helpful but not a good selection on dryers.I think they will repair for a fee if you bring it to them.Dont think they order parts.I think they only use parts they have.Overall disappointed.Wanted to trade old dryer for a different one.

These guys are awesome. I bought a washer and dryer a couple of months ago. There have been some issues but they were all things that wouldn t have been seen until daily use. Every problem I ve had though has been fixed in a timely manner by very courteous staff. I highly recommend them.

Very cheap but overpriced products but good for a quick replacement they also service a bit pricey on that end mass quantity big parking lot right off highway 80 not a very clean store they usually keep a dog he is sweet but ANY FEAR OF DOGS ASK THEM TO TAKE IT OUT BACK BEFORE GOING IN but very nice staff

They are a good company. They rent building from one of my bosses. We have purchased several refrigerators from them. I have had problems with one.... They came and repaired it in timely manner and were very courteous.
