This was always one of favorite hair stores in the city. I miss Chung alot her son doesn't seem to actually care about his customers that was only reason I would shop there half the time. I was excited to see what I would get free. Most of the time it was lip gloss or eyeliner but I loved the them so must I would buy more. Chung would always tell me you 'good customer' I guess it was more of a relationship basis with her. Idk anymore the atmosphere has changed alot.

The staff were really helpful and worked with me to find the perfect hair for me and she looked in other boxes to find more colors and I can be indecisive but she was patient and kind to me the entire visit.

The store needs a facelift and assistance to help organize. It's okay for a quick stop.

They had mostly everything I was looking for, very clean, and well equipped. This was my first time going here so I'm not a regular customer. Nice place wouldn't mind coming back.

The store has changed a great deal. Easier to see inventory. Kinda disappointed that most of what I wanted to purchase was out of stock so I opted to buy display. The prices were not bad but I hope they get more inventory. But I will try shopping there again. The sales rep was friendly and helpful. No complaints. I do think that store is big enough for at least two clerks. I was the only customer at first but ppl started to come b4 I left and she had to try to help all of us by herself. 😐
