Customer service was excellent. The representative walked around the store with us showing us different options and also was willing to show us what they had online. It was delivered on time and set up perfectly by the delivery people.

If I could give a 0 rating, I would. They sold me a refurbished robot vacuum cleaner then said the box and included paperwork were incorrect… it’s actually a new product & the box “just says that it’s refurbished.” REALLY?! No… I wasn’t going to pay a “refurbished “ price- I was expected to pay for a new product. That’s just plain BAD BUSINESS.

We had our furniture delivered on Thursday and the Gentleman were very courteous,swift and professional.Also We can’t say enough about our sweet smiling friendly sales representative. They made the whole process a breeze. Happy Easter! Thank you Lord Jesus!

Getting approved for the zero no interests was my worst experience. The Manager claimed I didn't qualify for it. I stated, this my first time coming to this location. I have always gotten approved for that zero interest fee, I stated I'll just go to another store. She kept at it, saying all the stores have the same policy, I'm not qualified. After I asked what's the requirements to be approved, than she decided to fake look at my paper work, claimed she over looked something on the 1st page but on the 2nd page she saw my credit score. She said the requirements is a 640 credit score and an above. She said I do meet the requirements. I'm not sure if that's a common pattern at that location to deny African American the zero no interests fee.
I was only compensated with a 10% off my purchases after speaking with the district manager. I don't think that was good enough but I agreed with.
Besides that issue, my shopping experience at location was nice there ..

Dakota was very helpful she went above and beyond the expected to help me. The young men who delivered my furniture were very polite and professional. I have never had a problem with the store in Phenix City and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful that sums it up all in one word, definitely coming back for more after I pay this off first. Hope I get a better discount thought?? By spending a little over 2 grand at once , had too get outta there before I went over my own limit 🤣🤣 The crew was very respectable,nice, & helpful. Thank you Farmers for the help of my needs.

The experience was great from the manager on down I loved there vibe even when they had other customers I never felt like they forgot about me even when I lost my keys and my kids was being bad lol they got me approved and didn t try to sell me over price stuff !!!!! 10 out of 10 will come again

Really great deal but my furniture was delayed twice which was very inconvenience. Delivery guys didn t put the legs on my couch all the way so have to get them fixed.

Terrible terrible terrible!!!! My bedroom suite was supposed to be delivered today September 3 by 2 pm. I call up there to find out what s going on and they tell me our truck is down and our delivery guy went home . No one, I mean no one call to tell me. My wife and I had to go pick our stuff up, and keep in mind they watched us load up our mattress and box spring. Our dressers and mirror are still in the boxes. (They are supposed to put it all together) not only are they still making us pay full price because we have a contract, but we had to pick it up and put it together ourselves. Customer service is everything, as well as communication do you think we got either, absolutely not! So what will be done farmers????

I have been a customer for about 2 years with no issues . My husband becomes a customer 4 months or so ago .He bought a stand up freezer the first one stopped working so they brought us another one same thing it works a month and just stops working. We were told to call for warranty however the only service guy is 3 hours away and we can not get them to come look at it keep in mind we pay insurance for the product. We need this fixed we have already lost 300 in groceries. We do not want the freezer being its the second one we have had that has went out they were both the same brand. We are not happy being we have to pay on something that once again does not work. We would be satisfied if we can get another replacement but different brand and it doesnt have to even be a stand up freezer we would be fine with a regular one please make this right.

After the horrible experience that I just had over the phone with the credit manager. I wouldn t recommend this store or company to anyone. Please buy your furniture from someone else. The customer service is trash, the furniture is not worth it and overpriced. Unfortunately there are so many people in this country that have covid or experienced covid since it has been around. I happened to be one of them which impacted my financial situation. Not only that but I ve had an issue with my financial institution that they re investigating at this time. I ve called and explained, even apologized. And advised when able to I will make the payment. I was told the payment needs to be made now or a civil suit will be done. Then I was hung up on and they blocked my number from calling back. Definitely not the experience I was expecting to have when I know I m not the only one who has been impacted negatively by this situation, very frustrated & disappointed. I will never recommend another customer to this store based off this experience. I ve already contacted the corporate office as well.

I would give this place zero stars if I could yell negative stars. What a joke. We waited a month past when our furniture was supposed to be in just to be told when we called that there is stuff on our order that we never purchased. They then could not find our contract when we went down there and still had no clue when we would get what we did order. We ended up canceling.

Hi everyone, yall know I dont post a review unless its important. Worse furniture place I have every been to. I have bought furniture from many places, but this one was the worse because of the customer service. I paid for a protection plan and a treatment for the sectional and delivery. I was told that I would get my furniture today but the manager said no tomorrow. I said what time she said idk. Im like that is so unprofessional. Im never ever buying anything from them any more. The customer service is trash period. And yes I called the one 800 number, the customer service is trash as well period. I dont even like to write long messages but this was needed.

Was about to a Chair on July 14th that was marked $56 Regular priced but, saleswoman told me to wait until July 16th between 9-11 am and come back because they had a sale of 25% going on and it would cost less. I was so worried it be sold before the sale so the saleswoman said she would put it in the back & Mark it sold. My husband went on July 16 around 9:45 am to pay for chair and pick it up. He came home with a receipt for a total price he paid for chair of $64.88! I asked why the chair was not discounted by 25%? And the chair had to be ordered and pick up was the next Tuesday on July 21st! What happened here??? Of course the salesperson did not remember our conversation!!! They marked up the chair to $79.99 and said the price charged included the 25% off!! That when I was there on the 14th the chair was $56 on sale that ended that day! So since saleswoman told me to wait until the 16th of July I ended up paying more for the chair and had to wait for it to be ordered!! I was SCAMMED and will never go back to this store and recommend that others don t go either! You never know what your going to get !!!

The sales consultant addressed me upon entering the store in Phenix City, Al with a very calm and pleasant smile and listened very patiently as I told her what I needed. She quickly got me what I needed and did it with a genuine smile. Both sales consultants were very professional and I enjoyed my experience there. I got the item I wanted and a free gift. Also the payments I wanted. Glad I stopped by. Thanks ladies.
