Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.The two ‘workers’ I came in contact with were unprofessional and very rude. Brought the incident to the manager’s attention and did not receive one single apology. Only put me at fault. DO NOT RECOMMEND

First off I want to say they hiring anybody off the streets they got a skinny dude with dreads and a chubby dude with dreads They pulled up to my apartment complex blasting music from the work truck left the door open music blaring all over the complex Came to my door and made a joke with my wife saying. We thought u was gonna duck us on top of that in the midst of everything they smelled like a strong Odor of weed and the skinny one with the Long dreads let it be know he was drinking Hennessy. On the job. So they move everything out breaks my dresser mirror and then made a joke to me about it basically saying we could have kept it like we broke it little do they know I took pictures of them using my broom to clean it up outside of my apartment they a bad look for the company need to get rid of em asap

This location ok. Only thing is they change managers alot and sometimes don't know what other one been doing or have done. Paperwork gets lost. But people are nice. Just wish they was more organized.

DO NOT RENT OR FINANCE NOTHING HERE! they got over on me. i paid 20.00 for a full week and i let them know that i get paid by weekly which meant that following week i would be able to pay because i get paid every 2 weeks. They ignored that and proceeded to make it weekly payments and i didn't know until the came asking for a payment and my mother called and the manager told her i basically agreed to weekly payments. He did not want to wait until me or my mom got paid and threatened to call the police on us if we didn't give the item back. if you decide to purchase please make sure you screenshot and thoroughly read the contract because they will put something you didn't agree to!

This store is very professional.. The store manager made sure i was taken care of ... Also the manager Emmanuel ,very patient , answered all my questions and concerns . much respect to this team ..

They charged me for things I did not opt in for. The staff is friendly though. The people who came and set up my equipment were quick and friendly too. I did the same as cash option and paid off my items quickly because I would have paid 1,200 more if I did full term. My advice is pay the same as cash price ASAP before your time is up or you will be paying 3x the amount for the item. Add an extra 5 or 10 dollars a week to your payments and you'll quickly catch up to that cash price.

Easy Process. Provided great selections. Malik was very helpful and explained everything perfectly. Delivery went wonderful and quick. I really do appreciate them.

The store before was amazing when I first got my washer and dryer but now they’re rude && harass you after I’ve been a customer there for 2/3 years now. Once this is paid off it we wont be back.

Don't rent from these people they don't care about there customers. They tell you one thing and do another. They said they don't need our money we are a dime a dozen. The managers are rude and don't care.

I only gave them one star because I had too to post how dissatisfied I am with their services. They always have excuses and are so unreliable even their own service department wont service their equipment without being paid up front. They never pick up or deliver or return things when they say. Constantly have you waiting with your life on hold. Nothing convenient about them.

This place is a complete joke. I will never use this place again and have told family that has purchased something from them to send back. I went in on a Saturday to purchase a couch, paid $30. Couch was delivered the following wednesday, had the couch for TWO days and they wanted a payment that friday after only having it TWO days. they also said they would call before delivery but didnt, just showed up unannounced, then when i called them to get the couch (because I found the same couch at Furniture Queen for almost a grand lower) they said they would call before showing up, again they did not call & just showed up. Only giving this place one star because the guys that delievered and picked up my couch were very helpful. other than that, they don't know how to do business

whatever the ladys name is is a B**CH she always hangs up on people and is rude.. Ill NEVER go back to rent a center. ill MAKE sure everybody knows about it. Was going to make a few large payments on some stuff i had... And had to be one day late and she was rude about asking for the payment BEFORE i even new who it was ASKING me for money over the phone. And how she treated me is the reason WHY im sending my stuff back. Ill never be treated like that again. And its sad because i recently moved here from tennessee and ive been with rent a center for years up there... Poor poor service. And i LOVE rent a center. But NEVER again.
