At store 5:22 on a sunday they close at 6 it says they were already not letting people in gates halfway down .

The store had 7 items in wrong section. I spoke to Cameron. After showing him item in wrong place and letting him know I wanted to purchase he rudly said the item was put in wrong place and quoted the correct price. As the customer I feel like it was not my fault the item was in wrong area and should have been offered to pay for item at price listed. I have observed him in store regularly and he is often rude to customers.

I have gone in multiple times for various projects around the house. Today I received great customer service from Jaclyn who went to the back of the store to get a product for me. Super friendly employees

Horrible management. They advertise both on google and on their door that they re open until 8pm CT however they close their doors at 7pm. If this establishment wants to close early, they need to reflect this online and on their doors.

Despite being in the Central Time zone, this location observes Eastern time zone. If you re a local, I guess you know that. However, if you re not a local you can expect a rude employee to 1.) ignore you and then 2.) rudely inform you they observe EST and are closed. Yes, the times are posted on the store front, but maybe a sign advising they are in EST would help with the confusion and poor interaction with the employees.

Y all might want to invest some time into retraining Kim specifically. I m quite annoyed as I was in a hurry. I needed a lockbox but I ve never been in this store so I asked where they were at and she looked at me kinda confused and said that they have safes and I said no. The lockboxes that go around door handles and she says oh we don t sell those now I know they do 100%. I had to call my boyfriend and HE had to direct me over the phone to tell me exactly where In the store to find one. It s quite pathetic that someone who doesn t even work there nor was even there in person was able to direct me to them but an employee didn t even know that the store she works in sells them at all.

Great store! (One of my favorites) I am so glad they built one nearer to me. The store was great, clean, and great staff. The only issue is the cashier was a little pushy for me joining the Members Club. I go in now with family or friends, and they handle it for me. (Im not very good with confrontation)
