My daughter badly needed new shoes and found a pink pair of Nike that she absolutely loved. Friendly staff and very helpful for any questions you may have.

The staff is really friendly. I had a hard time finding what I like in my size. I guess it's a very common size and they sell through them quickly.

They had a great sale on there slides bought 2 pairs & went back the next day & bought another pair, told both my daughters & my co-workers about the sale & both my girls bought 2 pairs each & then both my coworkers bought 2 pairs each !! There staff was very friendly & very helpful !!

The lady working the day I visited was very nice and helpful on sizing my babies feet. I wasn't able to find some shoes her size but at least I got help with what size she can wear right now. My daughter just started walking a month ago and it was time for the new transition. Other than not being able to find her some shoes that day, the store was kept and the lady on staff was wonderful.

The lady here was very professional and helpful if you need help ask for Debbie she’s the best . She will get you right . She needs a pay raise for real you can’t get this kind of service normally . Thank you Debbie

This store use to be jam up but since changing everything.. I haven't gotten any GREAT deals you just wanna tell everyone about.. Again most of the employees look like they would rather take a needle in the eye as opposed to being there..

Your staff is very nice. Store is clean. Priceless are a bit expensive but, so is every shoe store I've been to. I actually did buy a pair of shoes in your stire. Walmart shoes are very uncomfortable you can feel the glue blobs underneath the lining against your feet, it hurts in the toe area. Most your shoes didnt have that issue

I decided to wait 20 minutes until they opened. Online says they open at 1pm… and they still arent open at 1:36. What a waste of my time…

I buy at least three pairs of tennishoes a year, great selection for everyone, sketchers and new balance are My favorite. Have no reason to go anywhere else, thanks shoe show!

My son's shoe fell apart the 1st day took them back didn't want to give us another pair said couldn't replace damaged good s.The stitching came out had to call management to get it taken care of buy buying a more expensive pair.Please people beware check the stitching good they are made in China not USA🇺🇸

Got a pair of shoes for my son and one days time broken. Took them back the next day and was told them don't take broken merchandise. I asked for a manager. Got another pair. But had to demand! So check out your shoes good!

Put my shoe box down to go to store restroom couldn't find ask 3 different employees no one helped. They were putting out new stuff. I was buying 1 pair $59 croc 1 pair $74.99 tennis shoes 1 pair $34.99 shoes so after45 minutes looking for box of shoes I set down to go to the bathroom I set all the other boxes down & walked out. Not one person I ask even try to assist me. Poor pitful service for customer spending over $200 today. Phenix City get this store some training on customer service.

First off when we came in, 5 minutes later we get a holler from the back of the store any customers in the store you have 30 mins we close at 6pm. Also, we did not get a welcome to shoe show when we entered. Now we are at the register ready to check out. The young lady say I’ll be there in a few but standing there texting on the phone!!! Very unprofessional . I’ll post picture if they’ll let me on google

There is a few signs on the doors written in sharpie from “management” that are torn and tacky. Boxes of inventory ALL OVER the store. Employees sitting on their cellphones in the middle of the boxes & not even acknowledging there are customers there. & to make it better almost every box you pick up to look at will have the wrong size in it. I tried to google whose in charge at this store but couldn’t find anything. I would be shocked if this location is open much longer.

The manager cannot do her job because she is too busy on the job phone interacting. Do your job instead of holding the damn line to talk to your man. She gets calls constantly and it has nothing to do with the job.
