Great new store. It’s more spacious than some other ALDI stores. The wider aisles and open store design provide more space to move around. It’s hard to beat their prices on the produce, especially when it is on sale! ALDI also has a great selection of trail mixes, nuts, cheese, and wine!

Today I bought salmon from ALDI, but unfortunately, it was bad when I got to my car. I didn’t initially notice the liquid around the salmon had turned brown. When I went back to the store, Dominique, the cashier who helped me earlier, quickly saw how bad the fish was and immediately processed a refund. I was pleasantly surprised when she not only refunded my money but also gave me a replacement fillet that was more expensive—without charging me the difference! Dominique kindly reminded me about ALDI’s great guarantee policy and wished me a good day. Excellent service from Dominique and excellent policy from ALDI! I’ll definitely be back.

The fruit and vegetable prices are consistently lower than Walmart as are the meats. Great selection of cheeses. Good prices on all the basics like milk, eggs, butter, cream etc.

With prices increasing at restaurants, I've been looking for alternatives. My two new favorites are the chicken and pork schnitzel and the Scottish fish and chips. Both are excellent. The schnitzel comes 6 to a box for $8 and the fish and chips are about $4.25. Aldi always have a surprise and their branded products are great. Oh, their branded chili has a similar taste to krystal.

Our house is filled with milk drinkers! That's a fact! To give you an example, we buy around 4 to 5 gallons every 2 or 3 days. Not to mention cheese and other dairy products. If you drink as much milk as we do, you look for the best deals you can possibly get. Aldi's in Phenix City saves you so much money. Averaging $2.50 or less. This milk is half of what it is in Valley Alabama or Opelika Alabama. So if you're in the area and your big milk Drinkers it's worth the time to stop and get your milk supplies here and if you like candy bars they have got a almond chocolate bar that's their on brand. I can't think of the name of it my wife can't get enough of. I think it's pretty good too!

Ok well I've change my review just did my shopping which is difficult because I broke my fimar in jan just took an hr and a half get to the register and they tell me after I do all my shopping that the cash register is not taking cards well guess what I'm not paying cash had them put all my groceries back...enough to piss you off now I have to do this all over

It's always fun to go to Aldi. I get to experience all the foreign brands and see what they have in non-food items. My only complaint is the cashier just throwing my items in the buggy when checking out.

Earlier today, my sister who is disabled. She can't walk, she could barely breathe. Had to walk from outside in the parking lot. All the way inside, not just in the vestibule, but all the way to the end of the registers against the wall Towards the motorized buggy., one of the employees who was standing at the register told her it was not charged, and my sister asked how long it had been plugged in. She said 2 minutes my sister Being very familiar with metara's buggies since how she has to use them on a daily basis. knowing it only usually takes 15 minutes, she said. Well, I'll just sit there and wait. So she made it to the motorized Cart sat down, unplugged it, and it was fully charged. She proceeded then to do her shopping. Drove the motorized cart all around the store even Though the cashier notified her, "it wasn't charged".. I think this is very disgraceful. I also feel like it's prejudice against disabled people who are unable to bring the cart back in. Whereas at Walmart and Publix, they will walk out with you to take the cart back in. And this is just disgrace and Completely unacceptable and I used to shop there. But I won't be shopping there anymore and anyone I talk to I'll tell them the same because just because you need to have a extra help to get around the store. Doesn't mean that it's supposed to be withheld. I mean, why is the chair there? I'd also like to mention she's in her 60s. So is this because she's elderly,Or is this because she's disabled. Disgraceful unacceptable And I leave no stars. I won't be going back, thank you.

Customer service is awful. I was charged for 3 bags of apple chips instead of the 2 I bought. I called Aldi customer service and spoke with a representative who gave me a case number and advised that it was ok to return to pick up the item I was overcharged for.
When I arrive at the cash register with the bag of apple chips and 2 extra items I wanted to pay for, I told the cashier (Timothy) of the situation. He began to loudly state that Aldi doesn't have a phone number. He kept saying it over and over, loudly, embarrassing me in front of customers. I finally told him that Aldi indeed has a customer service. Then he was like, oh, yeah. Awful, no apologies. I won't be returning to this location. Will take my business to Columbus. And I will be calling back that Aldi customer service number to file a complaint.

I'm giving it one star I was in line and I got one onion the girl told me we don't sell just single onions and handed it back to me like I'm supposed to hold the line up and go put the onion back well I told her here you can have it back and she left the conveyor belt going I was trying to hold the people's stuff behind me back and trying to get my stuff out of the buggy I asked her if she could stop the conveyor belt for a minute she got mad charge me for three bags and I only got two and then left my cantaloupe out she was just being ugly

Placed a curbside order. Learned it goes thru instacart even though an ALDI EMPLOYEE PICKS THE ORDER. What freaking sense does that make? The very UNTRUTHFUL employee Hope states that she had already checked out my order(even though it was showing items were still being picked and my card hadn't been charged yet nor had I gotten a notification that the order was complete. I was trying to deny several items that I didn't want and she blatantly ignored the messages. I came In the store upon arrival and was told I would have to contact instacart for a refund. Which is when she started her lying. I asked to speak to a manager , and someone very inexperienced on diffusing an angry customer came over and basically was of NO HELP! I believe his name was Timothy, should not be a supervisor at all. Anyway instacart.took care of everything. My advice is run your own curbside since you're doing all the work, and provide customer service for someone shopping in your stores whether online or not. Learn how pick fresh vegetables and fruit (there are several YouTube videos in which you may watch to educate yourself) and don't be a ball faced liar! Thanks

Me gusta mucho Aldi. No tiene música. La música distrae mucho cuando uno está comprando y a veces molesta. Es mejor comprar en una tienda como Aldi donde no ponen música.

Tienen poca variedad, pero todo lo necesario para hacer una compra básica de víveres para tu hogar.

La única peculiaredad es el sistema de carritos de la compra. Todos los carritos están encadenados los unos a los otros, y para utilizar uno debes introducir una moneda de 25 céntimos en la ranura superior derecha. Al terminar la compra regresas el carrito junto a los demás y recuperas tus 25 céntimos.

Tampoco te dan bolsas. Tienes que llevarlas de tu casa o comprar bolsas de Aldi, que por cierto son bastante bonitas.

Creo que, en general, las frutas y los vegetales de Aldi están a buen precio en comparación a las demás tiendas.

I was impressed with the cleanliness and organization mostly. Pretty good selection of items but I don't think I could do all of my grocery shopping here but good overall selection for a small store. Lots of store brand items and good quality from what I have tried so far. Costs a quarter to get a shopping cart and you have to purchase bags. $0.10 to around $3 each. Good customer service also

Nice store, good selection. Nice place to run into grab what you need and get out pretty quick. The only problem with the place is if cashier's just throw your stuff into the cart when they're ringing it up. They turn your bags of chips into crumbs they bruise your produce, they really don't seem to care that it's not theirs it's somebody else's. I'm not paying for crushed chips and bruised fruit and vegetables. I go there two or three times a week making sure I got fresh food, I keep hoping to get a cashier who cares but I don't think any of them actually do.

Aldi is amazing. They sell products in smaller sizes than most grocery stores more appropriate to how we should be eating.

All of the store brands are of excellent quality and are some of my favorite items available from any makers. Fruits and vegetables are usually exceptionally fresh and delicious. There aren't a wide variety of selections from various brands, but what they do have is quite good and the prices are great.

It's easy to get in and out of these stores quickly. You will need to bag your own groceries so I suggest having a few cold bags as well as some other reusable grocery bags in your car at all times.

In comparison with additional ALDI'S in this region, this ALDI'S in Phenix City Alabama gets the Big Gold Star.
I was impressed in every direction including the personel and even the Parking Lot.

Outside of one or two very Obtuse and even Rude Customer's at the checkout, the entire shopping and grocer Experience was redeeming after visiting other Grocer establishments in this Region

I love this Aldi's it is so much more organized and better stocked than the Veterans Parkway Aldi's which is not talking bad regarding the V.P. Aldi's there is a lot more foot traffic at that location. Looking forward to the midtown Aldi's two thumbs up!!
