I don’t know about any stalking incidents but I love this store even if I don get any thing staff friendly to me and my child , interesting stuff ,must stop if in area

Could possibly find some interesting things. But the clerk makes feel uncomfortable and as if you can't touch things. There isn't really the best organization so that makes it an obstacle to browse. My kids and I left after not feeling welcome and clerk telling me to not let my son touch because it would break. I rather not spend my dollars where I feel like a criminal upon entering.

Owners are always willing to get you a product, i.e. special order. They offer unique items in a wide variety not found everywhere and an affordable price point in light of rising prices.

I enjoyed the products but every time a bow was knocked down they'd have to pick it up while we were still searching and any move you made they'd be trying to stare you down to make sure they knew exactly what you were doing. I felt very uncomfortable and I felt like I was being accused of theft just by taking my jacket off because i got warm. Seriously though how can we trust foreigners trying to better themselves and give them a chance if they don't trust us and give us one?

I love this store!! Whatever I order out of country have it shipped w outlet cheaper an get it faster. ( wish customers you'll be amazed faster an mostly frree)! If I am looking an they don't have within 4 days they will have it for me !! I love the location, I love the couple that runs it, An you won't find cheaper an more convenient anywhere else in Prattville.. if you drive a big truck or want brightest headlights LED with the fan boxes they are 8 to 15$ Bright!! Lights !!! Cheap!! . I call it WOWLET!

Interesting place to shop, yet the service and hospitality suck. The store clerk follows you around the store while you shop as if they think you are going to take something. I was really upset at how the cashier on 4/7/19 treated my son in regards to a bottle of knock off cologne. He purchased some items that he wanted but decided that he did not want the cologne so like many other people he just sat it on the shelf. Well once I got to the counter to purchase some items the store clerk had the nerve to ask him where the bottle of cologne was as If he actually took it. I was very disappointed by the service that we received and not to mention how hot the store was. You would at least think that they would try to make it a comfortable environment for shopping. It was not a great experience and I do not think I will recommend them to anyone I know.

Their service is horrible and they order everything off of wish anyways! I can get what i want myself and don't have to be harassed !!

Absolutely LOVE this store!!! I can ALWAYS find SOMETHING there that I need! Love to just browse to see all of the new items they've gotten in. Store owners are super friendly and helpful! They always remember my repeat items that I go back for regularly and try to keep stocked up. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for variety and great bargains!
