I always find GOOD STUFF CHEAP literally. Here at my local Ollie's, they currently have an array of candles and inspirational books...perfect holiday gifts..I can go here and browse and always leave out with more than what I bargained for!

While traveling the southeast, I'm visiting a lot if discount bargain stores...that's just my style. And this Ollie's is better than most. Huge selection with their competively low pricing. Staff was great. Super location. Awesome finds!!

The staff was very friendly and all the cashiers are direct and virtuous. I have gone to this store several times and not once has I seen what some other reviewers mentioned in their negative reviews about rude or mean associates.

I love how all the employees seem to have a smile on their face when they greet you specifically the funny cashier girl who is heavier set with long dark hair, can’t remember her name, and the lovely dark skinned wan who has helped me several times find the right sheets and pillow cases I have wanted, Betty, I believe her name was.

I have heard several employees laughing and being sweet to one another then turn right around and act the same with me. I’m overjoyed to have a place I can go and get such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

Sometimes it’s a bit bogged down with items but you can find almost anything at this store. Just please remember it is a store that doesn’t order it’s own stock people. They offer us what they have and I’m grateful they do! They don’t always have what I’m looking for but they normally can tell me some places to go to find what I’m looking for which I appreciate!

The manager is cute and willing to work just as diligently as his employees and is always smiling when I have seen him. I have heard how he talks to his employees and I am overjoyed at such a wonderful manager being in the town I visit on vacation!

I have had a sweet cashier ask me to close my purse but when I asked her why she told me it was because she was concerned someone would reach into my purse. She was concerned about my things being stolen from me, not me stealing from them. I am thankful they have such kind employees who are willing to go the extra mile to actually care during this time when due to COVID-19 everyone is rude and inconsiderate everywhere else I go! Some other stores could stand to learn a lesson from them!!

The only downside was they were not all wearing masks but since the last time I went to Ollie’s even that has changed! Way to go Ollie’s!!!!

Best deals in Prattville. I love it. Staff is friendly and helpful. Alot better than Clanton Alabama Walmart I wish we had one in Clanton Alabama.

Cheap prices and good quality. From home goods to clothes, kitchen items, electronics and furniture, great store. A large percentage is off brand items, but there is still a fairly large quantity of name brand items at discounted prices. Book selection is better than most book stores, expecially when you factor in price.

It has alot if stuff crammed into the place, everyone aside of the store manager was very welcoming & friendly though the manager seemed bothered & annoyed to be there or to be asked any questions she wasn't very helpful or knowledgeable as to what was where of if the store had what I was looking for. I think the majority of the carpets that aren't either braided or fuzzy are over priced being immediately 3 that I'd purchased frayed with very little enabeling the fraying tho accidental their garbage now. Though the braided and fuzzy carpets I purchased are well worth their pricing

Ollie's carrys items that I like that cannot be found in your regular department store. I shop there but once a week. My only concern is that sometimes it's a long line to check out. And I'm really not much of a fan of their customer service. They are almost as bad as walmart.

Table on display. Asked how we can buy it. Was told to ask manager. Asked manager, she immediately said “we don’t have anymore”. Went back to her and asked if we could buy display. “No, please move, you’re in my way”. If you don’t have anymore, you need to take down the display. Manager is rude! Would leave 0 stars if I could.

One of the best spots to hit up for some incredible bargains. Be sure to check out the entire store because you'll never know what you'll find lurking on a back shelf. The one drawback is they have 1 cashier at all times and the line is usually rather long.

This trip was very disappointing. I saw the sales ad I was sent through both email and text with products I wanted to buy only to not see them in the store. I bought other items but left disappointed.

Shopping a these stores throughout the southeast, the Prattville location will NOT always accept merchandise returns from the other stores. This Ollie’s store is the only one that I’ve seen to present such return restrictions, which is why I give 3 stars.

Love Ollie's selection of nice items at affordable prices. I wish there was more help with the large carpets (can't see some colors and too heavy for folks with a disability). Otherwise no complaints just love :)

What is there not to say about Ollie's in Prattville or Montgomery. First thing, plan to be there for no less than an hour eat time. Even though I frequent the establishment often, I always check each aisle for new products and gadgets. The book collection, puzzles, bibles, cook books, DIY, and so on...if you can think of it...Ollie's has it. Home goods, food, clothing, bedding, hair products, all sorts of cards, dishes, car items, kitchen do dads, rugs, personal care items, luggsge, heaters oh my! This place is better than any other store I've been. Now, please take it from me; stop by and take a break from the hustle and bustle of life and browse around. And do not forget to sign up for your Ollie's Army card and subscribe for free in-store werkly ads and get exclusive offers, sneak peeks, and more!

The woman at the front desk she had her hair pulled up and I want to say that she had a hint of purple in her hair, a woman of color, she was awesome, she assisted me, allowed me to use her phone when I could not find my own and she helped me find it. She offered me breakfast before I got on the shuttle and she had to call a shuttle back for me. She was very instrumental at getting me where I needed to be on time.
