Dunkin'

Music is super loud and they play Disney classics. I felt like I was in a daycare not a coffee\donut cafe. Bathrooms are atrocious 🤢

Staff has a revolving door, they must not pay well or management sucks because every time I go in, they have new staff and they never hire anyone semi friendly.

Kylie, front counter, asks sharply "anything else" after each item ordered instead of attempting an upsell. I was not ready to place my order (no one was behind me) and like I was an inconvenience to her. I felt so rushed even though no one was behind me in line and the store was empty. Food is prepared in the microwave, nothing fresh is made here. Donuts are stale as they're 'imported' from another location. Coffee is mediocre, at best.

I'm really disappointed in this Dunkin location.

Poor experience at this location, lots of staff, but no one really seems to be putting in any effort. The order was wrong, customer service was very poor, and not worth coming to this location. Continously problems at this location, would suggest a different coffee location.

Dunkin donuts at 675 S Watson road is terrible. This morning on 01/04/2025, I order 1 dozen donuts, 6 barvarian custard powdered which had less than a teaspoon of custard in its entire donuts. Very little powdered sugar and not fresh to the touch. Would never recommend this location to anyone. I live in Buckeye. With eight staffers behind the back kitchen,if you can call a kitchen, not 1 was genuinely customer oriented. Will never visit this location again. Will go to Estrella location Goodyear.

usually this dunkin has a i don’t care attitude but i have been going still. But today, they gave me a cup of cold milk instead of a carmel craze signature latte. Over 6$ now? for a cup of milk. I didn’t realize until I got home, I went back. They couldn’t even say, hey I apologize for the inconvenience. They said, “have a nice day”
like while I was trying to explain to them what they gave me. Cut me off, they didn’t want to hear what I had to say about the cold milk. A decent human would say sorry for their mistake. Honestly, an apology would have made it okay, a mistake and not have ruined this business for me. I will not go to this location anymore because of the staff.

I have dealt with this establishment quite often. I visit once weekly. The majority of our visits are for iced coffee drinks, donuts for our childrens' classrooms, or sourdough cheese sandwiches.
One factor which I like is that they open an hour before most other establishments. This allows us to order coffee at a very early hour.
Parking and entering can be difficult. While they are located on the 1st floor, there are many other businesses surrounding them. This is not a problem at 4 AM, but due to this, we tend to use the drive-through or order thru a third party.
The employees are very friendly and tend to get the orders right if they are ordered through the drive-through. If you are ordering through a 3rd party, such as grubhub-be warned! You are quite likely not going to get what you ordered. They do list a phone number on their receipts, as well as online, although no one ever picks up! This is highly frustrating as they have botched our orders a few times. I understand that human error is possible. Unable to resolve the situation, as well as being stuck with food you did not order, is frustrating. I do not even understand why they list a phone number for their establishment on Watson, in Buckeye, Arizona.
Mina has been very helpful and nice in the early mornings. Unfortunately, it is Colleen who seems to get our orders wrong.
It is not a big heal if they mess up one sandwich, but when you order a large quantity of their cheese sourdough sandwiches, and you receive ham(and possibly do not eat meat), it is frustrating.
As stated, the aforementioned can be dealt with, but if one is unable to even contact the store- frustrating! This has happened to us twice, with larger orders.
Also, I will enclose some photos of their sourdough cheese sandwiches, which have excellent artisan bread. Unfortunately, they fail to put much cheese on them. In the scheme of life, there are greater issues, yet as noted- the inability to contact management to correct errors is inane.

Asked at the drive through what donuts do you have available? Employee rudely replied "well I have most of my classics what do you want?" ... don't visit frequently so I didn't even know what that meant, asked at the window if there is a menu of donuts sold, was advised since the remodel they got rid of the donut menu. If I want to know selection I need to check online or on the app. Never again, Don't feel as if my question was unreasonable.

I have been avoiding this Dunkin for years due to continuous bad service. I decided to try them again and had a complete different experience. My coffee was perfectly made, my food order was hot and fresh, and the employees were friendly and quick with my order. Not sure if the bad reviews are finally being read by management or what but I was pleasantly surprised.

Dunkin is literally a daily stop for me. This location just consistently disappoints. The lack of customer service, cleanliness, and overall general experience is extremely lacking. The staff talk to each other and huddle around instead of cleaning the lobby or making orders. The dining area is always filthy and the workers have zero care or regard for customers. It takes a ridiculous amount of time to get your order including mobile orders. Overall this store fails miserably.

I didn't go inside, spent 5 minutes waiting at menu board before my order was taken to be greeted by a snippy little girl at the window. It's not my fault you decided to get that weird piercing in the middle of your nose, that was YOUR choice don't take it out on customers!

I came here for breakfast around 5:45am and service was amazing, food was ok (kinda bland) and I was so excited to get the pumpkin coffee and it was not good at all it tasted like watered down coffee.

The store isn’t clean, so don’t expect that. Used napkins on tables and the floor. The service is even worse. I ordered 10 munchkins, 4 chocolate, 4 pumpkin, 2 blueberry. It took multiple tries to get the addition correct for the order taker. She appeared very overwhelmed. I also ordered a small dunkalatte with butter pecan. When I received it at the counter, I asked Jennifer three times if it had butter pecan in it. She just shrugged her shoulders and said they could put butter pecan in it. I asked a fourth time saying no, my wife ordered that, that is what she wants. I’m not asking if it could be done, I’m asking if it was done. She then said she would make it again. They called it out and I asked yet again, which they had to yell across the store and ask if it was done correctly since yet again no one knew. Not the brightest bulbs in this store. I shouldn’t have to ask a total of 5 times to see if my wife’s drink order is correct.

All these negative reviews were correct! Donuts were so dry and had no flavor. My smores cold brew tasted like watered down burnt coffee, even though I asked for extra smores swirls. The girl making my drink must've been clearly obviously new. She kept asking me if I wanted the graham crumbles on the drinks and asked if I wanted the marshmallow foam RIGHT BEFORE SHE WENT TO ADD REGULAR COLD FOAM!! Why ask me if I want everything the drink is supposed to come with?? If I didn't want something added, I would have said so. Not to mention I had to wait forever for the second drink for whatever reason. A manager had to say something to the worker so I could get my second cold brew. Never stepping foot in here ever again!! If a drink says it comes with something, add it!!! Don't ask the customer if they want that. I guarantee you they will let you know if they don't want something added to their drink

This Dunkin is a hit or miss, I'm done coming here. I had to come home and finish cooking my sandwich, there is only 2 workers who have great customer service skills. The others are rude and don't like there job obviously. They rush you when your ordering, whoever the cook is who makes the sandwich toasty exclude yourself from this review you make the best. He obviously was nothing there today it was disgusting!

Stopped in this morning to have the Duncan run the young lady that waited on me was clueless about the Duncan run and she was supposedly a manager thank God for one of the other girls that knew exactly what to be done you have to double check your tickets here because he don't ring things up properly because of stupidness. I got a box of munchkins, expecting some fresh donut holes and instead I got the most stale and unflavored donut holes possible. It was an assortment for some reason and they all tasted like the same bland, super artifical flavor. Not to mention it was $4.50 with tax for 10 holes.

My daughter placed an online order for my wife (her mother) on mother's day. I went to pick it up. Simple order, an iced coffee and a maple long John. I got there and they said we don't have any long John's. I asked about anything with maple and they said they didn't have anything. IT'S 9AM ON MOTHERS DAY AND YOU BARELY HAVE ANY DONUTS ON THE SHELF??? Come on now! What a joke!

I don't think I've ever been anywhere that the service was so consistently bad. No one acknowledges you. No one ever has any idea what's going on. Girls with headphones in and bad attitudes. I've never gone where the service was good. I stopped picking up door dash orders for this location because I've never had a good or quick experience.

Went with my wife, ordered two drinks, hers was made in a timely manner but mine never was called. After 10 minutes i went to the counter and was greeted like i just walked in. I asked for my drink and the kid just kinda starred at me for a moment before remembering. Not sure how this happens as they were not busy and just joking around behind the counter.

Sat at the drive-through window for 30 minutes for two drinks and a doughnut. All handed out a very separate times. When my last drink was handed out to me, I asked for my doughnut and the girl looked at me, confused, close the window and continue to go back to gossiping with her two other coworkers on duty, giving me a look like I just asked for something unreasonable. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin’ Donuts, and it seems to only keep happening at this location

The store's interior was remarkably unsanitary despite the absence of customers. Many young women were working, most of whom were sitting around on their phones. All the counters were littered with spills and trash, giving the impression that it was the end of a busy day and no cleaning had been done, even though it was only 10 a.m. Their workstations appeared absolutely appalling. Consequently, I have decided to no longer patronize this location for my morning breakfast and coffee.

Check your order before driving away. The order is never accurate. Nice people but they lack customer service. Never apologized when they get it wrong. Always always ask for your receipt.

I believe it was the manager or possibly the owner who I spoke to when I went through the drive thru. This was the first time going to this location and I was not happy I wanted hash browns and was told they were all out for today. It was 11am so I believe that they only have so many they want to sell each day which is bad customer service and not poor management because they are obviously not ordering enough product.

I really like this location but I sometimes feel like I'm getting less for what I'm ordering. Constantly order iced coffee and usually don't get a full cup, or it's just a cup of ice with some coffee. It's tragic because the coffee is good a cheap, but i still want all that I'm paying for. Other than that complaint I like this place.

When asking the counter person about flavors on their drinks she said she haven't tried them, which was being honest but I ended up not buying any drinks cuz of that. Grabbed the boxes of donuts for the team n got drinks somewhere else.

Placed albumen lrder and went into the store this morning to collect it and was completely ignored by the entire staff. I was the only customer in store and there were at least 6 employees at the time. After almost 10 minutes I asked if someone was planning to help me to which the employee replied it was at the counter and after I replied it was not an employee in a blue shirt dumped my order (which was wrong) in front of me. Really appalled by the customer service and won’t be returning to this location.

It doesn't matter what time of day you go (5am, 7am, 8:30am, or 10am) they never have glazed or jelly filled munchkins. It's crazy that a donut shop most popularly known for munchkins never has the most popular flavors available. If you know you sell out of them everyday and only make them once per day, why would you not increase the amount you make?! Time to start driving to Goodyear.

The service is always great here, I've been to many other locations, and by far this one is always friendly and fast. The drive thru is a little difficult to get out of due to the blind spots at the end, just beware.

This was my first visit to this location...pretty poor experience...The doughnuts I purchased did not taste fresh. No one in the store seemed like they really wanted to be there...let alone assist me...the LARGE macchiato I ordered was only half full...didn't realize that until I made it home....ironically the server said here is your "medium coffee" when she pushed it across the counter maybe thats why it was half full...not really sure...and she literally threw the sugars I asked for across the counter at me...fool me once...won't be back

It's good when I get the right stuff, but lately half the time I order a small caramel latte, I just end up getting a drip coffee with caramel and it is absolutely disgusting AND I'm paying $2 for the wrong thing. Scared to go back.

This dunkin always makes my coffee delicious and the staff is friendly. My only complaint is the trashcan behind the wall when you leave the parking lot. It's dangerous! Today a truck almost ranned into me because we couldn't see each other. Please fix this!

So, I am a loyal dunkin fan. Have been since I lived back east. This dunkin has ruined it for me every single time. I get the same iced coffee every time. No flavor or anything special. Just an iced coffee with cream and sugar. It is always wrong. So I wait 15-20 minutes in line to get the wrong coffee. I use to go every day, now I still try it every once and a while to give them a chance… so far in the year of 2023, I have been 5 times and my coffee has not been made right once this year. Todays coffee had more creamer than coffee, I asked for 3 creams in a large… my drink should not be white.

Went during breakfast, which was very busy. We ordered the new Dunkin Midnight coffee, a couple of doughnuts and the egg bites. The coffee was barely warm, the doughnuts were ok, and they didn't give us the egg bites. Definitely not going back.

Parking and entering can be difficult. While they are located on the 1st floor, there are many other businesses surrounding them. This is not a problem at 4 AM, but due to this, we tend to use the drive-through or order thru a third party.
The employees are very friendly and tend to get the orders right if they are ordered through the drive-through. If you are ordering through a 3rd party, such as grubhub-be warned! You are quite likely not going to get what you ordered. They do list a phone number on their receipts, as well as online, although no one ever picks up! This is highly frustrating as they have botched our orders a few times. I understand that human error is possible. Unable to resolve the situation, as well as being stuck with food you did not order, is frustrating. I do not even understand why they list a phone number for their establishment on Watson, in Buckeye, Arizona.
Mina has been very helpful and nice in the early mornings. Unfortunately, it is Colleen who seems to get our orders wrong.
It is not a big heal if they mess up one sandwich, but when you order a large quantity of their cheese sourdough sandwiches, and you receive ham(and possibly do not eat meat), it is frustrating.
As stated, the aforementioned can be dealt with, but if one is unable to even contact the store- frustrating! This has happened to us twice, with larger orders.
Also, I will enclose some photos of their sourdough cheese sandwiches, which have excellent artisan bread. Unfortunately, they fail to put much cheese on them. In the scheme of life, there are greater issues, yet as noted- the inability to contact management to correct errors is inane.

We’ve been there 3 times this week trying to get some doughnuts and have not been successful. This is around 4 or 5pm and they are out of doughnuts the girl said they usually run out since 12pm so why stay open if you don’t have anymore doughnuts. Doesn’t make sense to me but I guess they’re ok with not making money. No wonder it’s been looking super empty these days. Won’t go here again rather drive to another one that actually has doughnuts.

Unfortunately, every visit ends with something wrong, missing, replaced, or just bad. Last trip, spent well over 50 bucks on preordered breakfast for the entire family, they said they never received my order from the app. The frozen drink machine is down more than it works, The people that work here aren't knowledgeable at all and really don't care. My coffee somehow got made even though they "didn't get my order" and was ice cold when I got there before the order pickup time I had requested (yes, it had my name on it and the order number so not sure how they could claim that they never got my order). Not sure if I'll be back here or go into town to another Dunkin that I know I won't have issues at. The turnover rates here is ATROCIOUS, I've never seen the same person here twice. Maybe some serious deep lying issues?

Recently moved to Buckeye, and this is the only available dunkin' donuts to the city, Ever since I started going every single time I go, there's always something wrong with my drinks. Not only do they not properly make their specialty drinks, but they have the worst employees that are full of attitude and vaping while at work. Most unprofessional settings I've ever seen from dunkin' Donuts.

Each time I had to pick up an order I watched a new girl struggle and not get properly trained as other employees basically threw her in the water and said swim. Employees always have attitudes and the energy in the building sucks, always uncomfortable coming here to this location.

Ordered through the app and picked up through drive-thru. I ordered the tomato pesto grilled cheese. When I got home and pulled out the sandwich the bread was not toasted at all — the crust was tough but the center was super soft and squishy. The cheese was melted but not centered so not all the bread was covered. The biggest problem was there were no tomatoes! Just pesto and cheese?! It's in the name of the sandwich, how does that get left off? I also ordered a 25 pack of munchkins to share and selected all of the options but only got some powdered and the rest were blueberry. It was not so late in the morning (around 9ish) so I find it hard to believe those were the last of the munchkins they would have. The lack of assortment in addition to no tomatoes on a literal tomato sandwich point to lazyness and lack of attention. It was not crowded when we went to pick up the order and the employees seemed very relaxed and in good spirits. It's been a year or two since we've been here and had a bad experience and thought we'd give it another go but I think this just seals the deal that it's worth it to drive to the Krispy Kreme or order from the local place if we really want a donut.

Two chocolate FILLED doughnuts had a dime size bit of chocolate only in the very center. Not filled at all. Doughnuts were therefore dry. Very disappointing.

We were waiting for 25 min for two sandwiches and we asked for our order and they didn’t have the order receipt , they never sent the order receipt to made the order, they asked for our receipt to starting it , the employees didn’t even know how to made the sandwiches, and it was no customers waiting before us . And no apologies or nothing for all the inconvenience.

Store just looks and feels worn and not so clean. Just needs a good cleaning maybe some added lighting. Dunkin donuts have gotten smaller over the years, while prices have risen. Not my first choice.

Super over priced and service was bad I ordered small coffee two little wraps and hash browns the cheapest things on the menu came out to 10 bucks, I had to yell at the lady at the drive thru for her to hear me then once I got my food she hurry up and closes the window I had to knock to get napkins and a receipt

I got food poisoning from this location last weekend Sunday 7/17/2022 when I went an had to go to the ER. Do not eat at this location, it is not safe, or sanitary. They do not cook the food properly, they keep old food (meat) an donuts weeks at a time an then still serve it once it’s weeks old. Looking into suing this location.
Horrible drive thru service, I had to repeat my order 4 times, then two more time at the window, then they still got order wrong, put something (Bacon)that my son is allergic to on it (breakfast sandwich)I ordered it (sausage)an the sandwich was burnt badly to were they turned the burnt side to inside the sandwich, so they lonely burnt it an still served it, like seriously!. Worst Dunkin’ experience I’ve ever had. Wouldn’t recommend this location. If you had bad an or horrible experience here, report this location to Better Business Bureau. How does this even have a 4 star rating!!? Every comment it’s about how bad this location is, such a shame for such a nice expensive area.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Literally the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I seriously wonder what the employees are doing in there. The first time I went here was in December, when I was visiting my parents in the area and wanted Dunkin coffee. Although there was no other customer in line, the employees were painfully slow to take my order, which was literally just a cup of coffee with cream. I had to wait 10 min for them to POUR MY COFFEE and then only when I was getting so annoyed I said something. The second time was this morning, when I was visiting my parents again and thought I’d give it another try. This time I went through the drive thru around noon. I asked for 6 bagels (to go to eat later) and the girl was so confused about what I was asking for I gave up. I then asked for half a dozen donuts and asked if I could tell her which ones I wanted. She ignored me and just told me my total. When I got to the window, I was handed a box of donuts which were disgusting and horribly stale, like they were 2 days old. Never again will I go here!!!

Not sure where the 4 star average is coming from, but here's my REAL experience. If I could give a zero star, I would. Thursday evening 4/28/2022 at 7:38pm we pull up to the drive-through, got greeted and ordered 25 count Munchkins. Female employee said, "we don't have any." So I told my husband, "didn't I tell you they would say that?"
Employee said, "it was a very bad day." I told her, "than this isn't Duncan Donuts." She said, "you can go somewhere else because we don't have donuts either. "
I've worked in customer service as a manager most of my life and would NEVER train or allow my employees to treat customers this way, especially that it reflects on the business because you're representing it. Good customer service nowadays is nonexistent especially in Buckeye, AZ. I give this store and the wannabe shift manager including the Restaurant General Manager a F - (minus) for no product and no customer satisfaction. P.S. we did and will continue to go to the other donut & coffee shop across the street... we Got treated 100% better with 100% customer care.
