dd's DISCOUNTS

I found the knife I always want and was looking for years. Cashier's are not that nice, I go there to shop, always had a good time shopping with family once a month and when I get to the cashier's I will like at least for them to face me. I work for customer service for Home Depot and train to smile even when I am on the phone with a customer. Thanks 😀

We loved the store. Great prices we live in Sierra Vista and will be back.

It was very well stocked and one of the most cleanest dd's I've ever seen. They had basically everything i was looking for and a lot of stuff on clearance.

Always friendly staff who are kind, helpful, and courteous. There are lots of good art, cooking, and gardening supplies. There are also organizers too. I think most people go for the clothes, they are at good prices. My favorite place for gifts too.

This store is very similar to Ross. I found several items I liked.

The customer service requires some improvement. The cashiers were too busy talking to each other with their backs turned to the line. Another employee was talking to a cashier. She saw me standing in line and didn’t notify the cashier she was speaking to. The cashier later turned her head, saw me waiting and turned again to continue speaking with the other employee. I waited almost five minutes before the same cashier finally called me up to the register to assist me.

Lots of people, and only one line to get to the multiple registers, which means standing alot waiting which isn't good. The store itself is great though.

There are nice deals to be had at the store. I love the selection of paper goods and the clearance racks. The staff needs training, though. I almost got run over by an employee who proceeded to topple several clothes racks later with her z rack.

This place rocks!!! So many great home things, bags, food, clothing and toys to pick from. Got a huge bag of cinnamon sticks for $9! Alot like a Marshalls.

Store closes at 9:30 pm started getting kicked out at 8:50 pm saying stores closes in 10 minutes. Walked up to the line asked cashiers if they closed at 9:00 pm they responded with 9:15 pm . Front doors were locked way before 9:30 pm .
