Staff is great, drinks are good and the overall vibe is nice. I like to stop for a quick cold foam cold brew from time to time and the drive thru takes care of my orders quickly!

Good morning, today I ordered three different coffees and to be completely honest it was the worst tasting Starbucks Ive ever had. It had ABSOLUTELY NO coffee taste after I had clearly paid for extra shots of espresso in all three coffees! You guys just want to charge extra for anything but of course be lazy and clearly not add the coffee WE paid for! If I would have wanted hot milk I would have just asked for that. I will be showing a picture of the hot milk you guys gave me after paying extra on everything.

I am writing this in hopes of saving at least one person from tasting the repugnant coffee that is sold at this particular location in San Luis, Arizona. I believe this was my second stop at this location and when a regular black coffee was ordered, the vapor smelled like toasted and burnt coffee beans. I went ahead and tried to sip it once, then again, and sure enough, the taste was extremely rancid and I could not go past sip #2. I recommend the manager or Higher Management step in to correct this issue. How can a coffee shop sell poor/distasteful coffee? :' (

In the short time this location has been open theres been countless times when they have to close the store due to issues, broken equipment, or system failures! Just waited in line for 10 minutes to be greeted with a “We’re only taking cash” This place has to get it together.

Went through the drive thru last night. The line was long, and I waited along my mother and brother for over 5 minutes, and no one asked for my order through the screen. Called out for someone politely several times, and nobody responded. We proceeded toward the drive thru's window. Batista there asked why we didn't order, and I proceeded to explain that nobody ordered . She stated I had to wait until someone responded and that they couldn't control their headsets. Even after explaining, she proceeded to take my order. Once my order was ready, another barista gave me my order (shaken iced oleatto grande) and said "next time I need to wait until someone takes my order before pulling up to the window, otherwise, they will not take any orders". In a very demeaning and rude way. Coffee was great. Service needs to be nicer and not condescending to its patrons.

Personally, I've had nothing but good experiences at this Starbucks. There have been occasions when I asked for my drinks to be made in a particular way in Yuma, and they don't get them right. I've stopped at this Starbucks, have told them what I originally wanted, and they remake the drinks for me just like I asked. Their employees have always been polite, their atmosphere is peaceful, and they even have a board on their counter where they write positive messages to customers. The last one I remember reading was about the importance of kindness. I'm very proud of our local Starbucks, and the young people who work in it. I definitely recommend them.

This is truly the WORST STARBUCKS IN THE WORLD!!! Believe me!!! I have no idea what they do at this specific location but the taste of their coffee is NASTY! I have ordered 3 times a pike place. It’s always cold, it tastes burned. I think they freeze old coffee, VERY OLD COFFEE and then they warm it up at the microwave. This is horrible. There are bad Starbucks locations and then way down this one in San Luis, Arizona

Very frustrated with this Starbucks, I've gone there maybe three times, and they always seem to ruin my order. This last time, I got a standard drink. Everywhere you go, they will always make it right. First off, the store was closed, only drive-thru. As soon as I got my order, I saw the color and I knew it was going to be wrong, it was too sweet. I told them at the drive-thru that it was wrong, I actually told them how many pumps of vanilla it uses, but she didn't understand what I was talking about, I don't know if it was the language barrier because they mostly speak in Spanish. I even told her to just do one less pump than what they used, to be on the safe side. They said they were going to remake it, and literally 30 seconds later, as soon as we got out of the drive-thru and parked in front, they already had the drink ready in front waiting at the door. The milk was clumpy, and the color was still off, I even tried it again, and it was super sweet. I don't even think they remade it; they probably added more milk. I had to wait there and knock several times since it was locked, and still told them that it was wrong. You could tell that they were annoyed with me, I could see it in their faces, but I did not waste $7 for a drink just to throw it away. My patience was done at this point, so I just told them to give me another drink that only used two ingredients. Will never go again.

One of the workers gave me the wrong drink I told him it was wrong, and I hadn’t drank from it and accused me of drinking from it and realized he did give me the wrong drink and gave me the right drink but wasn’t even made correctly! Bad customer service, they need to be properly educated on how to talk to customers 🤮🤮🤮

Anytime I am in San Luis I have to really think if I even wanna deal with the employees & wait enough to get a drink. Not only do the employees only talk to you in Spanish but they make it super hard for you to order when you have no idea how to say stuff in Spanish. Today my passion tea was full of little pieces of trash not from the Splenda, the barista did take the drink once I asked for it to be remade. The second passion tea was super light & I wasn’t about to keep waiting for a replacement on that again. Employees need training to meet standard quality & they need English speaking employees.

staff is really nice. sometimes is slow, but thats when their system is down or slow (i blame the area and internet connection tbh), you can see that all staff really tries their very best, and they really try their best to make the drinks as best as costumer asks

Worst starbucks I’ve ever been to. Wait time is ridiculous, staff is not as nice/professional as other starbucks, one of the staff singing bad bunny songs out loud. Also, what I find more ridiculous is the drive thru being closed. They clearly can only manage a small amt of customers and they have to close the drive thru. Coffee sometimes tastes how starbucks coffee is supposed to taste and other times like ‘I clearly dont know how to make this coffee’. If you have 30min-1hr to wait for your coffee and not know how its gonna taste at the end, go for it! At the end all you get from the manager is ‘we have to understand that the staff are new and are learning’. I totally understand that but if so, then dont throw them all by themselves, have a better way to manage new staff and orders in a timely manner. Starbucks in general is always hiring new people and never have seen problems like this. Even in other states.

Ordered a toasted white chocolate mocha. I got a watered down drink. I asked for it to be made again. I got another watered down drink. It was gross. I wish I had asked for my money back.
We also ordered a lemonade that had an aftertaste of a wet rag. I will not be returning.

I went this morning, the waiting time it was okay, but the options where no the best, no dark roast coffe available early on the morning , only pike. The Customer service was good but the drive truh window it was really nasty , it was dirty as hell. . maybe never come back

worst experience ever. The cashier lasted 20 min talking with the lady on the car after she handed the order. I asked for 2 separate orders and they totally missed the second order. The taste of the drinks were incredible bad.

Worst service I've had at any Starbucks.
Ordered two drinks, got one, and waited for the second. 10 minutes go by, so I get up to ask and they say its in the line to be made. It was a busy time so I understood and sat back down. 5 minutes later someone gets up and asks for their drink, they grabbed that ticket and made it on the spot. This upset me, but there were only 2 tickets left so I waited. They all got made, and a new ticket was added, so I get up to ask again. They told me it's in a different area because of the type of drink it is. The lady working that area, chimes in and asks me what drink it was. She didn't have it in her area. Now I'm confused, and she looked confused as well. A girl with pink hair then suddenly says she has it. It was not in line anywhere, she just had it on her hand, and was not making it. She then proceeds to make it with the foulest face. It tasted awful, and not even sweet. These drinks are diabetes, how could it not taste sweet? We just left, I had already spent close to half an hour there, I count it as $6 down the trash. Never going again. Lady with pink hair, you are horrible.

Average wait time is about 9-14 minutes per car (at the window) which means if you pull in to the drive through you better hope you're there's NO line. They also gave me regular coffee instead of decaf... put the the chocolate pastries in with the egg sandwich and let them run into each other.
Tried to give them a second chance and the supervisor Ivan was rude, cut me off and argued with me about the wait time because I "saw there was cars in front of me and chose to get in line..." also talked down to me about me stating they messing up my drink again since they gave me an iced drink instead of hot drink... because it was the "same flavor"

Its good to have one in our small town, but the service needs to improve. There is a ridiculous wait time through the drive through service. I spent an hour trying to get a drink. It’s important to note that there seemed to be a plethora amount of people inside, but the wait over all is too long. Therefore, it is safe to say there needs to be a change of speed. Over all, the drinks need some work and there needs to be a good intertwined work flow between the drive through service and the incoming costumers that do walk ins.

Absolutely love their drinks but Last night I waited over an hour just to get 2 Trenta Mango-Dragon Fruit Lemonades. I most certainly did not like the tone of the drive thru cashier as I made her aware of the drive Thru waiting time. Today I go again thinking it will be different and I end up waiting 50 minutes for 1 drink! Something definitely needs to change in order to dispatch customers at a much faster.
